This store has no bath room 00943The cashiers were rude one was a young girl and the other cashier was an older, the older cashier was playing on her phone she has a real bad attitude has no customer service what so ever. I am 60 and I have worked in retail sales owned my on businesses and a nurse taking care of patients but but never have I encountered a store mine this!!!!I will never return!!!! I also shop a lot of dollar generals love theBut not this one!!!!

I like Dollar General. I would have given more stars except for the amount of clutter at the store. Of course, they are trying to make as much stuff available as they can, but the result is that some things are harder to find.

Good place to shop, but aisles need to be clear for people with walkers, wheelchairs, or disabilities to be able to walk through without worrying about tripping and falling. Otherwise, I would give a higher rating!!! Great customer service though!!!

Pros:1. The staff is always friendly and professional enough for the position.2. It has a fair selection of merchandise3. The prices are exactly what you would expect from a Dollar General.Cons:1. They seem to be understaffed based on the foot traffic the store receives. Because of this there are long lines frequently.2. They have a substantially smaller selection of goods than other Dollar Generals in the area.3. The manager will consistently stand around doing nothing while there is a line of eight or more people waiting to be checked out with only one register open.4. People frequently solicit outside of this location and it is very annoying that they allow it

Good selection of products, however the name of store is very misleading. More often than most the products cost more than $1. With that being said there appears to be an unwritten dress code of shoppers who wear pajamas and flip flops. If time is not a factor or you dont mind waiting in line for the one person on cashier duty to check you out than this place should exceed your expectations.

I have never been more disgusted in my life than on this day. I was cashing out one of my two buggys and seen a at general Employee on the floort with a hammer annihilating these poor air freshener. I mean pieces were going to the left, pieces were going to the right and she even managed to hit her own hand once. I asked her what on earth is going on and they explained to me that the manager makes them destroy all items that are discontinued or items that have pennies out (items that went down to 1cents). The employees also told me that they feel bad when they have to cut up socks and clothes with scissors. WHAT? ?!!? YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! of all the local charities that socks and clothes could go to and this store is destroying them on purpose because a manager doesn't want an item go to a penny. (This is why dumpster diving started). He or she should be ashamed of themselves. Simply pathetic! The writers on the other hand were super friendly and one even help me push a buggy to the car since I bought two buggies full

I arrived at the ft Payne store at 8:49pm on Saturday night and they locked the door as I walked up. I'm getting more and more dissatisfied with this chain of poor quality service. Wal-Mart has much better service.

This particular dollar store is doing there part to combat covid. They leave the front door open to stop people from touching where an infected person might have touched. They also have signs posted at the door in both English and Spanish that states the governor's mask order is in effect and to please wear a mask. They have mask for sale at the register. As well as hand sanitizer.

The vendors need to do a better job of checking dates. I found tortilla shells that went out of date almost 2 months ago . It wouldn't hurt if a sales associate would check too.

Don't go in here if you're in a hurry. They always have 1 register going and the line is longer than it is as Wal-Mart during rush hour.
