The attendant was very happy and friendly upon arrival. They were fast and efficient getting me checked in and good directions to the room. The room was clean and had the normal amenities. Slept well in bed. The breakfast was very good with eggs and bacon and the other usual items of a Continental breakfast. This will be where I stay the next time I am visiting!

Arrived to be told I reserved a smoking room. No where on my reservation was the room identified as smoking. Looked at the room and it looked like it had last be updated in the late 70’s. Front desk staff offered me a nonsmoking room but I would have to pay again. In the 10 minutes I was there there were two police stops at the main entrance. Horrible. This is not the kind of review I usually write. Booking company called and they refused to refund or credit the two rooms. Stay away if you have a choice.Safety: Was an issue

The third party we were working with made things very difficult, but the service was absolutely amazing. Its right next to a gas station so easy to get snacks or drinks. The room I had was in a seperate building up a hill, so there were a LOT more stairs than normal, but the rooms were very cozy, and the people there are very nice and like to speak with you.

I’m giving 2 stars because it’s Wyndham! We have had many great experiences with them. And the room was clean, but that’s it. We were pre booked online. Declared our pets as usual . When we arrived she knew nothing about our pets and room price doubled. Desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. The next morning my wife needed a cup of ice for her vitamins, couldn’t find the machine. Desk said it doesn’t work in the winter! So she told the desk she only needed a cup full for her vitamins. She was told that was all the ice they had . In the meantime they are serving breakfast. That requires a kitchen which usually has ice! Lazy, rude and would not recommend it.

TERRIBLE customer service! Went to check in, only to be told that the place didn’t have any working water in ANY of the buildings. Only to be told, “ well if you still want to stay I can give you a room.” Who wants to stay at a place that’s not only willingly promoting unsanitary conditions, but also was NOT willing to give a refund due to there current conditions. Asked to speak to the manager, was told that the manager is “out of town overseas”, and that “I will not be calling the manager for you, you can wait until Monday.” Would never recommend this place to ANYBODY.

Everything was great, room was clean, beds were comfortable. A bit pricey but we had a good night's rest after driving on the road for several hours. Ac was a bit smelly when it first turned on, and there was a live stink bug in the room and also a dead one. Other than that everything was great, theres a nice grass area, they also had breakfast but get there early!

Im not too picky when it comes to motels, but this time I had to say I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When we walked in our room it smelled of mildew. They definitely needed new sheets at least. The people were great, friendly and helped very quickly. When we arrived the toilet wouldn't flush and they fixed it within minutes. But I found a bug in the bed and so I continued to search the rest of the bed for any more bugs. Thankfully I didn't find anymore in the bed but then I got to see how discolored and falling apart the bedding was. To top it all off after my shower I looked down at the towels on the floor and saw little black worms/ caterpillars crawling on the towels. I could not get out of that room fast enough. I hope the other rooms were better.Rooms: Found bugs in the room, in the bed and the bathroom. Will not stay again. Also there was noticeable damage on the wall and door. Bedding was discolored and falling apart.

This was a last minute booking. The front desk lady was awesome. The rooms were clean and offered everything we needed. The beds were NOT comfortable. I tossed and turned all night and woke with a sore back. The breakfast was awesome. The front desk ladies were great in the morning as well. I wouldn't stay again only because of the beds. They also accommodate pets for a price of 25 each, per night, that was nice but a bit pricey.

Let me go ahead and get the one bad thing out of the way. So I reserved my room online and it was already paid for so that way when I got there all I had to do was check and get my key and go to Mariam. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case because I arrived and they told me I must have a $200 deposit That alone is a shocking amount I have never heard of any hotel charges something like that. Most places will charge $50 if you’re paying cash which is understandable, but to charge $200 when you’re paying with the card is absolutely crazy! That being said here is my review belowVery shocked at how nice the rooms were! I had stayed here about 15 years ago and let me say this place has done a complete 180! The room and bathroom was handicap Assessable which was room 317. I don’t think I have ever seen such a huge shower in my life. You could probably fit six wheelchairs in that shower. Nice with Nice vinyl floors, microwave and fridge. I was very happy with my stay. I definitely will be returning when I need a place around this area.

I reserved a non smoking room. When we entered the room it smelled like smoke. There were cigarette burns on the comforter, chairs, and even the shower curtain. When I went to the desk I was told I was 100% in a non smoking room. I informed her of the smell and burns. She said she could not move me because there was not anyone else there to check to see if another room was ready. The used towels from a previous guest were also left in the bathroom. Gross.There was also a person sitting in a contractor truck immediately outside my door all night. At times the truck was running with headlights on shining into my window. There were several of these contractor trucks in the parking lot. I asked the guy if he was sleeping in his truck. He assured me he had a room but he never used it. It was just creepy.

Check in was very easy. I booked online. Front desk was very kind, service was fast and friendly, professional.The room was updated and much better than expected! Very clean and really better than some of the more expensive rooms I have stayed in. The ONLY ISSUE was the smoke detection needed new batteries or something. It kept beeping all night long. Well, I only was there for about 4 hours. Other than that, it was great. If I ever need a room again, that is definitely a repeat rental.

Rooms were supposedly remodeled but look worse than the before remodeled pictures. Front desk staff too busy in the parking lot talking on cell phones and smoking. Only thing great about this place was the lady working the breakfast bar. Very sweet and very nice. Food was hot and fresh and kept us satiated for the drive ahead us. So thank you ma'am for your kindness and happy birthday to you!

Lovely, well maintained motel with clean rooms and up-to-date decor. Staff were professional and friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the price very reasonable.Noteworthy details: Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The facility and my room looked nearly new. The clerk told me the place was built in the 70s but renovated not too long ago. A big kudo for the breakfast which was much better than your normal Wyndham property. My only complaint was that there was a 1/4 inch gap under the room door, so there was a lot of outside noise coming in.

I stayed there over the weekend from July 27th 2023 to July 30th 2023. The housekeeper came to clean my room and I asked her If I needed to leave the room while she cleaned it and she said yes so I went out in the parking lot and waited in my car while she cleaned. I had a $20 bill lying on the dresser, and she took the $20 and then lied and said theirs no way that she could have taken it because I was in the room while she cleaned it. So I called the front desk and told them what happened and she said Ok well, we'll talk to the housekeeper and try to get to the bottom of it, so I waited a little bit. Nobody ever got back to me or called me. I had to go down to the front office and they were irritated because I kept asking them about it and they said we're really busy. We'll call you when we get to the bottom of it. And they never called me back. And I still haven't heard anything from them. They never offered to give me a discount on my room or reimburse me for the money. They just didn't care. All they were concerned about was telling me what I wanted to hear just to get rid of me because they were just tired of me asking about it.Now it’s been two months since this happened, they still haven’t bothered to contact me and let me know what happened or offer my money back, I drive by that hotel every day because I was staying there when I first moved to Alabama, and I work about 3 miles from there, I drive by that hotel everyday thinking, how unprofessional and inconsiderate the staff, and the owner is. The owner comes there every day and he didn’t even bother to call me and let me know what happened.

When I tried to retrieve my reservation that was made online, I found out that it autofilled the wrong date. I was so distraught. When I tried to explain to the front desk, the manager curtly said they would neither give me a credit nor a refund as they held the room and I was considered a no show. I received no phone call, and had no idea they were holding a room. She showed no understanding or sympathy for what had happened. I was shocked as a frequent guest at Days Inn's to be treated so badly. Left being charged for a room, I never used, and never knew I had reserved . Sours me on choosing Days Inn in the future.
