I used to love Big lots ,but they aren't as much of a Discount Store as they used to be. I noticed that all Big lots changed when they began selling furniture! They need to go back to how they once were &keep their prices lower. They are now higher on a lot of items than competing stores! After all,they are just like Ollie's and not a store for the wealthy!

Eddy and a young lady that helped me went above and beyond. I had what I thought a complicated return. They we the best customer service and helpful to get me in and out quickly with resolving the matter. Definitely will shop their furniture dept again.

Ordered a love seat. Was told 6 to 8 weeks. By week 8, we asked for a full refund as they STILL didn't have the liveseat and saying that new orders are taking a minimum of 8 weeks. I had to look elsewhere for a loveseat.

They was pretty busy today and only 1 person working furniture however when we was checking out up front the girl was super friendly and said someone had went to furniture to help my mom. I liked how they was helping each other out, that says alot about that store. And the 2 workers that we spoke with was super nice and helpful.

I often go to Big lots for natural snacks and coconut oil but they didn't have as many choices this trip plus they no longer sell the large containers of coconut oil.

Prices are good, selection of merchandise is good, but unfortunately the service is terrible. One cashier, long line at the checkout while other employees seem to be just wandering around the store.

I love this store! My husband and I recently moved to this area and this is by far one of the best places here to shop. They're always getting new products, and they offer a customer rewards program that regularly saves me money and I often get coupons for $10 & $5 off to spens in-house. They have an excellent collection of furniture at very reasonable prices, and they get new stuff in pretty often. They also have high end makeup, health & beauty items, household items, electronics and much more! I can't say enough good things about it!!! 🖤

Was in on Thanksgiving day. Everyone was helpful AND cheerful despite working on holiday. Margie(?) checked me out, went out pof her way to be helpful. Big guy in Santa hat helped loaded mattress. Made a difference in customers too. Customer's respond to atmosphere. Thank you for positive experience.

Just went in to look at furniture to further furnish our home and had a great experience. We were greeted promptly and asked if we needed assistance. Loria was quick to show us around at all of the dressers and chest of drawers and night stands they had available. She explained the progressive leasing in a way that we understood and even gave us a tip on how to save a little money when we finally were ready to purchase our bedroom furniture. We came in unsure of the style or even what color scheme we wanted and we left with furniture picked out and even the total price of everything. We will definitely be using big lots for all of our furniture needs

My favorite store! Great selection of home decor, household items, and groceries. Best place to find dog clothes/supplies by far. Half the price of pet stores. I never leave without finding something super cool for cheap. ❤❤❤

I personally only bought some candy here, but my mother, whom which was the main shopper this trip bought a end table, for her bedroom. It was solid wood and very nice. I don't know much about furniture, but my mother is very pennywise, aka cheap, so it must have been very nice and well priced for her to buy it. I noticed the selection ranged from furniture to bubble gum, and everything in between. The staff was nice, knowledgeable and down right helpful. I will be going back soon and recomend it for day to day items, and even some hard to find once in a lifetime items.

Big Lots is a cool little mid-sized retail store that surprisingly has survived in this day and age I think they have a cool furniture line actually even Walmart doesn't have furniture. They have nice recliners in beds and have a credit system where you can actually pay on credit for that as far as everything else they have all your basic little home supplies add cleaning supplies personal hygiene and basic tools they're different kind of store something you think of 20 or 30 years ago but I enjoy going there and it's refreshing to have a smaller place to shop

Love bug lots, always like to stop and check out what kind of deal they have, place is well stocked, clean and have few items with a good bargain price on them, check out the food isles, there are always good price items there, the electronics section also have good to great prices, small appliances are also always priced just right, furniture is got the best price, you can get same items somewhere else for 3 to 5 times the price sometime, good place to shop, one of my favorite bargain spots

Junky furniture that will not stay together... The extended warranty is not worth the ink that it is printed on .. I would NOT recommend to anyone . I have not had good experince with them at all. Frame broke on sofa and came through the back and they would not replace sofa even with the extended warranty.. very disappointed in this company and will not be returning to there stores at all ...

Love the older Big Lots like the one in Ft.Payne. always find what I want. There's a newer Big Lots where I live,I can't find lots of things that I use to but there.

Prices are going way up but not quality. Still some things can only be found here. Often find odds and ends that are nice.
