The staff at this CVS location were most helpful as I left home without my glucose monitor and they were able to transfer it to the CVS in Foley, Alabama without any problems.

I dropped off a prescription here. It’s not my local pharmacy, it’s 4 hours away where we were visiting my grandkids. They took the prescription and told me they’d text when it was finished. Not only did they not text or call, but when I went back two hours later, they informed me the medicine was on back order. At this point, it was nearly 6pm, and too late to fill anywhere else. They were also very rude about it, especially when I asked why they didn’t just tell me this when I dropped it off, or at the very least, called me within the hour and let me know. I usually avoid CVS, for similar issues, but decided to give them another chance. That will not happen again. At CVS, you are just a number, and they don’t give a hoot about you.

Quick on processing prescriptions sent over from Urgent Care (they don’t open until noon on Sunday but had mine ready within a half hour of opening) and so friendly! It turned out they didn’t take my insurance but I had limited options on New Years Day with so many pharmacies closed. They applied all the discount cards they could and took time to hand write what I could get cheaper over the counter. Thank you for employing such empathetic staff that go above and beyond!

Just spent over an hour here unnecessarily. My rx was sent in, went to pick it up, was told it wasn't there. I contacted my doctor, the nurse called it in again. The pharmacy tech and cashier kept looking for it. I finally decided not took make my family wait any longer, I would just have it transferred. On my way out I got a text my rx was ready, go back they still cant find it. The pharmacist has filled it but does he help look for it...NO. They finally find it and he mumbles they called it in about 5 minutes after she left the first time. So my medicine was ready the whole time.
