Home Depot is a well stocked store with all your home needs. The customer service is A+. We purchased all the paint for our house here and they had great competitive prices.My husband loves his battery charged lawnmower from Home Depot.We went by today to check out the faucets and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection on display.In the Spring, I love to shop their garden section.

Stacy/Staci in the Merchandising department was awesome! She helped me pick out three different options to complete my repair job and talked me through each option. Ultimately, the idea I had for the repair wouldn't have worked so she showed me a better way to get a much better result. Thanks Home Depot for making sure someone like her is around to help out your customers!

Quick trip to find a battery for an ATV and look at paint chips. Gentleman at customer service was incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely come back if he is the standard.

Was there Jan 24th around 6pm. We Came in to look at washers with the intent to purchase one. I walked up to an associate in appliance named RUBEN and asked him if he had any clearance washers. He replied, "not that I know of" I said okay, and he said "are you looking to take one home today?" I said yes. He then replied with "well I think we have one now that I think of it." (Starting off a little weird right?) He took us over it was a washer marked down almost 50% and I told him we'd take it. We continue to his desk in the middle of the appliance area and I explained to him I'd be using affirm which I have used with home depots in other places in the past without any problems. He replied "ive never heard of that" called customer service barely explained the situation to them because he obviously didnt understand it (sorry to say but he acted really arrogant) and they couldn't help because he wasnt explaining to them what we were trying to do correctly, he kept calling it "some kind of loan" even after i tried correcting him multiple times. He just wouldnt listen to what i was trying to say, then he started to get annoyed as if we had wasted his time telling us we needed a "real" card (<-verbatim) to pay for it. So we were on our way out of home depot to go to lowes who was going to take my affirm no issues and I decided to stop and talk to the manager myself because I really liked the washer at home depot. The manager actually did her job and was really nice and researched how to take affirm without tap pay and she was successful in taking our payment and we were able to leave with the washer. But I want home depot to know, we almost left on a 500$ sale because of how unwilling RUBEN was to research it or even try. just because he had "never heard of affirm", he treated it like it didn't exist and like home depot doesn't accept that form of payment and I needed to come back with "real" money lol. AFFIRM IS ABSOLUTELY REAL MONEY. LOL!He was ignorant. Seriously get a new guy to sell your appliances because I bet that man is losing HELLA business (people are going right over to lowes i bet) based off his attitude. Thanks for the washer but do something about that customer service and better educate your employees on the payment methods yall accept.Thanks!Also shout out to RAJ, he was really helpful too and apologized for ruben and made sure the washer was really tightly wrapped and protected from the rain.

Outstanding customer service from Bill -supervisor for outdoor equipment. He stood out in the 100 degree plus hot weather to help me fix some outdoor equipment I purchased. The wheels were rubbing on the equipment and he went completely out of his way to help me fix the minor issue before I left the store. “Building a good customer experience does not happen by accident. It's rare to get good customer service any more, much less excellent, but we found it at this store today. We had trouble locating an item we needed and Rick went above and beyond to find it for us and make sure the price was right. So helpful! Our cashier, Julie, was very friendly and personable. They both left a great impression of Home Depot.

My go-to home improvement store. Nice staff that help you find things and get what you need to do a job right. The prices are consistently lower for what I buy and I always try to things being clearanced for really good pricing. Use their app in store mode to find things--it gives you the aisle and bin number to make quick trips when you have to get in and out. Online there is often free In-store pickup or delivery. Just get it delivered to your house...less chance of things getting damaged although it can take a couple days longer. If you do in-store pickup they have a two hour window to pick your order. Do not show up 5 minutes after ordering...that's not cool--wait for that "your order is ready" text or email.

Austin, Robert, and Bill were all fantastic. They are all knowledgeable and very helpful. I went to Lowe’s today and couldn’t get any help, I went in Home Depot and had multiple workers helping us. Great customer service.

Came to buy a Honeywell Smart Thermostat and a Yale smart lock for the home. The smart thermostat was priced at $209 and the Yale Smart lock was priced at $259 in store. When researching these smart devices, I seen online the Florence Home Depot had the smart thermostat for $179. When I went to the register to claim the products and price match for their online price- the girl said I had to order online to obtain that price. I let her know that Home Depot price matches their online prices to keep their business. She told me that it was a different franchise from their online store and their physical store and she would not be price matching the $179. So I took my business to Lowe’s and I am so glad I did! I got the Honeywell Home T9 Smart Thermostat there for $161.99!!! Lowe’s will keep my business and Home Depot missed out on my money.

The staff is super nice. On my last visit I was asking what did I need to make a jewelry display. Jackson took my purchases and put them together for me. I left there with my display completed. Saved me from trying to do it myself without the proper tools. Life savers.

Today we bought a hot water heater got it home and the bottom was leaking took it back ,and they exchanged it . However, they was saying that it looked like we had damaged and if this one done the same they wouldn’t give us another one or the money back. First off we come in there ask for help and can’t even get anyone to help you . Then you need help loading it can’t get anyone to do that either. How are you supposed to know it leaks before you hook it up? Will not be going back to get anything even if it’s the last place there is! Poor customer service and poor management!!!! Like Lowe’s a lot better!

Regular customer at the Florence,Al store, but starting to go to Lowe’s due to poor customer service and better pricing. On the last two visits buying railroad cross ties, I didn’t receive any help with loading as employees walked by to go get carts from the parking lot (at the register they said they would get someone sent out to help load).

We ordered our cabinets from Home Depot and have had to return about half of not more because they came in broken/damaged. Each time we return and reorder, we end up paying more. The people working at the store are helpful and it’s not their fault, but it is very frustrating. I would not recommend ordering from them!!
