We had an emergency after picking up our fur baby from the "Pet Resort" where she stayed during our vacation. She was covered in pee and could not travel back with her that way. We found Happy Tails Pet and they were so helpful, fast and efficient.We REALLY appreciate you taking her in such short notice, making her smell and look beautiful in no time! God Bless!

No appointment needed if you just want your dog to have their nails trimmed. Super fast and friendly. Very happy and we will return!

I'm visiting the area and my Basset Hound needed her nails trimmed. They accept walk-ins for that, so we stopped on by. Great job, reasonably priced, quick, friendly service. Would recommend.

Sharon went above and beyond with our 7 month old collie. She’d never been groomed and would have been a challenge for anyone. Sharon not only handled her gently; she took time to educate us in ways to help our pup to be more accepting to grooming in the future. We all so sent our 7 year old Aussie to her and she did an amazing job with his undercoat! He came back beautiful, happy and with little undercoat shedding. I could not be anymore please with the service our fur babies received.

I dropped by to see if Jen had the time to groom my 2 English Springer Spaniels' paws. She immediately responded yes and said to bring them in the next day. I brought them in the next day and she did an excellent job!!! She also made them both feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend and I will be back. Thank you!!!

Was the place to go few several years with my greyhound, she passed away last March so my visits every month stopped. Then we brought a Poodle into our family, of course we sought out Happy Tails to be our pet care place. I set an appointment and showed up at appointed time. The lady working there turned my dog and I away. She said, I didn't know about your dog your going to have to leave and you can call and make an appointment. I said, just a minute, I actually stopped by as I was driving past here anyway and the lady who was here wrote the appointment down in your appointment book. She said, oh it must be the other person and she's out with an injury and won't be by until next week. I asked, so what about my appointment? She said, your appointment must be in the other person's sheet which she has with her. She said, I would have to make another appointment. I had already waited two weeks for the appointment I had made that wasn't going to be honored. I am really sorry this Happy Tails isn't so happy anymore.

I have a Chihuahua and he hates his nails clipped. Always gives me a very hard time. Happy Tails was awesome. He still had to be muzzled but once she started clipping his nails he was relaxed and did not fight it. It was the best experience I've had getting his nails clipped on the 12 years I've had him. I would recommend to anyone.

Called twice to make appointment. The first time, they said they couldn't schedule me in until a few month's out. The second time she said she'd return my call after she finished the dog she was working on but never called me back. They may be able to groom here but no customer service and no-one working appointments. Will go somewhere else.

A place to wash your pets yourself or drop them off to be groomed. I personally like bathing them myself. Price was perfect and they were able to trim each dogs nails upon request while I was drying them. The staff was kind patient and helpful.

We really like the groomers here. Our dog, Jazzie, likes to go here. Staff are friendly and give her an excellent haircut. She gets her bath and Grooming in a short time. They call us 30 minutes before she's ready to be picked up. We would go here every time if we lived near them. I plan to make appointments for next winter ahead of time so when we return to Gulf Shores Jazzie has her appointment set. The cost is very resonable. She smells great when we pick her up.

Friendly staff. Did a good job at a great price. 2 babies, 1st one cut perfect. 2nd one is hard to tell due to being "shaved" due to many mats (my fault). Definitely going back!

Best place to take my golden retriever. They bathe her and trim her paws up when getting her nails done. Have had problems at other groomers not trimming up her paws very good. Especially around her pads.

I was referred by a present client. When I called I was rudely cut off and told no more new clients and to call somewhere else. Upon further conversation I was then told I could get them in for bathing but no grooming. Just the rudeness of her voice and how I was cut off I would not go here. Very disappointed

Just a heads up: I called to inquire about grooming for my dog and was met with an answering machine message from an unhappy sounding woman who wants everyone to know they're booked solid for months. So don't bother calling.
