This was a great place to get my glasses. Everyone is so nice. The doctor was very personable and the girls who fitted me were excellent. They have a 2 part system to ensure I got the best placement for my bi-focal lenses. Also if you have any problems later such as you inadvertently stretch the arms out (I did) they encourage you to bring them in and they can fix that on the spot. Oh and also, I get lots of compliments on my frames.

This location was so organized, friendly, professional and comfortable. The doctor was very understanding and punctual with his communication along with his staff. They are affordable and very helpful with finding suitable frames. I struggle with headaches and they have extended frames for larger heads. I will definitely return and recommend to my family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience at my local America's Best this week. Everyone was extremely kind and patient, and communicated clearly. They were very accommodating to me as an anxious, autistic adult patient. Juanita checked me out; she was very nice, and made sure that I understood everything that I was paying for, as well as any additional things that she suggested I get. The eye doctor was absolutely wonderful; he was very kind, kept a lighthearted attitude that made me feel safer in the appointment, and made sure that I understood the health of my eyes before leaving. I will definitely be going to this location for my future eye appointments.

I had an amazing and professional experience at the America’s Best Fultondale location. Ashley, Rae, and Juanna treated me with respect and provided a very welcoming attitude. Kaila and Kendall were absolutely amazing. Not only were they quick and helpful with my 90 year old grandmother in law but helped me out with ordering new glasses because my puppy got a hold of mine and messed them up. I recommend these girls to everyone. It's people like them that keep me coming back. Definitely a 5 ⭐ performance. Great job! 👏👏👏👏

My 8 year old was nervous about her appointment, but Dr. Agee made it such a great experience! He took his time and explained things to her. Kaila went above and beyond to make sure we got a good price when it came time to check out. Rae was great too, and very helpful.

I had an unusual experience with the fultondale location. Had to send glasses back twice and had two eye exams because my glasses just weren’t correct. Over a month I dealt with them and IT WAS AMAZING! Love the staff and Dr. I truly WOULD have recommended to anyone until the very last person I dealt with! It broke my heart! I called to see if my glasses were ready and they said yes. Told them I was on my way. I arrived at 6:47 pm to locked doors with two employees sitting inside. Pulled on door and got ignored for a minute then stared at like I was a hobbit begging for food. After doing charades at the door trying to say I just need to pick up she finally came and cracked the door and said we’re closed. I said thought you closed at 7 I called. Her reply was we’ve already started counting and the doors are locked if we start. I apologized and said I’m not trying to be difficult I just need to pick up! I’ve had to send them back twice and I really need them. Again I said I thought y’all were open til 7. She said it was slow so we started counting early and once we start the door is locked. She was so rude! It hurt my feelings and made me feel stupid! I did get my glasses and can finally wear them. She did act a little better by the end but she ruined what would have been a perfect experience! Every other staff member was so good! Thankfully this was the only time I had dealt with this person.

Dr. Agee was great with my eye exam! Kendall was so good to talk to and checked me out with my glasses and contacts, and the Tech, Hailey was so nice during my eye tests! Great visit thanks to all of them@

My experience was unpleasant to say the least! The Doctor and Rae were extremely professional. I came based off the reviews. But Ashley, the sales associate, ruined it toward the end!! Newsflash keep your personal feelings to yourself! Learn how to hand someone a paper instead of sliding it across the table!! I DID NOT receive good customer service! It was Terrible!!! All she did was complain and be super annoying because she couldn’t figure out something simple on the computer during my checkout process! I kept my composure! But after dissing my preferred preference for my glasses ( that upset me) she became more ignorant! That’s not my fault! Ashley, was rude, illiterate, and unprofessional! Not to mention ignorant! She’s a horrible, disgusting, disrespectful individual and shouldn’t be working in customer service. Somewhere cleaning up trash suits her very much! WILL NOT RETURN!!!

I walked in to pick up a prescription and ended up needing an eye exam. Although the need for an Exam was unexpected, my “on the spot” visit was seamless. Dr. Agee is always friendly and personable. Juanita made my checkout experience very pleasant, quick and easy. 5 stars!

The worst experience every. These people knowingly gave me the wrong trial sizes contacts because they were out of stock on my prescription. Then failed to let me know it would be a delay with me getting my actual monthly supply until after I made the payment. I have been back on three different occasions and still experiencing issues with my vision and contacts. I will never spend another dime with Americas Best.

Just wanted to share with everyone if you wear eyeglasses and you go to America's best In Fultondale,Alabama. Beaware of a manager named Ray.Not only will she screw up your order but will have the ugliest additude with you and argue. Isnt the customer always right? Where has customer service gone????

Boo!! When I originally went to this business two years ago, I was satisfied. However, they have really gone downhill. They wait until the last minute to cancel an appointment and tell various stories as to why they need to reschedule. I value my time, but unfortunately this company does not. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap service=cheap workers. Maybe a step above fast food workers. I will not be returning.

Went here for my first eye appointment due to declining vision (mainly farsight), and it was honestly way better than I expected.The checkups were comprehensive, everyone was incredibly nice and explained what they could, and were patient with me having my family with me at the time.I feel like I have my old eyesight and freedom back, thanks to everyone working here, I highly recommend this place.

Recently scheduled an eye appointment and worked with Kendall to pick out glasses. The whole appointment was quick and seamless and Kendall spent her time digging through drawers of glasses to help me find the perfect pair. Would absolutely recommend!
