This shop is like a Mom and Pop shop. The family oriented place sales hardware, home decor signs, and other house DIY gadgets. Pretty dope I say the least. The sales lady Trish is super helpful and friendly. I recommend asking her for help. This visit I rented a U-Haul and I might add this was the first time I ever been in a really clean, up kept U-Haul truck. I normally rent through Penske but they weren’t near my area.

My experience with this store at the beginning was fine actually the staff is very friendly and helpful. Until we rented a Uhaul! We have been living here in Ft. Mitchell for the past 5 years we moved from West Gate to Patriots point, which is less than 5 miles away. My fiancé drops off the Uhaul the very next morning as instructed, next thing you know we are charged for 400 miles!!! An extra 329.23 on top of the 45.54 that was quoted for the truck rental. It was the craziest experience! As long as I’ve been going in that store I’ve never met the “owner” or the manager idk. But he was very rude disrespectful and racist to my fiancé from the beginning! He Did not want to rectify the situation! Had “proof” we drove the 400 miles he charged us. So I go In because at this point I need answers he then calls the police because I’m asking questions that need to be asked! Because he or his staff charged our card and therefore STOLE MONEY from us. He gets on the phone and calls the police! And says “THIS BLACK WOMAN IS IN MY STORE THREATENING ME! It was 6 police cars there for me I’m only 98lbs! I didn’t threaten him whatsoever he knew he was wrong! My fiancé ended up talking to uhaul regional manager and he gave him his money back! I kid you not the very next day the same charge just a penny off !!! Our bank ended up taking care of that charge but, I have never experienced such blatant racism in a store a hardware store at that! And from reading these reviews I see we weren’t the only ones charged a mystery charge from this same store!

They have a little bit of everything here, tools, plants, paint, even some things for your fur babies! That's what brought me in, 20 dollars for a 3 month supply of flea and tick meds! The store was very clean and the lady who rang me up was super sweet.

Manager cold and callous. No regard for customer or past loyalty...all of products are overpriced and can be purchases at Capps or homedepot for much less....drive the few extra miles...save money..be treated as a valuable customer

I like this store immensely!! Over the last 2 weeks we have rented a U-haul trailer and bought everything from plumbing fittings and Mrs. Meyers soaps to meat seasonings and candy from them. They have a delightful array of products and decent pricing.

Very friendly staff, it's a small hardware store so they don't have the biggest selection and because they're smaller their prices seem to be a little higher than some of the big box stores. However its close, convenient, and as I said friendly so I will continue to shop here when I need a handful of things real quick.

They have amazing staff and are very helpful as soon as you walk into the store. They are a little pricier then your bigger (Lowe's) hardware store but you're paying for the convenience and I'm good with it. Saves the 35 min drive to PC for something simple.

Fair enough prices on most items especially considering it's located in such a remote area. The real kicker is the amazingly affordable and abundantly accessible chemical precursors, practically a one stop shop for all your nefarious needs. And mad cheaper that the big box stores, plus none of the judgement, suspicious looks, or invasive questioning.

Rented a uhaul trailer, ended up not getting due to a hole in a tire so they refunded my money. All good right? Nope! They later (5 days) just decided to charge a random amount to my card for a trailer I never took, and randomly filled in the date time etc. Having to wait and fight to prove my money is mine thank God I have all mr receipts

I am so sorry to say I have never dealt with such blatant raceism. The inflate or deflate their prices according to race and knowledge if you are a woman they will take advantage of you beware. Please watch where you spend your money.

There is nothing in fort Mitchell. This is a good local hardware store. People are nice and helpful. Price is reasonable. If you are not inn Columbus, this beats driving 30 minutes each way for a nail

This is the best place! They have a little of everything that a chain hardware store has, then a bit more! Mix that together with friendly, helpful people and the combination keeps me coming back. Highest recommendation!

THE NICEST PEOPLE. They must pride themselves on customer service. Wide range of products! My husband LOVES that they deliver wood to our home for his woodshop, but the ONLY DOWNSIDE is the poor quality of the wood. We wish there were more choices of wood!

Very pricey because they're the only convenient hardware store in the Ft. Mitchell/Seale area. I really do try to support local "Mom and Pop shops" over franchises, but they make it hard to stomach that.

Bit expensive for the area but if you need something right now they probably have it. Staff is great. They also do propane refills and uhaul.
