I previously reviewed this store 2yrs ago and had given it a 5 star. Today I was blown away at the quality of the meats! You can tell it was packaged that way because look at the difference in patties! I dunno what's happened in the past 2yrs but I would fix it.

GREAT, GREAT PRICES!!!! I LIVE 20 MILES AWAY AND CONTINUE TO SHOP THERE. Cuz they got good prices!! It's just that simple. Meat dept is very friendly and bery helpful. NEVER A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! GOOD JOB UGO....

I think Yu-Gi-O has become more interested in increasing profit margins. Pricing has gone up quite a bit. Given their business model I find it hard to believe that they're bidding that much more on the pallets that they get.

Love the pork chops with barbecue rub. Thick slices. Very friendly staff. The meat department has the best meats and prices. Met the butcher Libby. She's the best!!

Today, it was a great selection of what my intended goal (grocery list). This isn't always the case. Have some good Halloween stuff out right now. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed in high spirits for work on a Saturday morning. Not one employee even seemed unhappy. This is great and rare so that alone will keep me coming back to this store.

If you’re looking for wholesale items at an amazing price, this is definitely your store. Whether you’re in need, a reseller of some sort, or just simply want to find those great deals with groceries, UGO is your place to go.A lot of things are brands you’ve probably never seen or heard of, but don’t let that steer you in the wrong direction. As someone who was raised by a mother who only bought name brand, there is genuinely no difference. You’re almost always paying for that name rather than what’s in the package.Seasonal dragon fruit is usually around 9.99 at foodland PER FRUIT. 2.99 or so here. 🙏YOU CAN FIND AVOCADOS HERE FOR 10 CENTS A PIECE SOMETIMES!!!! I mean come on, that’s enough to make all of us with culture shake in our boots because we know that’s a steal here in the US. 🤣They have deals on their meat often and while they may sometimes be a couple of dollars more than Walmart in terms of hamburger meat, it comes straight from the butcher at UGO and I promise it’s better quality and you actually get the correct weight amount in beef.Overall, UGO has kept my family fed throughout the years and especially in times when we really needed it.

Would have given them a better review. The Isle for cluttered. The employees didn't seem very bright.I wanted to buy a fountain they had and nobody could tell me the price on it. Nor would they even try to find out what the price was.

Do not buy custom cut meat. Bought 3 lbs. Bottom round cut to make beef jerky. Got home opened the package the topside piece of the 1st slice was a nice lovely blood red. When I went to flip it over to look through the other pieces 80 percent of the meat was discolored brown. While picking up the suspicious meat I notice there was a boogery residue left on me fingers. I preceded to give the meat the good old sniff test with the hopes that maybe it may still be able to turn into the mouth water dried goddess called beef jerky. To my dismay it had the astonishing odor of a dead deer sitting on the side of the road for 4 days. In conclusion I do NOT recommend going to ugo custom cuts. Please do not put your life in their hands. As for the other meat please look at them carefully.

Shopping in UGO is like shopping in a treasure box. You never know what good stuff you will find. If you like an item, buy several because tomorrow it will most likely be gone. Great place to shop if you’re a bargain hunter.

I just love shopping at UGO this store has some great prices on certain items. I find a lot of good prices on meats here. Right now they have frozen icecream cake that is wonderful. I love the strawberry crunch. Great for this hot summer heat. And its not to sweet either. They have most of the groceries you would find at any other grocery store but they may not have it all but what they do have i am well pleased.

I always like to shop here. Sometimes they have some good deals. The manager, however, is not nice to the employees and he talks to them very bad! I am a customer and I heard him talking bad to this poor boy and I said something to him because it bothered me so bad. No human or animal should be treated that way! If you are looking for employment, I would try elsewhere because of the manager but if you want to grocery shop, this is overall a good store.

Awful. There are no staff to be seen. Only one cashier line to check people out. I needed sugar free cough drops and was given no sugar added candy. huh? I would go onto the next city and do shopping at a Kroger or Food Lion.

My mother has shopped here for years. I remember going with her when I was a little girl. Here recently my mom was there and she shops for my elderly grandmother and my sister to help out.. While my mom was checking out she was trying to help the cashier (A MANAGER) get her groceries out of her cart. The manager look frustrated already, so my mom thought she was being helpful. About 15 seconds in helping, the manager takes a step back, stops scanning, and says "I can do it. I'm getting frustrated and I'm about to WALK AWAY."Ummmmm excuse me? Is this "good customer service" or WHAT? The man has worked there for years.. Everyone in my family has worked or is working with the public. If anyone was to speak to a customer that way you would be FIRED. I get having a bad day, but you are the last thing a customer sees before walking out of the store. You are to greet a customer with a smiling face, ask about their day, etc. for them to WANT to come back and do business with you.RIDICULOUS and so RUDE. My mother was nice as can be and just let it go because that is what kind of person she is. But I can't say that the next person who gets treated like this will handle the situation like she did.

It was great going there! I was in and out without any complications. The employees there was very nice and answered any question that I had. And the parking was easy and great to get to. The only problem that I had with that store was the increase of prices on the meat that was available there, other than that no problems at all.

I love going to united grocery outlet bc ya never know what is gonna be there your next visit!! They always have bargains! I usually go there first ,then to Walmart to get the things I need if united grocery doesnt have it.

Staff could be a little more friendly. The cashier was kind, but everyone else seemed antisocial. Prices are fair imo. I wish all of the items had been priced. Overall it was decent.

There was a great selection but very poor customer service. I asked a simple question about where something was and the manager was extremely rude. I explained it was the first time I was in the store and she never apologized for her short response. While I was in line at the checkout she proceeded to chastise a lady working the register that she needed to speed up. I'm sorry but the way you treat your employees in front of customers is a true reflection of her managment skills. I will never return and would rather pay more somewhere else for a better environment.

The staff is very helpful, it is cheap just keep that in mind when buying fresh fruit and veggies. If trying to have them last a whole week. They usually go bad in a day maybe two. But great place for meat, can goods!

I stopped by here the first time the other day as soon as I entered one of the employees shouted at me and said not to cut through the middle section. Ok that's understandable but the layout of how they have the arrows pointing is very confusing. They are pointing every direction. Also there is raw meat sitting out in a kiosk unrefrigerated and there are flys swarming it like a dead animal. Everything is dirty. But they have good prices.

UGO has the best meat around. They have the absolute best prices too. Their prices are even better than Wal-Mart. They have fresh cut meat everyday. I love UGO's meats. The rest of the store has lots to offer too. The produce is the best around town. The management team is the best, they always make sure you find what you are looking for.

Great store and very clean unlike most outlet stores. We all know in these times groceries are getting expensive. I can walk in there with $50 and leave with enough food to fix good healthy meals for my family for a week plus have items to freeze or put in the pantry to stock up on extras for later.
