Really disappointed in my customer service. Came in to buy three different hair colors to dye my hair...but my phone was dead. I asked an employee to please Google the color tab with me... She didnt. Just told me it was like the box...it wasn't... My hair looks terrible now and it would've been fine had I just had the help I asked for. Do better guys, and don't be so lazy. Long pink hair girl...that was not cool..

Alexis & Pat deserve either a raise or to be managers!!! I drove all the way from Tuscaloosa & while you didn’t have the hair extensions in the color I wanted, they explained exactly how to get the ones you did have in stock to the color I want. I bought the bleach products I usually buy but they showed me a new product that I hadn’t used before that will work SO much better. I am so thrilled to see how these hair extensions turn out. I drove all the way from Tuscaloosa & I am so glad I did. Please recognize their hard work & knowledge. I’ve been using Sally’s for over a decade and this is the best experience I have ever had. 5 stars for sure. Thanks again :’)

Manager Patricia was very unprofessional. I was asking for help with color swatches so that I could compare two colors side by side before my purchase. She was quite rude about them not having loose swatches for Ion brights and would not help me when I asked her to help pop them out from under the actual color boxes. These swatches do come out quite easily as they have to change them periodically, but she was insistent that they didn't come out. As someone who has been in management, I am highly disappointed. I'm a frequent customer and have had great results from the other girls in the store.

Went back in for ethnic hair products the cashiers literally run from you. They are not knowledgeable about the products. I did see them assist Caucasian customers but they avoid our aisle. They need to educate the cashiers.Customer service is questionable. The cashier with the funky hair color kept running from another customer with natural hair while i was in the store. I think she was afraid to assist her, possibly did not know how to assist.

This is the unfriendly store I have ever been in. The salesperson seem to have and attitude. Don't seem interested in there customer at all. I was asking about strengthening hair products. Kept head down with clipboard in hand.Didnt act like she wanted to be there. Then said they were out of plastic bags asked was paper bag was ok said. Then told me as she was ringing it up that the bag was 15 cent for this va. Looked on my receipt it's was said a large bag. The bag was a small gift bag. When I bought 30.00 dollar's worth of product... This pandemic got a lot of people tripping. ....

Shoppers please be aware! This pandemic has really got some retailers doing the most when it comes to price gouging. Your shopping bags after paying for overpriced items are no longer free at Sally’s. Well at least not in Fultondale. Sally, you should be ashamed charging customers 15 cents per bag after a purchase. Per Sally’s corporate office; they discontinued giving away free plastic bags after a purchase because plastic is bad for the environment. They would much rather ask you to buy paper bags so that you can carry all of the products you purchased that comes in plastic containers. This makes absolutely no sense Sally!

I am Caucasian, and have shopped this store for years. Patricia is always helpful and my favorite go to for color advise. Occasionally you get a new sales person that doesn’t know much but usually all helpful.

Not the best customer service in my opinion. Every time I go it just seems like they don't care to help. They are nice and friendly when you're checking out and that's about it, but it's not a very welcoming or helpful environment.

After calling and lo getting the phone ring forever, I finally got someone to answer. As luck would have it, they do not have the item I was looking for but at least they answered, the store on Montclair never answered!!!!!!@
