Had our Poodle puppy trimmed for the hottest weather and the lady did an exceptional job considering our Male Poodle puppy is definitely not trained yet. A good pet shop, kinda hard to find and traffic is a bear out front. It's near a lot of shops and restaurants and car dealership.

The store was immaculate, both the Pet Expert and Pack Leader were both very friendly. Marge was very helpful in finding me the perfect NO GRAIN dog food for my dog at a reasonable price. I would highly recommended Petsense over the big box competitors like Petsmart. You will find that mom and pop kind of feel at Petsense without breaking the bank. Definitely #1 on my list for all my pets needs now!!! GREAT JOB!!!

Went to this store while on vacation to get my 17 year old Chihauhau something soothing for his skin irritation. The ladies there were so very helpful and even looked up my babies skin irritation symptoms.I feel confident he will feel better with the medicated oatmeal shampoo. I would give this store 10 stars because of the help they provided me.

We have been occasionally visiting since this store was located inside Tanger Outlets. While small, this store carries some different items than the larger pet retail chains. The staff is friendly, although only as knowledgeable as you make them. Turnover is not huge, so you start seeing the same exact products if you visit here too often.

We are visiting here from Michigan and our Yorkie, Abbie was in dire need of a bath and grooming. We stopped at petsense on a whim, made an appointment for the following day. We couldn't be more pleased. Our groomer was Jeanette and she put me at ease immediately. I recommend this place highly and we will return before heading north for home in March.

Had a great visit. Used their pet groomer Mel. She is fabulous and it is obvious that she genuinely loves animals. Everyone was extremely helpful, and the customer experience was great.

I love this pet store! Its smaller then your average pet store but offers everything at a reasonable price. The young lady who hell me was so nice and helpful.

I just witnessed the groomer treating a little Shih Tzu so very abusively and harsh! Pup was crying out being yanked around by its ear! I told the management however it is under new management of late and the whole place is not in disarray. I have been supporting this store for years but not any more! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPS TO THE GROOMER!

Petsense is the only place I can go in a pinch when I run out of any items that I must have for grooming at that moment. The prices are a bit higher than your online grooming supplies wholesalers, I would say the items are fairly priced.

Over all, the store is good. The new groomer Kelly is a terrible excuse for a "master groomer". I brought my two dogs in for grooming, after 3 hours, i received a call to tell me that one of them, a shih tzu, was done but she couldn't handle doing his nails. This I understand but then proceeded to tell me that my Yorkie was too hard to handle and that maybe I should do it myself or ,and I qoute " slip her something but dont tell us". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? so I said ok I'm five minutes away. When I arrive exactly 5 minutes later all lights are off in the back and one of the employees tells me that she is gone for the day! Five Minutes! I honestly believe she just didnt allott herself enough time gor my dog. Either way, she wasnt there and of it wasnt for the sweet employee, my dog wouldve have bee. There overnight. Very unprofessional on her part. Will not be using this groomer again. Jesse was better without a doubt and will be going to her from now on at Barker Shop in up town Foley! Once again, I like the store, but the groomer Kelly is terrible.

My son and I went into this store to see what they had to offer. On the way out we stop and ask one of the employees a question and he acted like it killed him to just to stop and answer us. Needless to say we want be going back to this store. I'm sorry but when you pick this job your suppose to help the customer to the best of your knowledge.

Took our two Ragdoll cats in to get hair balls removed , washed and get nails cut. Was told to come back in 3 hours. Went back and one cat was cut down to skin and had big striphanging down from belly. Neither cat was washed or had nails cut. Was charged $70 for this. A very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend them to anybody!

wrong on a few things:that bearded dragons are carnivores and they're not. I saw them cleaning out hamster bedding so that was nice. Employees are nice

The workers here are generally knowledgeable about the items they carry. When you can't find something you need there, they can usually recommend where to find the item you need. They're always very nice, too!

I only go in there to buy dog food. But the staff is always friendly, prices are compatible with everybody else for the food that I buy. I love their free bag program

Pricing and charges are two different prices.. I ask the lady after she rung it up and she said yes. My receipt was a different prices.. She was busy talking on the phone in the front office on sunday!!

I have 2 dachshund and went there a year ago and got good service,just went back the other day and the groomer was not friendly and obviously has some issues I will not go back to this place again unless they hire a new groomer
