My doodle needed a groom while we were visiting from out of town. They did an excellent job! Cut short on the body and longer on the head and legs. Would use them again. Plan ahead as they are busy.We haven't tried daycare yet.

We chose this facility from two choices that are local. My 6 year old Pomeranian has thick, long hair. Or shall I say HAD thick long hair. She gets very overheated so we needed to get her hair clipped as warmer weather is coming. The very first picture is how we got her back from the last groomer. Noting she still has a Pomeranian look. The rest of the photos are how we got her back today. It’s not about the length, but the cut. Her ears are huge and usually hidden in her mane that is now brushed off the floor. It will grow back. Her chest was clipped close with ONE SWIPE. The back of her neck looks like they put a bowl on her head and zipped with the straight part of the razor. This cost $40 without a tip that we typically give. I will never return to this facility. Dog groomers are not dog clippers. They should know the breeds and how they look naturally before they CLIP all the hair, parts closer, parts longer, away to the wastebasket. It should flow smoothly, not seeing skin and missed areas. Buck went for a spa day today at Coastal Pet Resort. Such nice folks!They took great care of my baby and he smells so good. Great people and fair prices. I highly recommend!

I was super thankful they could accept my pet on such short notice. Big shout out for that!! They definitely came in clutch for us. I've nvr boarded my pet before so maybe they're all like this but the facility smelled of urine, there were dogs barking, it was dark.. I was really concerned about how often they went outside to play or interacted with staff. I picked my pet up after two days and my dog smelled of urine and there was a question as to why I didn't give notice before coming. Just a little concerning.. but everyone was super nice. Again, maybe they're all like this🤷🏼‍♀️

In Alabama for a couple days. Dogs spent the day while we were at the beach. They both had a pedicure. Dogs were tuckered out.. Highly recommend. The staff was very friendly and the fees were very reasonable.

I'm only giving 4 stars and as much as I wanted to give 5, there were several things I didn't find appealing. I felt a "suite" would be easier for her due to the fact she has never spent alot of time with other dogs and it makes her nervous when around them for extended periods. Suites are private rooms with beds and each has a t.v. mounted on the wall. I was allowed to take her back to her room and the first thing i noticed was that It was extremely noisy with dogs barking, however, that is to be expected. Her room had 2 beds, and a TV. There is no lighting in the rooms so except for the glow of the television, it was dark and remained that way for the duration of her stay. This in itself will keep me from boarding her here again. The t.v. was old and the picture was fuzzy and needed to be replaced. There is no sound. So when reserving a space for your pet, please keep these things in mind. You are paying extra for a private room. The rooms themselves are not pleasing to the eye. Of course, each pet owner has different expectations and no pets are the same. So it's really what you prefer.The staff was very friendly and professional, and feel like my dog was properly cared for while staying there.

I took my 13 year old cat , Garfield and my 10 year old dog, Bear to be boarded for the first time. They loved it!!! They were in the same room together and that was great!!! Definitely recommend Coastal Pet Resort!!!!

This was the first time I've ever left my pups. We're here on vaca for the week and I was nervous about leaving them for the first time. They really eased my mind. The staff Matt, another lady and owner Ron are the most friendly people and took very good care of my pups. I got them a suite to stay in together and they had a bed and a TV. There is also a place outside that they can run around. I could stop in at any time during business hours. Even when I picked them up to go home one of my dogs ran straight to the owner Ron. I will be bringing them back when I come next year!

Couldn't be more pleased with Coastal's new groomer, Tiffany! She did an excellent job with my Suki today! Quick, efficient and Suki has never looked so cute! Highly recommend!

Coastal Pet Resort has been and continues to be a wonderful experience and blessing for our family. From the first time I called them with an emergency boarding need to anytime I call them for a weekend stay or a day visit, they always accommodate our needs. They treat our pups like family. They treat all of us like family. Such a caring environment. I've never had a bad experience. Our pups get plenty of exercise; and when we request a bath & nail trimming, it's done on the day we pick them up. Every person I've dealt with is so caring. I have two huge Weimaraner puppies that I lovingly call the "demon dogs" and the crew at Coastal Pet Resort looooove them. They give them so much love and attention.I absolutely recommend Coastal Pet Resort for all your boarding needs; but more importantly, so do my pups!

Brought my pup here for a week of boarding while vacationing in Gulf Shores. He stayed in a suite where they provided a bed with blankets, a jumbo chair, and a tv to make him feel at home. Very well organized establishment. When I picked up my boy, he was happy, healthy, and smelled great! I would 100% recommend and return. Thanks for treating Bronx like your own!

This groomer left a lot to be desired… first thing, the building smelled of ammonia and stale urine. Secondly when we picked up our dog, he was STILL wet, unbrushed, horribly trimmed, and smelled worse than when we dropped him off. Overall, not a great experience.

Boarded our two labs. Had a health issue and they took very good care of her through the process. They called me quickly and fed me updates and made sure the vet took good care of her. Very impressed for the last two visits. If you are new to area or visiting you can rest assured these guys run a solid resort. Seem to care.

I agree with the others. This is a great place for your babies while you vacation in the Gulf Shores area. My babies stayed here a week, and they were happy and treated well during their stay. Great customer service here at Coastal Pet Resort!

Great place!! We chose the suite for our dogs.Comes with tv & private room. Some have a bed or sofa.Our dogs seem at ease when we pick them up.Open 7 days a week makes it easy scheduling.

This place was very accommodating! Called and got my dogs in for daycare the next day! They have been back for more daycare and a grooming. Their haircuts were awesome!

We dropped off our very clingy husky twice while we stayed in Foley; once for daycare and one overnight stay. Fantastic service, puppy was well taken care of and the prices just cannot be beat. Will use again the next time we visit family in the area.

I didn’t realize dogs aren’t allowed on gulf shore beaches and needed doggy daycare for my dog. I called and was able to drop him off 15 minutes later. I needed three days of daycare and they were able to accommodate. The facility is very clean and professional. I picked my dog up everyday around 3-4pm and he was worn out and well taken care of. I would 100% use them again for daycare if I am ever back in the area.

My out of town Airedale Sebastian needed a place to play for a day while we visited the beach & this was the right pick! Very reasonable rate & loving caregiver. Sebastian had a happy day. I highly recommend.

Lost our Cat, had to call humane society to help with his return. Look up information on owner, you'll be shocked. Yes I used the faculties with my Dog PD and Cat Mister. Until you lost my Cat. I have receipts and Contacted the Humane Society to help retrieve Mister. My Husband and I spent the night there while Mister was missing. I don't think you want to go there. Plenty of Shady practices among you and your staff. Ronald Stephen Hayles is listed as the owner, I dealt with him and his son. We boarded PD & Mister 3 times without problems. You placed them in an area with open space in the ceiling, although we explained this type of suite would not work with Mister. You charged us, then explained Mister was missing. How could you forget this disaster?

I would have been here by 5pm to drop off my dog, but 65 South had other intentions. Matt, the one I had talked with to make reservations, offered to stay until I arrived. They usually close at 6, and I arrived at 6:50. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the care of my dog!

I have been taking my dogs here for almost 10 yrs. These people really like animals, and I know that because my babies always have to go back and get one last loving from the staff before they leave. Their prices are more than reasonable. Will always take my pups there when I have to board them.

We left our dog there last Thursday for daycare. He was so happy. When we picked him up he was like wanting to still hang out there. Than he slept all night soundly. So know he played.

My friend had me bring in his humongous husky, and somehow or another. They cleaned him and dish added him and also cut his fingernails and came out looking like I clean carpet, which was absolutely fantastic. I didn’t even know we could get that clean. Thank you.
