Top shelf! From the cleanliness of the store to the engaged and friendly employees, this Lowe’s is doing it right! Grabbed several things here while in South Alabama. A friendly employee directed me to the oven thermometers even though the Lowe’s app showed them not having any in stock. Very grateful for the tip and the direction for how to find my stuff.

I really do try to go to Lowes because the inventory is full, most of time, and if they don’t have it, you order and get it sent to the local store or directly to your home.If you know what you want, know how you are going to use it and you have all the tools, you’re all set.If you are not sure what you need, how you’re going to use it correctly, and hope the tools at the ready, you may need to do your own Google look up to figure it all out.There is never any staff nearby. You could be standing looking up the shelves all day, no one will come over and ask you if you need anything.It’s just frustrating to shop there.

I’m a business card holder. There is nothing more frustrating then to go to the store to buy something simple like a replacement electrical switch and find the only replacement on the shelf in an open package. I drove 13 miles to get this switch. During checkout I was double charged for this switch and had to return for that to be corrected. I prefer people at the register not self check out. Now I am sitting with the defective switch that someone else returned and a Lowes employee stapled the package and put it back on the shelf for me to buy. I’m his means two people minimum have bought this switch and lowes sold a bad switch at least twice. It also means I have to return the switch back to lowes and make sure the employee knows the switch is defective and should not be resold. Re-shelf and resell should not be a policy when it comes to electrical switches.

I visited my local Lowe's store today, December 5, to purchase 2 of the Kobalt roll around tool carts for my sons for Christmas. First, let me say that I have been a lifelong Lowe's customer. Lowe's has always been my "go to" place. That is going to change. Today, I asked an associate about purchasing 2 of the Kobalt tool carts (a $700 total purchase). I told him that I definitely wanted them and asked how I could get them transported to my truck and trailer. One cabinet weighed 154 pounds and the other weighed 96 pounds. He told me, "You will have to search the store and find one of those flat bed carts and load these and take them to the checkout." Then he walked away. I looked the store over for 10-15 minutes trying to find a cart getting madder by the minute. If a customer is prepared to make a $700 purchase should he not have found a cart and helped me? The customer service at this Lowe's has been getting worse over the last 6 months and I am finished with them. No more. I will go to Home Depot from now on or buy from Amazon. I could have gotten similar carts from Amazon and gotten them shipped to my front door. Instead, I tried to support local brick and mortar stores. I have had multiple bad experiences with getting no help at this particular store. I know that there are some really good hard working people there but maybe Lowe's needs to get more.

Great staff in the hardware section. I needed help finding the correct size nuts for a project. Within 2 min the employee found the size and the pack of 10 nuts that I needed. Then we went to gardening and got some new plants and pots and potting soil.

This Lowe's store in Foley, Alabama has got to be the worst Lowe's I have ever visited in all of our travels. Before some corporate pencil pusher opens his or her mouth to discredit my review, let me make it clear that I have visited this particular store several time and I was finally so disgusted that I photographed the issues I witnessed.Constantly merchandise was found laying on the floor. Again, this is my third visit! Merchandise not properly stacked on the selves, items piled in corners and more! I certainly would not be surprised that eventually a customer is going to get hurt from the mess and when they sue you, I hope they use my photos.Let's just touch on the fact that product displays were often empty and/or not properly policed. Products should be brought to the front of the shelves for ease access and fast visualization.Speaking of mess... Try visiting the Men's room. I would recommend a hazmat suit. I swear the 1970's threw-up in here and no one ever bothered to clean it. Toilet paper was not in any of the dispensers, not because there was none, but because the bus residential rolls instead of commercial brands. Icould have grown a new life form from the yuck growing in the corner.Obviously this store fails even the minimum requirements for basic presentation.

I love Lowe’s. I could spend all day there. The prices and selection are the best! I love the flowers on clearance. I get them cheap and I save them. I’ve gotten nice bushes and small trees too. I would recommend Lowe’s to anyone who likes to do improvements themselves. The people are always so helpful and if they don’t know they find out for you!

This place is terrible! No one ever wants to help then if you ask for help they get irritated to even have to stop their conversations with each other to help the actual customer. I can tell whoever does the hiring seems like they hire the same kind of people if you catch my drift. Maybe try hiring people who aren’t almost 6ft in the grave and get people who will have a good attitude and actually do their jobs. And maybe who can actually function in a work environment! The place is messy and junky, too! AND… My husband went into their restroom and said there was feces on the floor in one stall and then feces on the toilet in another. He said it was disgusting! This place needs to get it together!!

Nice place to go if you know what you need. However if you’re looking to have a question answered about a product or need…good luck. Store is always under staffed for the volume of sales. Home Depot is across the road and we’ll staffed. But it’s crazy I still go to Lowe’s over Hime Depot yet my shopping experience at Home Depot is always better

The Foley Lowes Store has repeatedly not made its scheduled Deliveries to our residence. We made arrangements on two different days to take off work to be home for custom cabinets to be delivered and they did not show. We eventually sent the installer to go get them. Once the cabinets were finally being installed it was found that they are different sizes. I would be very cautious from special ordering or having anything delivered from this store. One additional point, if you try to call, good luck getting a hold of anyone. FYI as of today 9/27, we are still waiting for the cabinets to be fixed. Lowes placed an order for materials in order to get the cabinets installed, we received emails and phone calls that the order was ready for pick up, but once again the store has misplaced the materials that came in to get the cabinets installed. Three associates searched for half an hour and could not find the order. So we are still waiting for these special order cabinets to be installed.

Kat back in appliances was excellent she was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.Sadly the greatness of Kat is overshadowed by the following 3 times I've been in the store. I wish more employees were like her. Unfortunately, the other times I've come in. I see employee after employee, I ask for help. " not my dept" they claim to call someone. But I'm left standing waiting 20-30 minutes to even get anyone. And even then it's not a guarantee to be for that depth. And made me wait for another 20 minutes. So while Kat is absolutely great. I'm gonna say she's the exception not the standard.

Ordered online said my order confirmed can pick up in 3 hours then got a message really out of stock found out they gave my already confirmed order to a walk in customer just blowing me off causing me to have to start over these guys suck suck suck suck suck dont use them go to home depot their management sucks too for letting this happen they should be fired
