I shop this location for returns that I have purchased online too small or slim fitting shoes. I recently purchased shoes online and the same pair was in store better deal. Employee informed me, I was grateful. This location is very welcoming and helpful. When you need a shoe the employee also looks it up right in front of you with handheld device. Great customer service.

The store is good. Customer Service could be just a little bit better. Try speaking to everyone that comes in and asking if they need any assistance instead of just staring or if they are ready to be checked out.

I went to Fultondale store on Saturday 12/23 I sat in my truck till 9 which is when the open went to door and it was locked the workers looked up and kept doing whatever they was doing. At 9:06 they finally opened door and didn’t speak I walked in and they never said a word to me. The next person who came in of the same race was welcomed and asked if they needed help. I will never step foot back in that store it is terrible

Absolutely poor customer service. Went to ask a worker who was just standing around a question, and before I could finish my sentence was directed to the line at the front desk in a rude way. The store is over staffed however messy and disorganized, you'd think with the number of workers they had they'd have time to greet a customer or at least be decent humans however sadly this location has devolved into a hangout spot where the staff collects a paycheck.

Worst service, guy with the Bart Simpson jacket looks like a ninja turtle, and the kid with the dreads are both a waste of time, I dont see how they got a job,they have the easiest thing to do and still can't accomplish anything,they slow and look like they dont wanna be there etc.

Store manager Angela 139722. Has a bad attitude everytime you go in the store. No smile just mean mugging no customer service. She need to be in the back stocking boxes away from the ppl.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️she's the only reason I rated a 1..Angela is the 1 bad 🍎

Fultondale, AL location…The main guy with glasses was less than helpful and rude when asked for assistance to find a product (after my few minutes of searching). When he could not find it himself, I asked if it could be located in another area in the store and he said ‘no, it would be with the same products’. I asked if he could check inventory since his store’s website stated it was in stock. He doubted me until I presented my phone, then he acknowledged it was ‘his store’. I found the item away from the similar items to which he responded, ‘like I said, it’s in this area’.The other two staff member deserve stars, one for the greeting guy and the lady at the register. The one with glasses on this day could use some pointers.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible attitude and would not even go check for a single shoe. Every shoe I asked about was "no we don't have it." They're not even trying to sell shoes!!!!! Terrible customer service. I'll never be back to this Hibbetts!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon entering the store we were never greeted and I had to locate an employee who was bothered by me needing help but was also on her cell phone. She shouted from the back that they didn’t have the size shoe that we needed. They only had 2 cleats to choose from. I wouldn’t recommend this store. It was never offered that she could help us order them online or check another store. If hibbetts would like to hire me for customer service training, I will gladly do so.

The employees were very rude didn't say hi didn't try to help me & my husband were the only ones in the store & the employees just looked at us like we were not pose to be there like we were bothering them. They didn't want to go see about the shoes I wanted so we left. Just rude!

The place and is nice but the workers personality such. The 2 I dealt with especially heavy set black girl with long faux dreads and extremely long eye lashes act like she didn't want to be bothered. The white guy at the registered act as if he was uninterested when asking about what you get with texting Fresh, he was like I don't know.

Tennis shoe selection was not very extensive. Only had one wrestling shoe from which to choose. Knowing there are several wrestling teams in the area the selection was sad, at best. I still have wrestlers needing shoes who will be going elsewhere to purchase them.

The manager Darius was Rude for no reason over the phone. He seemed irritated & even told me I let shoes run my life & asked me was I trying to “be funny” when I asked to speak with the manager. Uhhhh WHAT?! Do better Hibbetts.

Went to Fultondale location on my lunch break. They don't have a significant inventory of running shoes. No big deal, found a set ( second choice) I liked, sales rep couldn't find but one of the pair. He seemed to think it was hilarious when I said I was going to Shoe Station because he couldn't fund the other 10.5 running shoe. Didn't even have the 10.5 size in my first choice. Shoe Station thinks it is hilarious too....all the way to the bank with my 100+ bucks. Have spent $300 with Shoe Station over the last 6 months. Because I travel throughout Alabama I stop at a lot of their stores. Real shame Hibbetts doesnt seem to care.

Staff will harass you upon entering this more than high priced store. If you're an athletic buff or sports is your thing and you don't mind paying an arm and a leg to purchase items better and more cheaply found on the internet, this is your spot!! This location had little to no selection or variety.
