My mother had an RX to be picked up from there after we had gone out to eat. I couldn't believe how long we waited in drive thru line, over an hour! Corporate needs to get involved, there is no reason for such a wait. The girl was friendly but there are obvious issues with how it's being run. Week before I had noticed the line wrapped around the building. If people aren't doing a quick drop off or quick pickup they should be asked to come inside for issues. Drive thru is intended for quick service. Once we got up there we literally completed our transaction within a minute! I blame lazy customers GO INSIDE if you have questions or potential issues!

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Numerous errors in refilling prescriptions--amount and type. They refilled wrong prescription and expect us to pay for it. It takes forever to get through to them on the phone and then half the time they ignore your instructions Management is very surly and unpleasant to deal with. We transferred to CVS and what a breath of fresh air! As a follow up, Walgreens was forced to reverse their claim by the insurance co.

Worst pharmacy in foley. Staff is unfriendly, They have a drop off window thats never open, you cant even drop a prescription off without waiting 2 hours in a line. The place feels so dirty, Its almost as clean as foley Walmart..

Make sure you have a full tank of gas b4 getting in the always long line for perscriptions. I just don't understand how it can take so long for even 1 car to move in line. My record wait time here is 56 minutes. I'm not kidding. I'm afraid today I may beat my record. It's been 16 minutes and only 1 car in the 2 lines have been helped. Or maybe they just gave up and left. How is this possible?????

These people need to have people who make others wait in the car line forever. Go back around if they have issues or need to wait for refilling of drugs. Keep the line moving so people can get theres that are ready and go. Make the system move and everyone will be happy. Just saying one yruck sat there for 25 min while we all just sat and waited smh. Hire more people also!!

My review is based on the pharmacy only. If I could rate negative stars I would. I have been a happy customer of Winn Dixie's great pharmacy for some time until they recently left the pharmacy business and automatically transferred all prescriptions to this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. The prices are absurd so I have attempted many times to call and get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. Multiple calls, all with a wait time of over an hour and still not able to speak to anyone. Also if you attempt to go to the actual store the pharmacy line is typically wrapped around the building every day. This place is hot 🔥 garbage. Beware

The lobby has recently been closed. The drive through line goes around the store. I waited there for over an hour yesterday. Some people gave up and left. I couldn’t because my medication is too important. My medication constantly gets filled in Grand Bay, where I have told them repeatedly that I haven’t lived there in years. Every time I call, I get left on hold for over thirty minutes with more than three callers ahead of me and ultimately get disconnected.

What a mess. They closed the inside had to go thru drive thru. Took a solid hour. They had one tech serving two drive thru lines that wrapped all the way around the building. Made my wife change pharmacies.

Absolute worst. Never a good time to pick up meds at this location. I have most meds delivered but some I have to pick up in store. Waiting 45 minutes for prepaid meds is ridiculous.

I called Walgreens pharmacy regarding my RX. I had to hold about 20 minutes because they were very busy. When it was my time Asha answered the phone and even though they were swamped she went the extra mile to help me get my account straight. Very professional & kind. Hope you realize what a valued employee you have.

Not even worth one star. Talking about the disgraceful pharmacy. Called and called with no answer, just holding for 30minutes. Decided to go to the pharmacy to pick up my refill, waited in line for more than 30 minutes to find out it was never filled. The only reason I would even go here is because it’s the only place my coupon to save 100’s of dollars is only honored here. As I waited in line I watched them push every call to hold. Disgusting!

The 2.7 this store has is hard to believe. They are always understaffed, ALWAYS! The staff is grumpy and impatient. I am visiting only because I am picking up meds for a home bound person. This is ridiculous. I have been waiting in line for 45 minutes, no joke. The Walmart of drug stores. Don't come on purpose.

I arrived to pick up a refill 15 minutes to 6 on Saturday. 2 cars ahead of me. When it became obvious that it wasn't moving, I got out of line and ran inside ( before 6) ugly red head girl closed lobby. Horrible hateful person.***** 1 day later****So I go back on Sunday to get my prescription (labor day weekend)It's 30 minutes till 600. 2 cars ahead of me. Like HOW MUCH TIME DOES ONE NEED TO ALLOW in order to get a prescription?!So, I wait...wait...5:59...ok they will refill my prescription, but their system didn't catch my 90 day supply ( which is why I only got 11 last time?)Like think about how horrible this is...and this time their were 4 people. A young man, red haired girl, and another young lady. Let's call her sign slapper " pharmacist not on duty" and she's EARLY.I am disgusted check out...but I Make a point to say " there are only 2 cars waiting and its labor day weekend", to which red haired girl said, " I know."BAM THE FOIL SCREEN WAS DROPPED.THE LACK OF EXPLANATION, ( WHY I GOT NONE OF MY PRIOR PRESCRIPTION..LIKE WH0 EXPECTS TO GET HOME, FIND 11 PILLS, WITH NO EXPLANATION?)IM DONE WITH THIS SHREW. THE COLD, HORRIBLE LACK OF CARE FOR HUMAN BEINGS, WHILE SUPPOSEDLY ACTING AS A LIAISON FOR HEALTH CARE, IS SHOCKING.I thought about how two days in a row this person had screwed up, cheated her employer, her customers, and her pharmaceutical oath to act in good faith. I have Gott in my foot can’t walk. Went to Dr. They sent my medication to Walgreens. I called 3 hours later. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I called again after the 2 hrs still not filled. Was told it will be tomorrow. I told them I can’t walk. They said they would fill and send me a text. After 8 AM until 8:30 pm still no medicine. Walmart here I come .

