I just left this Walgreens in Fultondale. The clerk in the pharmacy was very rude and very unprofessional. She was explaining why I got some type of discount last time I had this particular prescription filled. She got ver irritated ans gave me my prescription back and told me they will not be filling my prescription. I will be reporting her to corporate. I did not deserve this treatment ..

I went here to get a prescription filled and the window attendant (Kelsey) got rude and disrespectful. I go there two or three a month for my mother and I've never been treated like that.

Get tired of getting phone messages that my prescription s are ready. You get there you don't have anything. I had my prescriptions put on call me . All are supposed to be filled at once. They call me for one prescription at a time. I can't keep going to the pharmacy for one prescription..

I have used this pharmacy since it opened as Rite Aid. The people change but they have all been friendly, the store is always clean, and they usually fill my prescription within 30 minutes. Sometimes the drive thru is slow but it is the customers, not the employees, that cause the problem by asking a lot of questions, not being ready when it’s their turn, etc.

They pharmacist Bryant is very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He don’t want to explain anything and he walks away while you’re talking to him. I’ve had a couple rude encounters with him. The first time I brushed it off because I thought he was maybe having a bad day. I was wrong his attitude is so nasty. I never dealt with anyone that act like him at this pharmacy. I will not be going back.

Love this store, another reason why I moved all my scripts here. The pharmacy staff is wonderful. I would have given 5 stars, but someone on the pharmacy staff made me feel like all the other chain pharmacy places do. Like an inconvenience, just a number and maybe judgemental of my med. She's having me rethink going somewhere else now. Very rude and demeaning, talks to you like a child.-Reconsidering, disappointed Customer

Better to go to another pharmacy. They have messed up on multiple occasions. If you do choose this pharmacy or have been with them and want to change, double check if they made the transfer to another location for prescriptions and double check if they filled out the right amount. One time, I got 30 pills out of 60 of one prescription. I never brought it up and rolled with it since I had leftover from the previous month. On another occasion, they only gave me 2 out of 3 months of another prescription and left one of the packages empty. Because of their mistake, I had to pay $30 out of pocket since my insurance wouldn’t cover it after they made that mistake and I wasn’t due for another one in a month. I did not want to waste my time calling insurance to get a refund, so I just dealt with it. Transfers are crazy too.

Booked an appointment for a flu shot on Friday, rolled up exactly at my time and was informed they were out of flu shots, but I was told I could do a "walk in" on Monday for one.What's the point of booking an appointment if they don't hold a shot for you? What's the point of booking an appointment if you can just walk in and ask for a shot? Who runs out of shots and doesn't bother to inform you to not drive 20 minutes out of your way even though they have your email AND phone number?Like, c'mon.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 18 years. They have had the same pharmacist this entire time (Brian). I have had nothing but great service. The entire staff is friendly and caring. I moved to GARDENDALE but still use the Fultondale location because of the trust they have built with my family. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

This building used to be a Rite Aide but they were bought out by Walgreens. The transition over to walgreens is complete and the store feels fresh and new.
