I've always loved shopping with DG and still do. I can almost always find what I need or want. Also happy we finally have a DG so close to home, less than 5 miles. It's so convenient, clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Now that it's back open after Hurricane Sally, I prefer this DG over others. It's always clean and for the most part the staff is friendly (or they're honest, which I can appreciate more than a fake smile). So far, no real complaints besides my kids having to pee on the corner of the building bc no one can find bathroom keys! Lol

Incredibly convenient. They need self checkout. Checkout is the slowest part. Great selection of foods, beer, milk, bread, etc. There are 3 within 2miles.miles of our house and 5 within 3 miles!

It's still new and clean, but the shelves are not well stocked. And I came across several expired foods and snacks. They do have free WiFi at least, which I've never seen in any other DG around here.

While this store is clean and pretty well organized, it seriously lacks in everyday essentials. If you're like me- live in the area and were excited that you now wouldn't have to make the track to Walmart when you need just a thing or 2 you'll be disappointed.They don't sell lactose free milk, parchment paper, yeast, chicken bouillon is never in stock.(been there 3 times for that)I know there are other things that I have needed in a pinch and they didn't carry it or it wasnt in stock. Brown sugar, corn meal... But, if you want to buy decorating items or toys and almost anything that you really dont "need" this is the place to go. I gave it 2 stars because it is the cleanest Dollar general I have been too. It's such a let down. You'd think they would think about things that people would need in a pinch. If they startedto carry lactose free milk I change it to 4 stars.

This new Dollar General in Bon Secour is very nice. Let's hope they keep it that way. DG has a way of letting their stores get run down and dirty without keeping up on them. This one is only a few months old and so far no complaints.

Helpful. Picked up everything on my moderate shopping list with the exception of canned mackerel. Cashiers were perky and friendly. Best service anywhere.

The staff here are so very helpful and friendly, especiallyKayla and Roy!!! The store us always clean and I can usually find what I need without having to make multiple stops.

They had a special going for 12pk can coke. Well there wasn't any so the lady told us once the coca cola was delivered we could still get the same deal, 3 hours later we go back because we saw the Coca-Cola truck and figured they delivered the 12pks. They sure did, and we were told we couldn't get the deal price. That's unacceptable. 3 hours and you can't honor the sale??? Just wrong.

Needed a manager to do a return and the cashier said he didn’t know where she was, he said she might be outside or in the bathroom andTo walk around and try to find her. I said u can’t page her. He said her walkie talkie was up there and to wait. Stood there 10 min and left. Terrible management.

Store needs more stock and better check out service. Thirty minutes to close and the cashier's are more worried about closing procedures than customer service.

This is a brand new store. So every thing is well stocked. But, and u guessed it. The line was horrible with one cashier. Waited almost 15 minutes in line.

Even though this store is very convenient to our house this store hardly has anything that I want in stock and I always end up having to go somewhere else, very frustrating to go to this store only to have to go somewhere else😞

Line a mile long, and customers have to yell before they open a second register, while a third lady goes back into the office acting like she's too busy to help the costumes.

Couldn't find the total wireless data load card at first cuz it wasn't with the other total wireless refill cards...was just turning away to leave and I caught it out the corner of my eye