I hate to do this but after giving Walgreens a chance to get better I am done with them after 30 years of being a customer. I sit in drive thru again 5 cars deep and it took 40 minutes last Thursday for them to tell me they shipped it to the wrong pharmacy.They got me one but once again my other critical prescription got sent to Florida after the tech told me 5 days ago she would take care of it.I am pulling all my prescriptions for me and my wife soon. This site isn’t even sustainable anymore. A wait of 30 minutes even inside when it’s open is not uncommon

I have had numerous problems with this pharmacy and would advise anyone not to use them. I intend moving all of my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy that is more reliable and competent. Between extremely long wait lines, rude employees, refusing to honor valid insurance, incompetence, not answering the phone, etc. I have given up on this store. Recently I was told by my insurance company I had to move my prescriptions to either CVS or Walgreens. I guess I chose the wrong one by going with Walgreens. It has been one BS excuse after another. First I was told I didn't have insurance ( I have been with Tricare for more than 25 years) but I found out they were entering the wrong ID number over and over again. Then when I corrected their mistake they told me the number on my government military ID was incorrect (I verified it with DEERS and it was correct) Then I was told I was 3 days early on my 90 day prescription. After I waited 3 more days for my essential hypertension medication I was told that Tricare's computer was down and they could not fill it. My maintenance hypertension medication was finally filled after 5 days of excuses and after many complaints and phone calls on my part.

Great clean place with good service.They carry all of grandpas favorite pipe tobacco.Also has a Redbox.Navigating the parking area can be tricky. Can be hazardous when busy.

Will never use this Walgreen pharmacy ever againI took a prescription for pain medication from my dialysis doctor by this afternoon due to pain from a fall. My daughter went by to pick it up this afternoon and you would have thought it was for a high powered pain medicine due to all the questions asked. It took her 45 minutes to get the prescription filled. Phone numbers asked three times, allergies, birthday, then card wouldn’t work. This rating is for the customer service rendered at the pharmacy. I walked in hoping to check my blood pressure but unfortunately there wasn't a machine visible. I asked the tech if they no longer had one, she replied they did not. I asked for assistance of where I could go to get my BP checked her reply was "I don't know anywhere with a blood pressure machine!" She was very rude and unprofessional! I then asked her for her name, and she replied, "Emily" and picked up her cell phone, leaned onto the counter to and continue to look at it. No one should experience such distasteful customer service simply by asking a question. A simple reply like, "I'm not sure maybe you should try .. or I'm not sure let me ask one of my coworkers," that would have sufficed. She chose to be rude and unprofessional and should choose a different profession is she does not like her job and doesn't want to be there!!

Everytime we come to this store we wait for AT LEAST45 minutes.They let people wait at drive thru while they fill scripts instead of telling them they are not ready.They also have another lane they do not use.It's a long wait on inside as well.Thinking about changing .We call before we go to make sure it's ready then wait and wait and wait just to pick up.

My wife had an accident that required medical attention. The doctor prescribed pain medication. After waiting several hours for it to be filled, I was told it may not be filled until the next day. Terrible service. Very uncaring. This is my last trip to Walgreens.

Walgreens pharmacy in general is horrible. Facility in Foley Al is twice as bad. Myself and wife have had to change do to the inability to provide a decent service. We’re sorry. Really busy. Come back tomorrow. We are having trouble with your ins. Same insurance the past 10 times I’ve been in. Automotive service says the Rx is ready. Drive to the window after an hour wait. We’re sorry, not sure what happened, can you come back in a couple hrs or maybe tomorrow. Same $&it every time. I would love to be contacted by someone at corporate. Horrible service and major attitude from the pharmacist at foley. It was all my fault in her eyes. Should be accustomed to it. I will now change my daughters Rx to a home town pharmacy.

I don't want to be put on hold for 15 minutes to ask the pharmacy a question. Someone picked up the phone, put me back on hold, after 10 minutes it rings again, someone picked up and put me back on hold, this happened four times. If you're undermanned turn your phone system off or have voicemail setup so you can call people back. I'll be going to CVS for my future needs

Awful! The workers at the front are amazing and helpful but the pharmacy has the longest wait time of anyone else around. I never spend less than 30 minutes in line just to drop off a prescription and it takes hours if not days to get our medication filled. Drive thru is a joke. Only one line open and the cars wrap around the building causing traffic issues on a constant basis. Medication isn't something you can just go without but walgreens doesn't seem to understand this. How do you have customers that have been with you for years but you can't have the medication they get monthly in stock?? I don't normally leave reviews and if I do I don't normally leave bad ones but this has been a long time coming. I have never seen a company so committed to such awful customer service.

I have been shopping here for several years but just recently have i had to experience the pharmacy and I am furious. My friend and I stayed in line at drive thru for 45 min the car ran hot not to mention her oxygen was beeping so we are the second from the window and I get out of the car and let the new guy know our situation for him to tell me no he could not fill that prescription so I get back in car. And leave after the car in front of me decides to finially go. Well today I called in some prescription and waited for 45 m8n 9n the phone them telling me there is one caller ahead of me. So when they finially answer they tell me to hold briefly and thenwhen they finially answered it wa i decided the front of Walgreens. Sif it wasn't that it's for her I would say screw yall.

If there was a rating below a zero that would be my choice!!!!! This place is a joke! Why is it that Robersdale can keep medicines in stock and the staff is actually professional and helpful? I would like to keep my business with my home town pharmacy but I am discussted with this location and will be moving my prescriptions to Robersdale Walgreens..
