I bought my new tracker 195 in 2021. They have always been available by phone or email and have always been there for me , even on Sunday they will answer my email. I live in jasper,al and I will make the drive to drop my boat off the get it service there. Great people and great customer service.

Brad and Kathy were absolutely amazing in our boat purchasing process. They were extremely patient as we experienced a death in the family right when we were looking to go pick up the boat. Although we had never met either of them, they reached out multiple times only to see how we were doing and making sure we were okay. There’s nothing like feeling like people care when making a big purchase! Strongly recommend.

Top notch people. Absolutely no pressure to buy extra items. Very friendly. We had a problem with our trailer lights connection. 3 people jumped right on it. It was a issue on the vehicle. They fixed it quickly and didn't charge a dime. Great people.

Accurate information is hard to come by, here. Three different people with 3 different stories about my boat repair. Also, I feel they give you a short repair time initially just to get your boat into the service area then specialize in making excuses for why they don't do what they said they would do...I got 2 different stories in 1 day from 2 different employees not to mention the 2 stories prior to that. I've attempted to do business here 4 times since moving to this area 2 years ago. There have been at least 6 instances of bad information and misdiagnosis. Promised phone calls are rarely returned when promised. Price quotes have never been accurate. In my opinion this is a very poorly managed operation. After 2 weeks of excuses and unkept promises about various issues, I picked my boat up and took it somewhere else. It was fixed the next day in less than 2 hours at another facility. Beware if you choose to come to Tracker Boating Center.

Justin, Brad & Kathy were AWESOME! We had a terrible experience at another location but let me tell you. The folks here at the Florence location REALLY were on their A game and took great care of my family & I. And we walked out happy proud new boat owners. Will definitely go back for anything else we may need along the way.

Terrible customer service. We bought a new pontoon in May and we have 3.1 hours on it. Our family has been stranded in a lightning storm with 4 small children. This was the third time back to their service center for the same reason . All the service employees have acted like we are stupid and we don't know how to drive a boat or put a gas cap on correctly. I would not reccomend anyone to this business.

Imagine the mom of a 20 year old avid fisherman. He went to the National Competition in High School and now fishes on the collegiate level, just qualified for the Nationals in college this past weekend. He saved his money and special ordered a 20 foot Nitro with all the bells and whistles earlier this year. I have hesitated about this review to give the dealer the opportunity to make things right. We live 60 miles from the dealership and before we made it home the day we picked the boat up one of the wheels came off the trailer because the lug nuts had not been tightened. My son special requested the bigger boat cover to cover his boat with his electronics on, the right cover was not ordered and they pretended it was the right cover and refused to make it right. The brand new boat left my son stranded on the water in a big money tournament, took the boat to the shop, a couple of weeks later they said it was fixed. Took the boat back to the water still same issue, the boat would not plane out, took back to the shop and they finally figured out the problem. The boat came with MinnKota talons, they have never worked properly. MinnKota has tried to stand behind their product, but have acknowledged there is an issue with the talons. Nitro advised me to contact the dealer to file a warranty claim through Nitro of the defective talons to see if they could be replaced with power poles. Kim, the service manger, absolutely refused to submit a claim to Nitro. He just said, No we can't help you that issue. After Tracker Boat Center received our money for the $65,000 boat, their customer service has been horrible. I have filed a complaint with Nitro! Tracker Boat Center in Florence is convenient to the water, but that is the only perk. I would suggest going somewhere else!! Any other single moms out there with good boys who love to fish... please avoid this dealer!! They have been very disrespectful!
