This store is a perfect home town experience. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. There is so much packed in this store. Even our kids love to go with us. Simon, the Manager, is very accessible. The only thing missing is a game if checkers and a cup of coffee. I love this store. If there is something you need be sure to try them first.

Purchased a set of dog clippers that were supposed to be "NEW" .Opened package after arriving home to discover Dog hair all in box, clippers,and on the cleaning brush!!! Cord unwrapped and oil package opened! When arriving back to the Fort Payne Store we were told Manager was busy counting cash drawer and would be there in a few minutes! IN A FEW MINUTES Parker the cashier who had checked us out shows up and Store Manager NEVER came up front to address our issues 😑

Tractor Supply has tractor parts and accessories, outdoor lawn & garden equipment, health and feed products for farm animals, farm and garden chemicals & fertilizers. Tools, lubricants, fasteners, hardware, accessories including wheels and tires. They have a good selection of health products and feed for house pets also. In the spring they have a variety of chicks and ducks. There is a selection of men's, women's, and children's clothing too. Tractor Supply is easy to access and rarely crowded. The employees are friendly, helpful, and polite. Their prices are competitive with the big chain stores. They have a good selection of plants and trees at more competitive prices. I find Tractor Supply quicker and more enjoyable to shop than the big chain stores. The staff is knowledgeable and always helpful.

I love this place! I drove all the way from Rome Georgia because this was the only place that had a trailer axle in stock. Even though it was a return from an online order-I am guessing that's how the price mixup occured. I had driven over an hour expecting to pay several hundred dollars, but when they rang it up at the register; Christmas came early cause it rang up $50! Cha-Ching! I know there are some of you out there (not very many, just a very select few)that may have spoke up. But let me tell you what, this is a poor boy here who it had taken several weeks to save up that money and I still was gonna have to wait another couple weeks to be able to put back the money to buy the tires and wheels but because of the mistake 😊I was able to buy them that day!! Love y'all thanks

We were able to take my dog, Bear, inside there yesterday, to get him a new harness, and toys and treats for his birthday, and the staff there was so friendly, helpful, and professional. They even asked if he could have a treat. Great staff, and I thank them for helping me yesterday.

Great location with friendly staff and excellent management. Knowledgeable staff is willing to go above and beyond to help the customer. They always have an excellent selection to choose from and if they don't have it they can usually order it for you. Its always an easy in and out and your never left waiting in line like some other stores.

The store is nice and clean and is somewhat organized. However the items are rarely in the right place with the right price on them. Unless you figure out how to find the item numbers and match them to the price stickers then prices are going to be a crapshoot. Things are all in general locations so it's still easy to find items inside the store. The employee's are all very friendly and helpful. They don't rush to you like a car salesman but if they see you they'll ask how your doing today and if they can help you with anything. I was loading feed and salt blocks into my truck which has a handicap tag (for my mother) and an employee seen it and came over and tried to stop me and let him load my items without being asked. After explaining he still stayed and helped. I've taken my mother inside multiple times in her wheelchair and was stopped right inside the door by employees and asked if I'd like them to push my mother's wheelchair around as we shopped! That's customer service! I know I can get some items cheaper but the service is great and I don't have to stand at a "self checkout" hoping my cash isn't going to be rejected for a wrinkled corner or that I'm going to stand there waiting on customer service to check my bags and each individual item because something rang up double and before they can void the extra they have to make sure I really only have the right amount of items, or have the option to wait an hour on the only human cashier to herd everyone through the line. For that I'll pay a bit extra! The only reason I rated 4 stars is because of items not in the right spot to match correct prices.

Attempted to get some propane tanks filled, was told they only have one person who can fill propane and he was at the bank! I asked when he would return and was told 30 min or so. Went back to the store 1 hour later and was told they didn’t have anyone who could fill propane at the store today. When I told them what I was told earlier. They changed the story and said he was there but he was injured. Should’ve just given me the straight answer the first time.

Love my Ft. Payne TSC! Someone always greets you when you enter the store. Shelves have been a bit bare lately, but that's all due to everyone getting their stimulus and tax refunds. Their store manager is always extremely helpful, and customers, including myself, always seek him out. Staff is helpful and friendly. Love shopping at my TSC!

I was highly impressed that the air condition was on and pleasantly working. In the past when i have gone in warm weather there was no air conditioning. I was cool enough to remain in the store and actually shop around instead of just getting what i went for and leaving.

Me and my husband went to get a propane tank filled and it was barley raining and we were told they didn't fill propane tanks in the rain because they didn't have the right equipment um it's outside under a carport I don't see what equipment they would need it's no different than any other day raining or not we will use Tyler farm's from now on

They usually have everything I need in easy to spot places. But if they don't, they are super nice and help me find it right away. One time, but even rushed feed from the back of the store! Great service!

The girls and the women do their jobs. Usually pretty helpful and friendly. However, the guys are typically rude and have no customer service skills. Women and the elderly have to load their own feed because the men there don't even offer to help. We've had customers help us numerous times when we were loading our feed, but the employees sure won't!

went here to buy a trailer and the one i wanted had a flat tire and the manager just had the employee fill the tire put. got home the next day it was flat so i called and they told me they would look for a new tire for it. but they didnt have one so i still have a flat time i have to pump up any time i need to use it.

Friendly staff that will help you with whatever you need. They got good prices on stuff as well. I buy my dog food there... I get a 55lbs bag for $21ish.

TSC is at a highly visible location with a hugh parking lot & handicap access. However, one never knows if the automatic doors will operate, or if you can enter store past the maze of shopping carts left outside or inside the entrance door. A customer does not have to ask where the restrooms are located -- the stench will lead one to them. Staff personnel are helpful if you can get the attention of one, and they will gladly load & deliver heavy items to vehicle of someone with disability or elderly customer.

We visited the TSC in Fort Payne for a heater. We were told that they had some, but couldn’t get them down. Really!?! The young guy didn’t seem to want to help us, but he did go look. Then, explained it would take an hour to get to the heater in the back. Then, a lady came out and said, “no, those are put away. We can’t sell them.” She was rude and not the least bit helpful. When we camp in Fort Payne, we will definitely not visit the TSC again!

Love this place have great Christmas gifts and tree ornaments cheaper than walmart and better quality. Cant wait for everything to be put off for Christmas shopping...Great job Ladies.
