I made an order and paid for the front of the line experience and paid insurance on the order. Got an email stating I would get a carrier notification when shipped with tracking info. That absolutely never happened. I emailed the company with no reply. I would absolutely be willing to provide the date time stamp from that email. Never got anything back. I missed my prs shoot cause of the delay. However the price of the ammo was a fantastic deal. If your patient you can not beat the price. Just wish I would have heard back when I emailed them. And yes I gave them the correct email because of the confirmation the sent me.

They have good prices and fair shipping costs. Well stocked inventory. Delivery was a bit slow due to weather issues which they had no control of. I will definately use them again.

After shopping one box chain and another small gun shop, I found Southern Defense Supply on Google. Staff was professional and provided the selections of ammo that I needed. Easy check out as well. Will be back.

This store is a hidden gem in the Shoals area. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products and are beyond courteous and professional. If you want gear that you thought you could only find online check them out, there is a good chance they have it in stock.

This store is my go to for all related merchandise. I’ve ordered multiple products from them and they are amazing at educating me about firearms that i show interest in. They tell me the pros and cons of each model. I knew nothing about suppressors and yet after leaving there i had a basic understanding of them. Ryan will go above and beyond to spell it out Barney style because sometimes it’s a little confusing to me. I’m always greeted every time I walk in the store by all associates. If something new comes in they are always excited to show and potentially sale it. These guys not only are great salesmen, they are involved in each product they sell. And ladies if you’re interested by all means come by as well. My girl has been in here countless times without me to either pick something up for me or just to go look herself. They treat everyone equal at this store. The negative reviews I see below mine have to be either short tempered or just plain ignorant to proper etiquette in purchasing ANY type of product/service. Every time I come in off of the road these guys are my second stop after my house. Don’t hesitate to come look at anything in the store. If you come in just to cause issues though i suggest shopping elsewhere. Thanks SOUTHERN DEFENSE!
