Regardless of high-traffic hours or not, I am always helped to the best the staffs ability. If I have a question about a product or simply need to ask about inventory, the staff are very direct and personable. I appreciate all the help from both front staff and pharmacy staff. It's never a dull moment, and I always get a laugh in with whoever helps me.

This CVS is quite busy just about anytime. I dropped off a prescription at 9:20 am. and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes; I was given the option of waiting or return in 15 minutes. I had other errands to make, so I chose, I'll come back!I continued with my errands.I returned at 9:50 am, to the drive up window and was told it would be 15 minutes. I mentioned to the man, who was not very personable, that I was told that over 30 minutes ago. He said we're busy!So I told him I would be back.I returned about 10:33 am. Yes, it was ready. I thanked him and left.Judging from my trip inside to drop off my script; I would agree that the store was busy. I saw 1 person on the floor stocking goods, and there were 4-6 employees in the pharmacy. It appears some additional help is needed. However, I understand that in today's economy, the budget is probably tight.CVS has always given me good service no matter what state I happen to be working in at the time!This store is located on McKenzie across from Piggly Wiggle.

The place is clean and open all day conveniently. The employee that assisted me was patient and wise in helping me with figuring out what went on insurance card and what didn’t. She was KIND. I don’t feel rushed.The vitamins were logically placed and easy to find.

I tried to receive a prescription my doctor had submitted online, but my CVS-Aetna-PartDHoldingCo-Pharmacy-Caremark-SilverScript-PDP-whateverelse account is totally screwed up, and I couldn't obtain the prescription medication at a price I thought was reasonable. I gave up on buying the drug at the pharmacy, and I found a better deal at Walgreens, using the GoodRx app.While I was in the store, I wanted to buy one item. Once more, the self checkout didn't work. Neither the chip read nor the swipe card function would work. A store employee had to reset something, and then the NFC function worked. I'm 0 for about 10 on using the self-checkout, without needing assistance from a store employee.I then went home and spent at least an hour with CSRs in several third world countries, trying to straighten out my CVS-Aetna-PartDHoldingCo-Pharmacy-Caremark-SilverScript-PDP-whateverelse account. This is the third time I've spent hours online. At least CVS-Aetna-PartDHoldingCo-Pharmacy-Caremark-SilverScript-PDP-whateverelse keeps a small army of CSRs employed globally trying to keep the hopeless conglomerate mess chugging along.Store checkout personnel are very vigilant when customers try to perform self-checkout, realizing the success rate is near zero. I didn't even have to summon help.

My wife had the (sick with some kind of upper respiratory thing) baby while I was at work and couldn’t help her. The only thing our little girl would eat was popcorn. My wife was able to stop by the drive through and the people at CVS were so nice! She was able to get our daughter some popcorn without exposing anyone to what the baby had. Thank you guys!

Where is the Candy?This CVS had the smallest candy selection that I have ever seen. One short row missing all of the hard candy that I was looking for. I was so surprised by how small of a selection they had on hand. The store was Presentable but you’d think that a few days before Christmas every CVS would be overflowing with candy. Not this store! Had to make another stop at Walgreens!

The absolute slowest service of any pharmacy I've ever been to.. every single time I go through the drive through they ignore you for about 15 minutes before they even come to the window.. plan on spending an hour at least, and that's only if there's just a few cars. I will avoid at all costs moving forward.

Pharmacy drive thru line was around the building and not moving for 20 minutes so I went inside and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait my my physician said it’s ready across the street literally across from my doctors office extremely slow service. I will not be going to this cvs in the future.after the 25 minutes passed (after I was told wait 15 minutes) they then have the nerve to tell me about ten more minutes worst service I’ve ever seen I’ve been here over an hour now

Went by to get my medicine and someone was there in the drive through getting a prescription filled. Instead of the pharmacy telling him to come back they made us sit there 15 minutes and were very rude to us when we complained. They told us we could come in which we couldn’t, there was someone behind us and then said “see ya”. I will be transferring all my prescriptions on Monday. Good riddance CVS. Learn customer service.

There is a really nice employee you guys have, her name is Debbie. I come in often and anytime I see her she is always very friendly, patient, helpful and professional to all customers. She seems to read people pretty well. If people are in a hurry, she gets them in and out. If someone comes in and is a bit slower, normally elderly, she slows down the pace just a little bit, but let’s others know she will be right with them or they can use the self checkout if they would like. I have seen people come in frustrated and she handed it with true care and understanding. Nice to see good caring employees still out there and ones that are willing to stick around.

The sales clerk went out of her way to help me. There were some interesting sales, like a phone holder, that was almost a give away price. Plus, and most importantly, CVS saved my life with 2 Covid vaccines. Just a quick update ...Got my 4th vaccine or 2nd booster. Easy to get an appointment. Just go to Foley CVS website, answer a few questions and make an appointment. Right now July 16, 2022 it is for 50 years and older or people with a compromised immune system and children.The nurse was excellent. Thanks again CVS.

Very busy workers but they will take time to help customers ... friendly and funny workers. Pharmacy workers seem to be overworked due to lack of staff but still look like they enjoy their jobs. Great customer service, friendly and speedy with getting prescriptions done.

Could be only one bad employee, but we will go to a different CVS to drop off our Capital One cash deposits. She repeatedly kept saying “we’re not a bank,” and grumbled the entire time she counted the money. That’s a topic she needs to bring up with corporate CVS, not a customer. Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Robertsdale CVS stores have been professional, and are a better alternative.

These folks can't even spell service, much less give it. Besides leaving me on hold for 15 minutes they were curt and acted too busy to speak with me.. I was visiting locally, got sick and needed a one time transfer of an existing inhalant prescription on a Friday. On Saturday, they told me that it was called in incorrectly, it would have to be called in again in order to fill it, it would not be available until Monday or I could cancel it. I told them that I would be leaving town on Sunday so it should be canceled. Come Monday, my local pharmacy said CVS had filled the prescription and filed it on insurance and the insurance company said it was too early to refill. Called them myself and finally hung up after being on hold for 30 minutes. What a rotten way to run a business. They must make a lot of money in order to get away treating customers as such.

This is meant for the pharmacy. They have had my prescription for over two weeks now. I have called a number of times and was always promised a call back that I never received. After all this time and my multiple phone calls they tell me they can't get this medication. Told me to tell my doctor to change it to something else!!! I'm furious! As a customer I deserve more than that. A phone call could have been nice. You didn't just find out you can't get the medication...unless you never ordered it to begin with!

What a total disappointment this pharmacy has turned out to be. On a consistent basis, I have dealt with poor service, poor attitude from the pharmacist, and lack of knowledge from 90% of the employees. The ONLY employee I like is the sweet dark haired girl with glasses.It took them FIVE hours to fill an amoxicillin script last night for my sons that are both ill with Strep throat. I confirmed my phone number with two of the ladies at the window, and never received the text they promised would come.When I called to see if it was ready, Craig was snippy with me.If you need CVS, use the one in Orange Beach. Steer clear of this pitiful excuse.

Worst CVS I've ever been to. The manager, Jessica is the rudest woman I have ever had to associate with and I visit this store at least 3 times a month for my job as a vendor. Told my boss I don't even want to work at this store anymore because of how rude she was. I don't know how she still works there.

It was closed for some reason at 6pm. No sign on the door or anything saying that they were closed or for how long. No one is picking up the phone (I’m still on the line trying to get through as I’m typing this) and it’s still ringing 17 mins later.Just moved here and I’m not sure if this happens often but I’m probably going to just go straight to Walgreens from now on just in case.
