Shopped for a new lawn mower this morning. The staff was so helpful from the time we were deciding on the model to the ones who loaded it on the cart, helped us at checkout and loaded our purchase in the car. What a great shopping experience. All businesses should look to them for a model for customer service.

Gabriel in lumber was very helpful and courteous. We bought two doors today, and Gabriel assisted us with putting it on the cart and then into our truck. We really appreciate his kindness and assistance during our shopping experience today.

I have been a frequent customer of this location since I moved to the area just shy of 7 years ago. Never have had great experiences at the store, just ok. But the last two times I have been have done me in. Customer service at this Lowe’s has went downhill in a hurry. One associate in particular, Lydia is the rudest out of the whole bunch. Both bad experiences have centered around her. It is obvious she does not enjoy her job nor does she enjoy interacting with customers. You can personally thank her for losing me as a customer. Which is a shame since the closest home improvement store now is Home Depot in Trussville. Oddly enough though I have never had a bad experience there. I will be sure to take my business where I am valued as a customer and will be sure everyone else I know does too.

Excellent experience the last few times in the garden shop but this review is about getting a new water heater. Service was excellent. I placed an online enquiry for a quote and called back within 20 mins. Salesman set everything up and sent text messages for updates following order. Contractor was out the next day and set up new heater and took the old one for discarding. Price was excellent and contractor service was Iron City Plumbing and could not be happier with their service.

Really disappointed in my Lowe's team. I had to ask 4 different people where things were and after receiving and walking to 3 different areas only one of the 4 knew that the items were no longer sold there! Im a dedicated Lowe's customer but that's some Bull####!

Sadly to say My experiences over the last 5 years at Lowes is usually good but I have Lemon Fridgerator !!! Under warranty, 18 Trips for service, Lowes will not Help me !!! I keep getting the run around an 30 phone calls for service!!!Don't buy a Samsung refrigerator from Lowes !!! You will regret it !

I’ve been visiting this Lowe’s for the past six (6) years one (1) to two (2) times per month, and each and every time (including on 1/30/2024), there is no one available to assist me with finding products. It’s really sad because it’s the most convenient home improvement store in my community. I truly hope they build a Home Depot on the next exit to compete with Lowe’s. I do NOT recommend shopping at the Fultondale location if your expectation is to get assistance from store associates. It’s IMPOSSIBLE. They are nowhere to be found.

Me and my dad asked an employee for help and he was really enthusiastic about it. I later saw him in the store and he was smiling a bunch, helping customers. Really awesome guy 👍I think his vest said Mori on it and u wanted to brag on him

Went into this Lowe’s to get plywood linoleum and a bathroom vanity. I asked someone to help me load 2 sheets of 3/4 ply onto my cart he “standing next to the plywood” told me he would get someone and left. 15min later I loaded them by myself. Went to the vanity section asked a guy if he could help me find a $200 model that there was a tag for and online said there were 6 in stock he scanned the one sitting on the floor beside me said it’s only $239 and left. Then went to flooring asked a guy if he could cut linoleum he said he couldn’t but would call somebody he called 2x in a 30min span no noe else ever came but luckily I was able to do some looking online while waiting and found that Home Depot 25min away had everything I needed so drove there and bought all my materials in less time than I spent waiting for help that never came at Lowe’s. Just can’t make money dealing with Lowe’s anymore… o yeah Home Depot was cheaper on just about everything too.

Came in, found what i needed right where it was supposed to be. Managed to avoid temptation of all the goodies lol, checked out and was back in my car all in 10 minutes on a busy day. Ya gotta love this place

Have always bought my appliances from then. Last time it took 3 trips to get it right. Have moved and rented the old farm to son and need a new washer and dryer. Hopefully this time it turns out OK.

Worst customer service I’ve seen . You can talk to 3 different people and get 3 different answers. I keep getting the run around about my Refrigerator replacement . I’m not sure about all Lowe’s but I would advise everyone not to shop at this location. I wish I could give them zero stars

Y'all need to either put two workers at customer service or make a separate area for stpre pickup. Really stupid that my order is ready but I have to wait over 10 minutes bc someone making a return is being a hassle

Absolutely love this location! Associates are friendly and helpful. I make sure to compliment those in the garden center every time I go in, because their plants are well cared for, unlike some other locations. Great folks!

Came to get paint matched. No one in this area for 10 minutes. I called the store… kept telling the automated system I wanted to talk to a manager… it finally said let me get someone, and then went silent.10 minutes later, someone finally showed up.If time is important, go elsewhere for paint

I have been to Lowe’s Home Improvement stores throughput the nation. This is so messy and unsafe. OSHA needs to conduct a safety check because sadly it would fail. I just gave up and left.

I would give five stars except at the pro side, which is where I check outthere is one particular woman at the check out that has bad bad attitude. Also need to have clearance stuff more organized. It has got a lot better the past year with that but still needs to be addressed. Love the MVP coffee and the free snack rewards on app. Can’t beat free!

Time was that you'd be swarmed with people asking if you needed help with anything. Now, good luck finding someone at all, let alone anyone who is knowledgeable. And prices are quite steep and they never have any good sales.

If you like home improvement or you are a handy man go to Lowe's. They got all the handy man's needs whatever you can think of for a usual minor fix up or decent fix up and even some stuff for a major fix up. I shopped at Lowe's for boards to rebuild my house's foundation. In short they have everything shop at Lowe's.

Terrible customer service. No one can ever help you. My employees have been accused of lying about a plant they sold us that the customer didn’t like so we returned it for him to call my employee a liar because he was younger. This Lowe’s used to be great. They have no will to help anyone and the mangers are aweful. They will eventually end up like Graysville if they don’t get control immediately. Tried to to return 2 things this week for gift card but nope. A lot of people really festival better. Corporate needs to get in quickly!
