Waited all day 3 /24/ 24 Sunday for dryer that never came as the day went on I called the store to find out if it was still being delivered and was assured it was on the truck and would be delivered. We'll today is Thursday 3/28/24 still no dryer no phone call and no service. What a great company!!!!

We bought a 7.5' Hudson Pine artificial pine and to our dismay there wasn't a plug from the tree to the electrical outlet. The store management refused to give the power source plug to us. We have normally shopped with Lowes in the past with our military discount and friendly sales associates but will return this tree and likely never return.

Couldn't get any help ...the guy in the electrical department was no help at all ..so we went to home depot got help. I've drove 45 miles out of my way . To buy 3,400.00 worth of occupancy switches. Lowes your slipping .

I will never buy anything from this store that has to be delivered. I bought a washing machine on Wednesday and was told it would be delivered on Friday. On Friday , I was given a delivery time of 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Around 3pm I received a message that the truck had broken down and delivery would be delayed 1 hour. After 6pm received a message that delivery would be delayed 2 hours. I was told the delivery may arrive that night or be rescheduled for next week. I told them this was not acceptable. I was then told delivery would be scheduled for Saturday and time of delivery 5pm to 9pm. Late Saturday , I was called and told delivery was rescheduled for Sunday. Delivery time on Sunday was 5pm to 9pm. On Sunday, I was told my washing machine was left in Gadsden and not on delivery truck.Remember I bought the machine at the Fort Payne store and was told they had it in stock. I don’t know why it was left in Gadsden.On Sunday I saw the delivery truck at 12:30pm about 7 miles from my house. I called Lowe’s several times and customer service is non existent. They kept telling me to call the delivery company. Finally on Sunday one of the managers at Lowe’s told me she would make sure the machine was delivered on Monday. The machine was delivered on Monday.

Honestly, this is probably my first Google Review I've ever done - The reason being is to highlight how amazing the employees at this store are! Everyone is always SUPER helpful, but two guys continually go out of their way to save my bacon time and time again! Ed and Jeff have always gone WAY above and beyond and are always reliable resources to turn to, without fail - To repeat myself, everyone there have been nothing but helpful (and some have shined brightly as well but I can't remember their names unfortunately) but those two stand out as primary examples of what you want to see at any place of business, but especially at your local Lowes! Thanks guys! I'm sure I'll be bugging you soon about my next up and coming project and I'm confident you'll be there to help, unless it's your day off in which I'll just cry in my cereal

I really like shopping for my home project equipment and supplies at our Lowe's. I find the items I need, and when I order online to pick up at the store, they always get my order ready quickly, and the pickup procedure is smooth.

Found everything we were looking for and usually have a good experience, but this time the manager was standing at the door trying to sell people a bucket scoop we did not need. After telling him we were not interested he still inststed, looking in his phone to see if he could get us a better deal. I understand that he was just doing a job and this needs to be seen by upper management.

Tried to return a nail gun unopened with receipt. Was told couldn't give refund or store credit. Should have had this printed on their receipt. They said it was because it was over 90 days. LAST TRIP THERE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

If you need help with something in store, then don't hold your breath that anyone works there. I have been in the same store several times over the last week and have seen one person so far when I needed assistance with something. So it's probably better to know exactly what you need before walking in.

We love this Lowe’s! They are very accommodating and helpful. We had a vent hood that needed returned (unused and unopened) but we were past our return window. The manager was able to override it for us and waive the restocking fee. Extremely pleased with the service we received.

Nightmare try to buy appliance package. Lowes cancelled the order 3 times. Finally went to HD, got better deal, saved money, had the appliances in 2 days. Delivery guys were great as well.

Went into Lowes around 8pm Tuesday Sept 20th. There weren’t many customers in the store. I needed assistance finding what I needed. There was no employees offer assistance. After finally finding what I needed went up front and there were no registers open. I had bought some large screws and only one had bar code had I want to use self check out. I finally saw an employee and asked how do I pay and was directed to the return section to check out. There were no signs indicating this checkout area. This Lowes use to have outstanding service and now seems as a customer I was a bother to be there. From this point I’ll drive to the Kimble Lowes they knock you down offering assistance and the store is very well stocked.

The selection is OK, but the store management leaves a lot to be desired. The aisles are continually blocked with buggies just left, the employees will rope of an aisle and just leave it, no one around to help load, if you want a lumber buggy, don't look in the store as they are all scattered in the parking lot. It is not due to a shortage of people, they just are not managed! It did not used to be this bad, not sure why it has gone down hill. If I did not also go to Home Depot and compare, I would give it two stars instead of just one!

Angie in the paint department was the most helpful person I have ever had wait on me in ANY home improvement business and believe me I have been to lots. She went out of her way to help me pick stain colors. She pulled stir sticks out white paper underneath so photos of it would show up better. She really wanted to help us. Lowes, I have worked customer service for over 30 years and you better do whatever you need to do to keep Angie in Fort Payne! She is a GEM!
