Discounts for using the customer card are pretty good, but their app is a horror show. Not a bad selection of local (to Alabama) products. The bakery is not bad and is priced better than Rouses or Publix. They have a problem letting long-expired products sit on shelves. Customer service is really good, at least. I feel like over the years, their meat department quality has gone downhill, too. One recurring problem I've had is discounted items not ringing up at the right price. Also, the app is a raging dumpster fire that needs a total overhaul.

With the expectation of the younger male (rock star dress) everything and everyone is great. That kid needs to work in the back because everytime I come in he has an attitude and slings my groceries. As of 12 1 2023, store still is great, they did just recently rearrange the aisles. lot of new staff, very nice and friendly.My go to for the weekend sales! Looks like they've moved some products around. Very neat n clean store. Good sales as always.I still love my Winn Dixie, good produce, meats, bakery. Get in there and shop, also, staff always helpful.

There are good organic vegetables. Also, a lot of different pet food choices. Workers do their best to help and go the extra mile to order if they are out of a product.

Do not buy ground beef here. Everytime I buy it, I get ready to cook it the very same day I buy it and its rotten on the inside but looks fine on the outside. I'm tired of throwing away my money.

After shopping Winn Dixie tonight and checking out the blackberries I purchased I had to write a new review.These blackberries are the largest blackberries I have ever seen or eaten in my nearly 81 years on this earth!! And they taste delicious! I wish I could grow blackberries that came out this large!I will try to take a photo and include the photo so that you can see for yourself... that they are 1 1/2 inches long!

This Winn Dixie has been here for years; glad to see some are still hanging in. Comparable to Publix as far as prices; but they have a wonderful Pharmacy and good deals to grab for Bogo experience. The ads that come out each week have some really great deals.

Much better than the piggly wiggly across the street. Better/healthier options, More variety, prices were decent and sale items with the store card added up. Lots of local options displayed throughout the store.I will be going back to Winn Dixie again.I just wish grocery stores around this area had better options in terms of foods, but it seems pretty typical, cheap and unhealthy foods. Still looking for a good priced “health foods” grocer in the area.

I went into the Winn-Dixie in Foley yesterday, and I had a disagreement about something on sale. The cashier was wonderful and polite when I asked for it to be removed from my purchase. HOWEVER, Jennifer the key holder was quite rude and argumentative when I voiced my concern about an item which was on sale that did not ring up properly. I thanked the cashier for being service oriented, But I do not believe that Jennifer is someone who you want your employees to use as an example for customer service.

Don't get me wrong. I like Winn Dixie but their prices are just too high and inconsistent for me and my family to shop there exclusively. Store is usually neat and clean and convenient to our house. If they have a sale on something you need or want this is where we go. Plus they still have employees to check you out. No self check out yet..... ✌️🙏 🇺🇲

This store is really clean and everyone who works there is very friendly. A little higher-priced than Walmart, but worth every penny just to avoid Walmart.

My items rang up for more than I was expecting. I had 4 items. I added them on my calculator and it was about $9 less than they were ringing up. I asked the cashier to go over each item with me and said it ran up with their higher total. I asked for a manager and the manager LOOKED AT MY ITEMS and said, "Oh, you were looking at the savings on the ham, not the price."So their total was correct but the cashier should have been able to tell me I was looking at the wrong amount on the item.

Have no problems with this store but bought T-bones there today for $4.99 lbs. They always say if it sounds " too good to be true", well that's true. Not only were they too tough to cut the taste was very odd. Lesson learned after purchasing $44 worth.

Very polite, friendly and helpful. Just a day before Thanksgiving it was well stocked, the isle was clean and for being busy they had enough cashiers and stock people on hand to handle it . A lot better then Walmart .
