I spoke with the new Manager, he has been there a week and you can already see so many great changes! If you’ve went to this store before and had a bad experience, I suggest you try again. I had to brag on him while I was there. The store is so much more organized and the empoyees are great. I come to this store at least twice a month and I’m so glad to see it’s now in good hands.

I go to this location because it is only a couple of minutes away from my house. They have good prices but the customer service is the worst. They always have employees just standing around and only one cashier open! I went to the sale they had on January 22,2024 and witnessed how the employees were getting the marked down items for themselves. I wish I would of taken video of it, one lady that was going around doing the markdowns was so rude!

This store location is always a disaster. The selection is always bad, with clothes on the floor and shoe alarms going off the moment anyone touches them. The employees are extremely rude about the restrooms and fitting rooms. I've been in there so many times lately where there was just garbage in different places of the aisles. Recently when I was leaving a customer walked out of the store and the theft alarms went off and the store associates told me, a customer, to stop them. That is what they get paid to do, they don't need to be telling the customers to clean up the store and stop potential theft.

Completely unorganized. Shelves were empty and all the items were in bins. Standing in line for 45 min. The line weaved all around and to the back of the store. 1 cashier and 5 other employees just walking around because they weren't stocking all the empty shelves. Worst shopping experience I've ever had.

November 28, 2022, I went to our local Ross located in Fultondale, AL. This was not my first time attempting to shop. The prices are comparable to other big box stores. Very expensive so don't expect to save. My objective was to look at the toys and browse housewares. This store is always a disaster. Each shelve with piles of merchandise with practically no organization. Anxiety and claustrophobic paradise. I managed to take a photo of how enthusiastic management and store employees want customers to shop. This store desperately needs help starting from the top.

The line is to the back of the store and they have ONE cashier checking people out. She is pregnant and I’m sure frustrated. She is doing the best she can, but come on, giver her some help

Terrible terrible terrible!!! The store opens at 9:30….. but if you can’t wait until 11am to try it on then you have to bring it back if it doesn’t fit!!!! This is so dumb!!! We literally had to wait in the store for an additional hour just to get our clothes!! THE WORST SET UP POSSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMERS!!!! Just keep the employees happy!!! That’s their only concern

Worst store ever.. better off making the drive to another location. Management & every employee are rude & customer service is a 1 star at best. Don't plan on trying to use the fitting rooms or rest rooms for your children either. Store is always a mess and most things in wrong places or on wrong sized hangers. Smh.. Don't waste your time. Will not be back..

This store must have suffered from severe shoplifting. Little things like eyeliners are locked in tubes. Which makes it hard to make decisions as to color and size, etc... I don't think that I will go back there.

At 5 pm with over 30 people in line there was a only 1 cashier working by theirselves. Seriously ROSS if you want to keep your customers happy and coming back the manager should be helping their employees.

The clothes rack I'm sorry why should we be doing their job when they don't want to provide us with enough cashiers. I almost put my items away and walked out. I will not be back to Ross in Fultondale. I am from Cullman al. We like ours alot better.

The store is not put together well anymore... Lots of stock piled up & in isles as well. But the prices & selection of what items are in place are still great!

The only people checking out of a different race and we were told to take off our own hangers and go put them away. No one else was asked. I don’t get paid by Ross. I should not be responsible for simple cashiering tasks.

Clean store. Somewhat organized. It tends to be fairly busy so I understand some disorganization. I always have specific purchases in mind and always find exactly what I’m looking for. The employees are always nice to interact with.

Always have a "love" experience at Ross. Never fail to find a trinket at a great price. Also enjoy the organization of this discount store. I don't like shopping and definitely won't in clutter
