Horrible place to work. Plagued by favoritism among the higher ups (mostly the leads, but supervisors and admins). Stay away, it's not worth the paycheck. Tightly knit management is the problem, there is no concern for the average associate.

For one when you see all 5 stars it’s a fake review this place don’t care about the people that work for them then they want to get mad at people because people did not show up when a tornado is in effect who does that? So basically what they are saying to the people that work for the company they don’t care what the situation is come to work or they will replace you and honestly every person that works here is nothing but a number remember that!!! It would be nice if another company just buy this place out and be done with it you have people that has been at this place that goes around gossiping and never get in trouble for it but people that actually work hard they give them a hard time and it’s not right and who pay people $1 just to work overtime the way these people work hard every day least you could do is $20 or $25

I tried to work here as a temp! It was like no one new what to do. Was with two people for about 1 hr then put on our own. Was told work from 4:30pm to 3am. Start date they told me I had 4:30pm to 4am and manitory weekends and I was supposed to work Sunday night to Friday morning. That was changed. To work Monday Tuesday off Wednesday work Thursday off and Friday Saturday and Sunday work 12 hr days! They need 3 shifts and they could keep more people turn over their is out crazy! They can't keep no one they over work the people!

I love my job. Just like any job, it can become stressful. We have busy seasons. And we have slow seasons. That’s normal for any company. I have read a lot of reviews on here and I can’t help but to laugh at some of them. For example: the clothes come in moldy and smell bad. Solution: we have this awesome area inside our building that’s called Quality Assurance (inspection) whichever you want. If the vendor sends anything of such nature “We do not send this stuff out to the moms/dads! It goes back. Another was “you never know your schedule until last minute” incorrect. I’ve never had a peak season/busy season that I was unaware week by week what my schedule is. Mostly the ones who say it is a awful place are typically the ones who didn’t want to work. I love working here. I have amazing supervisors as well as operations managers and a pretty amazing HR department. Every place gets out of whack in one area or another. That’s life! It’s called getting busy and business booming. I will never forget my orientation, head of security said “ I have never seen anyone get fired for something that they did Not do” I assure you this is the most accurate thing in my years here. My second favorite “ don’t get your honey where you make your money” (some have yet to figure that out) there are relationship rules in the building for good reasons. This job has helped me become a better me and allows me to keep striving to be the best me that I can be. I am more than grateful for this company. They offer great pay and available hours almost always. The job is fast pace but nothing is too hard. I personally would tell anyone to come be a part of our team.

The company is good to work for, but hours are unsteady. If you go through a temp agency you can expect lesser pay as well as lesser hours. Great for people who don't want to work full time all year round.

I started here a few days ago and I won't lie this job is not for the weak. I work in retail and if your not used to walking,lifting, climbing stairs then this isn't the job for you .during peak it's 10 hour days. It goes by pretty good. The job is easy to get used to . The negative is the length of time it takes to get from the retail area to the break room. I had to park around back one day and it took 6 minutes to walk thru the building and get to the time clock. You will definitely get your exercise. If you want a stable position here then go into the retail department. They have 8 hours during none peak and 10 during peak. If you go into ecomp then your work will slow in January. I was told it's not unusual to be sent home at 8 or 9am during non peak if you work in ecomp. There is free coffee, vending machines ,microwaves, plenty of toilets and water areas. It's worth a try.

My father works here and from what I have been told you work 60-hour weeks during Peak seasons and won't know your schedule until the week before. He is full time and was told repeatedly that hiring on temps would cutout mandatory overtime but it never happened. He works every Thanksgiving and most other holidays except for Christmas Day. The pay is decent and it is a clean place to work but during Peak seasons you will not be able to have a life.

This establishment is the absolute worst place I have ever worked in my life! You cannot even get through the doors to get to work without a pat down through security. 20 hr weeks, low pay, lack of communication, no training. This is an Americanized version of a sweat shop.

So disappointed! Called because I was sent someone else’s order. Kept referring me to online and a 1-800 number that doesn’t work. So I have someone else’s package and God only knows who has mine.Not to mention it’s cold here and my kiddos new clothes are MIA. Not only do orders take for ever.... just know you won’t be getting your clothes and have no way to track down a person to report it to!Absolutely ridiculous!

If you go through a temp agency you will will get the run around and they really don't explain much to you as far as hours, getting on full time, ect. If you can get on full time it can be a great job.

Easy check in at the security gate. the security guard gives you the dock door and take the paperwork. it took about 40 minutes in and out. good place nice people here.

Whoever is in charge of traffic control has no clue what they are doing and it would help if there was more than one point of egress and if everyone didnt get released at the same time. This place is obviously ran by idiots that went to college instead of working to get in a management position.

This is by far my least favorite place to pick up a load from. It is ALWAYS a hassle! And if it's shift change, they refuse you entry, regardless if you have an appt at that time or not. I hate coming here!
