Horrible pharmacy, rude employees. Always an extremely long wait to fill prescriptions, and when you try to call, the normal hold time is 15-20 minutes.

I was on a family vacation and had to refill a medication I forgot at home. After ringing up I was informed that a prescription had raised from a $0 co-pay to $100. This came as a big shock and my mind was wheeling with trying to figure out how to afford that each month. The staff at the pharmacy informed me to call my insurance and make sure something was not incorrect and were very patient while I did so. This was all happening at the end of their shift. The new co-pay was the correct amount and luckily my family was able to help cover the cost. Fast forward to a few days later and I received a phone call from Walgreens patient care. The pharmacy staff had contacted them on my behalf to enroll me in to a co-pay assistance program through the medication manufacture. The new total monthly cost would be $20! They also applied the discount to the original refill and I was able to give my family back the money I had borrowed to cover the medication. I am truly thankful to the staff at the Fort Payne, AL location for all the help and kindness they showed an out-of-towner. Walgreens will always have my business.

This pharmacy is undoubtedly the slowest place in town. Sat in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes and got to the window and the pharmacist said, We'll have this ready for you in 20 minutes. Which meant getting out of line parking in the parking lot for 20 minutes and then getting back in the long line again.One prescription! How long can it take? This these ond time they've done this. !

We went to the prescription drive thru 7 minutes before closing to get 2 prescriptions filled and they would not fill them, the lady at the window asked if we could wait until tomorrow to get the prescriptions since they close in 7 minutes, luckily it's not a life or death prescription. The only reason I changed to walgreems is because they use my insurance.

You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. But, when they do finally click over to your call after (18, 20, 37 and 43 minutes on hold) THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU WITHOUT SAYING A WORD!!! This has happen to both my husband and myself on multiple occasions. Also my husband had an appointment for a second vaccine and he was told not to come in. What was the point of him arranging time off for this appointment if they were not going to honor it?

My son recieved a toy for Christmas that was purchased here and it broke within ten minutes. $32 truck. We took it back and tried to get a refund and they "couldn't do that" so we agreed on in-store credit. We immediately replaced the truck with Bluetooth headphones and ised the card. I asked the lady waiting on us to dispose of the card and she instructed me that I could throw it away myself outside! Very rude and had a smirk on her face. Forgetting that my son is the one whose toy broke ten minutes after he opened it. I will never go back to Walgreens if I can help it. Not friendly service at all. Very dissatisfied

I sent 34 pictures from my phone 2 hours ago. So far only 5 have been uploaded. I called the Ft Payne store and the girl working doesn't have a clue why this is happening. I hope by using my phone now my photos won't be lost. I have another order if the pictures I sent goes through . I might have to go to another source.

All the people I've ever dealt with in Photo are professional, very helpful and go over and beyond what is required. I've been dealing with Tammy and Jesus recently and I couldn't ask for anything more than the service they've provided.

While others add to their drive thru windows to better serve You they have killed a lane to increase Your wait time even more there line is often 5 cars deep .

The main problem I have is when you get a prescription filled, it takes them at least 30 minutes to fill it, sometimes an entire hour. Kilgore's across the street takes LESS than 5 minutes. The ONLY reason I go to Walgreen's is because Kilgore's doesn't accept Good RX coupons.
