We met Pam and Paxton today. They are the real deal, and care about animals. We rescued a Yorkie yesterday, he needed the hair cut from in front of his eyes. I had brushed and cut mats from his hair and we bathed him. I was too afraid to cut the hair in front of his eyes. I called and left a message last night and Pam called first this morning. She ask how she could, " help that baby?" She gave us a time to be there and trimmed his face, we're coming back next week for a full groom. REFUSING TO TAKE A DIME, for what she did today!! WOW, how wonderful to meet poeple that care. THANK YOU, Pam & Paxton!! This is Lucien Reid, he can now see!!

This is from Shannin, Davys wifey :) I followed Pam from her previous place of employment because I have a PROBLEM DOGGIE who's 19 yrs old and DESPISES BATHS and she is the only person he does not mind handling him. Paxton has such a great attitude she seems to work out very well with our tribe of craziness, I don't trust my dog to be perfect while getting his feet face and FANNIE done therefore I never expect a perfect hairdo DOGS HATE THIS! LOL They always meet my expectations tho and as long as I don't have to DRAG my dog in the door I'm super happy! Thank you girls for all your patience and dedicated work to our furbabies! Personally I do not know what I would do without you! And Puffaluffagus loves you too!

Pam is an awesome groomer . She has been taking care of our dogs for years. She has always gone out of her way to take care of Lola and Henry. Pam is part of the Miller family and always will be. You can't do better than Pam. I really don't understand any negative on Pam and Paxton. It's ridiculous . There is no better . 5 STARS A+++

Mrs Pam has been grooming our boy Loki since he was a pup 💙. She does a wonderful job. She’s also so patient with nervous animals and I know that because my Loki is one of those nervous puppies. if you’re looking for the best groomer around Fort Payne, Alabama look no further Pam is the best❤️

I TAKE MY MINI SCHNAUZER VIKING TO GET GROOMED, THEY ARE GREAT NICE NICE PEOPLE, BOTH LADYS ARE GREAT WITH DOGS, AND PAXON DOES A A+++++++ JOB WITH VIKING, SHE LEAVES HIS BEARD AND BRUSHES IT OUT, THAT IS SO NICE, I HAVE WANTED HIS BEARD TO GROW AND NOW IT IS! THEY ARE GREAT AND KIND WITH YOUR BABYS THEY BOTH LOVE DOGS. Will never take my pups there again . They cut Jack's hair so short and he was gaped up every where. Worse part he came back with fleas! We asked for them to leave his hair pretty long because it was 10 degrees outside. They cut him to the skin. Very unprofessional cut.

Took my puppy to be groomed, the service failed. I do understand that he is a puppy, if you are not qualified to groom puppies then don't. We couldn't tell that he had been trimmed other then alittle around his mouth & private area. It was a waste of money and time.

Took my sweet dog for grooming. Pam wasn’t there, but my appt was with another groomer. Awww She called me 30 minutes later to tell me that she was ready. I got her home and saw blood all over her paw. I cleaned it up and it appeared to be coming from her nail. Nothing was said about that when I picked her up. I have usually had a good experience here prior. My husband sent a message to Pam the owner and never got a response! I really hate this, cause she is starting up a new business and I would have loved to help her out!

Pam did a great job grooming my little senior dog. She was very gentle with him and he loved her. I would recommend her to anyone. If you need a good caring groomer, one where you know your sweet fur baby is taken great care of, check out Pam. You'll be glad you did!

Took my miniature longhair dachshund today and she did an amazing job he went to someone else in Rainsville a few weeks ago and they didn’t do a good job and overcharged me but she fixed their mistake better then I could imagine for a way cheaper price and did others stuff that came with it and I’m going to start taking my other two dogs at Dottie’s!!! The best doggie spa I have ever took my fur babies to I would definitely book an appointment with them!!! Don’t have a before picture, but here is an after picture, after letting Dottie groom and fixed him up.

My dog got kennel cough from this place I will never bring my dog here again they don't ask for any proof of vaccines very unprofessional for a dog groomer to not put animals first
