Did my shopping, no big deal. Go up to checkout placing my items on the belt, as one does. The elder chasier says nothing to me, not a thing, not any acknowledgement ,the entire transaction 😅 no greeting, no " did you find everything?" No " do you want sperate bags?' No "you're total is..." No " thanks have a good day" and to be honest, I wouldn't have thought too much of it. But, the fact that as soon as the lady behind me walked up,a plain/ basic white lady, she immediately started talking with her. I believe I was judged by the way I look, and I believe that it was uncalled for,especially during the holidays. I work retail, I understand how tough it is. At least fake it til you make it...damn✌🏼 2 stars, cuz at least they had what I needed lol

Fat gray haired witch looking " manager" locked doors at 10 minutes before closing time watched me pull up and then as I'm about get out car she looks at me and locks door and runs out of sight...definitely calling corporate!!!!

Clean and organized. Well stocked. There was one specific item I was looking for but unfortunately it wasn’t stocked 😅 not a deal breaker though. Friendly atmosphere. The woman at the register was pleasant to interact with. Overall a positive experience.

Kind of dirty inside, and lots of products of questionable quality and origin, but the employees are always nice and helpful. Over the last few years the level of stock on shelves has really declined.

Horrible customer service. I've routinely waited in line at this location waiting on a cashier only to have another customer walk up to another register and get immediate service. Their are no lights on the alleged active registers so who know which ones are open. It happened again this morning and the lady had to ask me to move where I was clearly in line so she could help the new walk up customer. I feel like I have on invisible paint in here. Guess I'll pay more and go to Pop Shelf

The Store Manager Krista Is A Hard Working Individual. She Always Finds The Time To Help A Customer. She Has Been Very Short Staffed In The Store Due To Lack Of Employees Who Will Actually Show Up To Work. Krista Has A Strong Work Ethic Like Myself As She Usually Busy Moving Freight And Stocking The Shelves Without Hesitation. I’ll Give Her The Five Stars.Excellent.

HORRIBLE STORE, I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.I would give a 1 star but the manager was helpful, and kind, much unlike the extremely unprofessional, rude and ignorant cashier, Jamie.I was over charged by almost $20, was in rush, but remained patient and kind to cashier who was actually checking me out. Upon my departure, the other cashier thought I was out of ear shot when she proceeded to slander me to another customer. 😤 Naturally, I corrected her, she then had nothing to say other than, and I quote "Oh you need speak wit manager." 😳 I will be contacting the corporate office. I was shamed and humiliated, due to her complete ignorance and lack of intelligence. DISGUSTED.

Some stores have better assortment of product. Craft posts on Facebook talk about using merchandise for jewelry from Dollar Tree.. went yesterday, my store had very little. How do we find the stores stocked with jewelry making supplies!

Always something new here. I don't buy the food, but nothing else is off limits. Last month they had citronella incense for the yard that work like a champ. I was Mosquito free till I ran out. Most good items don't do a repeat on the shelves though, so you have to get it while the getting is good.

The staff was very nice and store was decently cleaned. Very low on stock in multiple sections, but they had the basics. I know they're running on a skeleton staff, so considering that, they were doing really well with it all.

Going on a trip soon, got some essentials for my toiletries bag, perfect sizes. A new drying mat for under my coffee pot , and who doesn't like 6 colorful head bands for a $!5 7 23, now it's the $1.25 tree, still good deals on cards, candy and snacks, you name it.

Always dirty and unorganized, this location leaves a lot to be desired. This is probably the worst Dollar Tree in Baldwin County. Getting in and out of the parking lot is fine, as long as you avoid crossing Walmart. The store is moderately busy most times. If you come here for specific items you normally get, they may or may not have it.

Horrible place to work nothing but 2 faced crooks the merchandise manager is ordering stuff off the company $$$ and giving it away and most likely selling it too if you start working here watch your back because no one else will bad cockroach problem also always expired products (food) check the expiration dates because they don't I would know I was the only one doing it when I worked there not long ago my wife even got sick from the food she got from there go to dollar general or Walmart believe me you're better spending the extra money to keep healthy this place needs to be investigated ASAP

Went in tonight with my 4 yr old, my 7 yr old, and my 5 yr old grand baby And had our basket on the register belt and a crack headed lady waited till I walked away to grab a drink and put her things in front of mine and the man that was checking everyone out didn’t say a thing to her just started scanning her stuff. I was a cashier once and I would never let someone do that to another customer. Just rude & disrespectful! If I had said something it would of been a fight, he should of been the employee and grow some balls and put her in her place.

Thankful for a brick and mortar store that sells merchandise for a much lower price than the big box stores or even the websites.I just cannot envision spending more than $1 for 100 thumbtacks. Amazon wanted $4 and it was the same at Walmart.

Cashier was rude. She corrected me for turning the display around that shows the amounts as they are being rang up. Told me i couldn't "mess with that ". I just wanted to see the prices as they were being rang up. I probably should've asked her first. I guess that's what aggrevated her. Also, the store was really crowed and finally after the line was getting into the grocery isle, someone was called up front to open another register. The biggest problem I had was the store didn't have what I went in there for, which was the moisture eleminators. Y'all usually have plenty of those. That's the only place I like to buy them. Other stores are too expensive. I wanted to buy 10. Y'all didn't have any. Very disappointed. I really need those.

This is the worst dollar tree that I have ever been to! There is never more than one register open at a time, even when the line has been 17 people deep, and there were other store associates who could have opened at the registers. and the manager is a very rude, non-caring, Individual who should find himself another job!

Very disappointed. What has happened? The foley store is filthy & couldn't someone even vacuum the disgusting carpet? I've not been in the store recently and I was shocked. I turned around and went to the Robertsdale store. I'm sure you guys don't really care but I will not be back.

The manager Michelle Robertson cannot seem to run the place and if you even ask a question she will tell you off even if you're A customer ...A fiasco happened with the checkout; There was a light on at the register making people think it was open. The open register had the light off causing customers to be confused. They waited at the closed register with the light on and nobody told them that the register was closed...so ultimately this caused a huge line at the open register (with the light off) so I kindly suggested that it would be a good idea to turn off the light to the closed register and vice versa. Michelle Robertson (I think that's the name) told me to calm down that I was being "immature" just for saying something..?? Dollar Tree needs to get a mature and competent manager to replace her. Otherwise the management has been fine. But Dollar Tree in Pensacola (saufly field rd.) Is exceptional in their pick for employees and managment)
