Their register scanner doesn't work and they don't tell you until you're up there. So they can't scan anything that is not merchandise, like a coupon or a pet. The red headed clerk is extremely rude. The pet paperwork is unorganized. It's not very well managed at all. I will never shop there again. Good bye pet points.

We have a new fish tank. Our first visit, the guy that helped us was very nice, let me pick the fish I wanted, answered questions about the different ones and which would work well in our tank. Great experience.Two days later went for a couple more fish, the friendly guy wasn’t working. In his place was a 20 year old, condescending, rude girl. We asked the cashier when the nice guy would be back and left.

I was nervous about taking our miniature schnauzer to the grooming salon here, but I called, and the lady that answered the phone made me feel good about it and answered all my questions and addressed every concern. We took him to be groomed and bathed. He was there about 3 hours total. Our pup gets nervous around people he doesn't know, but they were extra sweet to him. They did a great job. The groom was neat and clean. Heather was his groomer. I would definitely recommend taking your pets there. Thanks for treating us and our pet with kindness. 😊

I had help with gold fish today. Short staffed but helpful. As the employee was getting my fish he noticed other fish that needed isolated and treated I believe he intends to care for those fish. Just for reference I added a healthy group of goldfish picture and a picture of the fish he intends to get treatment for. There is a lot of work in keeping fish.

My Chihuahuas, Phoebee and Dottie, got their nails trimmed. Amazingly they didn't really mind it. The groomer Brooklyne was very gentle. They love herThanks Pet Smart!..*Quick update...Took my two Chihuahuas again today, July 16, 2022, for their nails. Their two favorite groomers, Josh and Dakota were there to help them.They are the absolute best!..Make sure your animals have proof of a rabies vaccine on their records. They treat your fur babies with love and tenderness!!!

I will never go back. Took my 1 year old golden retriever in for a trim. Showed them a photo of what I wanted so there could be no confusion. We spoke at length. I went to check on him after 2 hours and they hadn't started on him. The groomer, Josh, said that the dog he was working on was being difficult and they hadn't started on Charlie yet. 30 minutes later, they called to tell me Charlie was done. They SHAVED him with clippers. He has NO FEATHERS LEFT! They said they did the cut I requested and didn't think it looked good. They didn't contact me, send me pictures, ask what I wanted, anything, just clippered all his fur off. He was apparently the last dog of the day because they were closing early so they obviously didn't want to take TIME to do the job correctly. Attached are pictures of before, what I asked for, and what I got.

Very unhappy and I guess others need to know too. PetSmart no longer honors Chewy pricing. So I guess I will no longer support my local PetSmart and will now be forced to order through chewy that is half the price. Super frustrating.

The rudest staff at a Pet Smart that I ever experienced. My puppies are not eight weeks old. They have been going to foley for a bath almost weekly the last time I took them to Petsmart Foley we were basically kicked out and told, that my babies needed rabies shots. I had to take them to another PetSmart location who stated the Foley location was incorrect.I asked the Foley location why they would make the appointment and have me drive over there and then send us away. The Foley Pet Smart admitted the puppies were too young for a Rabies shot but no apology from the Foley store. The Spanish Fort store apologized for them and gave my babies their weekly bath. Avoid the Foley PetSmart if you can and go to the Spanish Fort Spanish Fort location.

The guy was at the crickets I asked him if he would please get me 1 dozen large. He said yes. Then walked away and 15 minutes later he was no where to be found. Definitely wish there was a nother local pet store

The groomers here were very courteous, friendly, and professional. They took excellent care of our mini Aussies. We are from out of town and travel continuously, therefore often rely on PetSmart to groom our babies in between their regular appointments at our home base. We definitely recommend this location.

I took my dog in for a trim. Yes, he had some matting that I could not get out along his belly and collar area.I asked to keep his fur long in the places that didn’t need cut shorter. She assured me she would keep his fur longer where it wasn’t matted.I picked him up and he had been COMPLETELY SHAVED, entire face, entire tail, entire body down to skin in places! Clearly they did not want to spend more than an hour on him, and just shaved him down to take the easy way out. This is my second attempt to use this PetSmart, never again!

This place was alright. Had to get some stuff for a couple hermit crabz. They had a pretty good selection ended up spending about $75 for the basic habitat lay out and the glass box the employees were all helpfully as well.

🗣see Kayle, @ Petsmart in Foley, she is SERIOUS about her SKILLS as a pet groomer! Max has seen her twice & both x's I've been extremely pleased. Max is a 10 yr old male Yorkie who had been in foster care after being surrendered. Kayle has taken a diamond in the rough and made him shine like a solitaire. Thanks Kayle😀 photos; when I went to pickup Max from foster home, 1st groom & 2nd groom.

Very disappointed with the staff in the grooming department. I took my puppy in for her regular scheduled Nail trim appointment. Went to the register to pay and watched her through the window for a few minutes. A few minutes later the lady comes out to tell me she would have to give me a refund and she would not be able to do her nails because she was stressing. I was livid. Makes no sense. Now, keep in mind these groomers are supposed to be trained to handle dogs. My puppy has been there before with no issues. I watched through the window she was not stressing out at all. She barked and was excited. For goodness sakes she’s a 5 month old puppy. The other ladies have had no issues with her. This lady has an issue every time I bring any of my dogs in. This is the 4th time this has happened with my dogs with the same groomer. She needs to get a different profession if she thinks dogs are just going to sit still every time she grooms them.I will not go back! Waste of my time because she can’t do her job!I really think management needs to observe what’s going on.They’re losing money due to things like this!!

We have been with Dr. Walker for a long time. He is an AMAZING Veterinarian. He takes the time to tell you what's going on with your pet. He is the only veterinarian there ( I think he owns it) and stays very busy. I highly recommend him🙂

It was a pleasant visit today, our dog Loved all of the attention & the staff was very helpful and nice. :) Our rescue dog Scout got his very first name plate today from PetSmart, hopefully now he feels like he has his forever home!!! Yay :)
