You know when we first got here we really like the food but it's not the same anymore for some reason the quality has seemed to gone down and the last three times we've been here the server didn't seem to be very. Like it was an inconvenience just to serve us. Might not come back not yet

I had my dog bathed here and the young woman who groomed him was the sweetest person and did wonderful. If I were reviewing her, I would give 5 stars. But the woman working at the checkout was surly and extremely rude. I was waiting to check out for around 5 minutes because nobody was at the counter, so I politely asked if someone could check me out. While the young, slender woman with bad teeth walked towards the counter to help me, I asked if a chewy that I had found was for dogs. This woman responded “well. This is a pet store isn’t it?”. Her reply was totally inappropriate and unnecessary. You will not keep customers coming back to spend money with that kind of rude treatment

I love my visits to this place! New fish every Friday and all of the employees are full of knowledge and treats you like family. I mostly go for the fish but always enjoy looking at all the animals. Except the Spiders!!!!! 😂 When it comes to supplies. If you need it. Chances are they have it.

One of the employees her name is Heather, she is very very rude and doesn’t listen to anything your saying or help you try to find anything, this place used to be so great but not anymore. very disappointed in my visits.
