The comments entered before mine say it all. I would add that employees represent the store and when they're absent or unhelpful it will destroy repeat customers. My first visit today will be my last because of the above mentioned experience. Both absent and unhelpful at the same time is a hard to accomplish but this stores management pulled it off on 16-Aug-2023 between 6:20 p.m. and 6:35 p.m., good job 😂🤣

Raising my rating to a three. As the store gets better I'll feel the rating should match. It's definitely cleaner. I understand stock problems are happening with all DGs, so won't say nothing bad about inventory. Aisles are still blocked, which is not only fire hazards but also probably not very convenient for those with disabilities.

The store is tight but has the right essentials needed to get thru the night rather it be to eat, have all toiletries, clothes, shoes, cleaning supplies, or purchase some school supplies and birthday cards. The store may look small and compact but it does provide what you normally would want to get.

Worst place possible. The employees walk around as if they are doing you a favor working there. No work being done. Restocking carts full of merchandise waiting to be put away, in the isles making it hard to shop. If this wasnt the only one around i most certainly would drive to another to have a better experience. This one store makes me never want to shop at the chain again. Been there about 7 times and i disliked every visit.

This store is in really bad condition. Shelves are not stocked and what is there is a hot mess. A handle on a freezer door has been broken for several months. The screw is still attached, sticking out about 3 inches and why someone has not been injured by it is a miracle.

The employees were wonderful. They were friendly and fast. The overall store was a mess. It look like it was hit by a tornado. You couldn't even get a buggy through an aisle without knocking stuff over .

The young lady working at the Frisco City, AL store tonight. Oct 19 @ 930pm is patient, kind and professional. My debit card kept declining, i had several items already bagged up, I was so embarrassed... she handled the situation with grace and I really appreciate how awesome she was. Wish I had gotten her name..She is definitely a blessing to have as an employee.

Unorganized, isles were blocked with carts and boxes, then had to ask to be checked out. Went back and it’s still the same plus the cashier I had was RUDE! I would give 0 stars but 1 is as low as it will go.

It all depends on which Dollar General you go to. The one in Orange Beach is a FIVE star. Other stores look like a tornado passed through. It's not pretty. LOVE OBA STORE

The only one I go to is Uriah because I live close to it and it's always clean. Easy to get around with a buggy. But Frisco, Monroeville on Claiborne and Hardee's are so messy you can't get to any thing with a buggy.

This store was messy and unorganized. Service was very slow. I know you're required to talk to the customer but not a 15 minute conversation.

Stopped at this store yesterday, it was the nastiest DG Ive ever been in.counter was very nasty w fingerprints and you could tell it had not been wiped in days.
