Loved the store, but it was so hot in there, had leave in the middle of shopping because it was hotter in the store then outside, I feel bad for the poor people that have to work in the heat there. Please fix the AC it is absolutely impossible to be in the store

I prefer this store over the Mobile store because of their helpful friendly customer care. I called this store and they went above and beyond helping me over the phone so that I wouldn’t waste a trip for the dishes that I had searched for at numerous Homegood stores. I decided to spend some time looking for new bath, kitchen, towels, and wash cloths. Also purchased as carpet runner, a a bathroom rug, plus a few more items. There are a lot of items in the store from dry goods, furniture, lamps, bed coverings, and much more.The store is connected to Marshalls, which I did not visit. I spent about 35 minutes shopping for my goods, and almost that much time in the checkout line. I know it's a weekend and that's when there are a lot of shoppers, so if I visit again, it will be during the week days.

New clean store. I like it. Know what else I like? They have men’s shorts/pants sizes in 28 waist! Enough so that they even have rack tags for them. Good selection of men’s clothing. Other comparable stores have a bunch of just weird looking stuff that comes as no surprise why it didn’t sell well. This actually has some good stuff.Bathrooms were very clean. The only thing that didn’t make sense was the hand dryer, trash barrel, door pull handle combo. If you have a pull handle in the bathroom, you need a paper towel dispenser, not a hand dryer. If I wash my hands, air dry, then have to touch the same door handle as all the guys who didn’t wash after doing their business, then I’m back to square one. Simple improvement to make it work. Still like that the bathroom was very clean and smelled fresh.

Both the Marshalls and HomeGoods are great stores...so much variety at prices that can't be beat! They are always clean, well stocked and have a very friendly staff. The only downside is the sometimes long checkout line but it usually moves fairly quickly. I usually shop here every 2-3 weeks just to browse and see what's new.

I bought this table at Home Goods and left it at the store. I tried to find another table but was not successful in my search. I went to the Foley location in order to get a refund for the table. The table was back on the floor for resale and I had paid for the table. The clerk did not give me a pink sheet so they were giving me a difficult time refunding my money. I had to go on the floor and find the table. Needless to say, I don't plan on shopping there anytime soon!!!

I love the home goods side, it has great selections. But the clothing side of Marshall's isn't great at all. I feel like most of the clothes are for older people and not younger adults. I wish there was a better variety.

This is the best Homegoods location I have ever been to. I've found awesome stuff here that I haven't seen at other locations. It's always organized and the staff is very nice.

Love love love this Marshalls and HomeGoods. They have so much clothes, furniture and home decorations. I bought my kids tommy Bahama and hurley very nice clothes. Definitely recommend to any parents wanting to buy name brand clothes for their kids without having to spend an arm and a leg.

We had a wonderful experiance shopping at this store, so much so we went 2 days in a row and we live in Pensacola. I assume he is the floor manager, but Dewayne was so kind and patient. (We changed our minds several times) The staff on the floor were so helpful answering questions. Just made the experiance so worth the drive. Real customer service is definately rare.

Great deals on hand knotted rugs and artwork. I get all mine at Homegoods. Have not found better prices for those items anywhere else. Thier bedding and towels are great too.

So nice to have a Marshall's in Baldwin Co. I used to have to drive to Florida. Long way. Worth it, but so much nicer now. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Love it that Marshalls and HomeGoods are combined, too! And all the Covid-19 safety protocols are still in place... Hope they stay in place. No need to ever go back. Just keep it safe and clean! Thank you for all you do!
