We visited while on vacation. It was a great experience. The donuts were fresh and delicious. The lobby was clean and well kept. Debbie was working the register and she knows her stuff. She was super sweet and informative. We will definitely be back.

Update- We go to this Krispy Kreme almost weekly, and the last two times 2/9 & 2/10 we have been we have been charged FULL PRICE by a girl employee named ALEXANDRA for Hot & Ready donuts when the hot light was on. It was 6 pm at night, the hot light doesn’t cut off until 7 pm at this location. Then when I mentioned that I thought Hot & Ready donuts were free of charge she got a very nasty attitude and was rude, I had my children in the car with me. I am certainly not looking for a free handout as we buy them by the dozen almost weekly or every two weeks. I have never been charged for Hot & Ready donuts at this location and every other employee I’ve ever dealt with is very nice and friendly. One bad apple will make you not want to go back.December 2023- The young man (not sure of his name) with pinkish colored hair that works the drive thru at night is so nice and respectful! Very friendly and makes trips to Krispy Kreme enjoyable! Also, our donuts were fresh, hot and delicious! My review was deleted by the store yesterday so I re-posted.

Came to redeem a certificate for one dozen glazed. Came to the door to find it locked. The manager was wiping down tables. I got in my car and went to the drive thru to which there was another car waiting and after about 5 mins of waiting I went back to the front door and knock on it to which h I find the manager giving me a dirty look. She proceeded to go to the side door to let an employee in and as she came to the door to unlock it for me she gave me an even more nastier look. I politely asked whys the door locked when you closed at 10:00pm according to the hours on google. She then said the lobby closes at 9:00pm and the drive thru at 10:00pm. I said ok but there’s nothing posted showing that to which she told me to loose the attitude and go through the drive thru, to which I did. Once I got back into the line, the same car that was there when I first got there was still in the line and at this point it had been 10 minutes. I proceeded to the window to which I asked the young lady at the window about why the hours aren’t posted about the lobby closing at 9:00pm and she said that the GM told them to not post the hours and that corporate had changed the hours. The manager proceeded to shove the box of doughnuts in my face and closed the window and locked it. I will not be coming back anytime soon if that’s how they treat customers. I don’t do review as you can see on my profile but this really aggravated me so much that I wanted to let everyone know that they close the lobby at 9:00pm and the drive thru at 10:00pm.

You can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme doughnuts!They store was incredibly clean, the staff was a lot of fun and very polite.This was our first visit, so we bought a dozen doughnuts. When asked which kind we'd like, we told the staff members to give us two of each kind they liked the best. They loved the fact we let them pick out our goodies.We had the best time with them. Be sure to stop in.

Amazing! The kids always love watching the donuts being made. The man taking our orders was so patient! Donuts were perfect. Tried the strawberry freeze drink and WOW, it was delicious! Loved sitting outside at their table and chairs. Beautiful setting.

Arrived in the drive thru at 10:50 pm and there were orange cones blocking you from entering the drive thru window. Employees were outside smoking and said they were closed. The sign stated they closed at 11:00. Please help me understand??

The store itself and staff were wonderful. But, I was so disappointed that Krispy Kreme has discontinued the glazed creme filled doughnuts. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!?

If you want the red light fresh doughnuts, you'll need to find out what times your local Krispy Kreme runs them.For those that cannot hit the red light times, 13 seconds on the microwave works, or be weird like me and put them in a storage container and allow to sit in the sun for 10 minutes.The staff at the Foley, AL location are pretty cool and customer service has been top notch whenever I have picked up my sweet treats.

Krispy Kreme donuts are the best (in my opinion). However, I only stop by when the “Hot Donuts” sigh is on. Only reason I could not give them a 5 is due to the customer service. My last purchase was barely warm and when I asked for HOT donuts, the drive through attendant insisted they were hot. “No ma’am, I just stuck my finger in a donut… Not hot at all!”😬

Delicious donuts as always, but beyond this, there was the kindest, most empathetic worker, Liz. From the moment she spoke with me through the speaker with such a sweet disposition to the over the top customer service at the window, she literally made me cry after a hard interaction with a mean person earlier that day. Some people just ooze goodness and Liz did. I thought I was just buying donuts, but I got a renewed faith in humanity for free on the side. Thank you.
