I recently took my 10 month old Yorkie puppy to Puppy Love Pet Grooming, for his first grooming experience. The reviews online were wonderful. My Puppy’s and my experience with the owner and his wife were equally wonderful. I am thrilled to have found such a kind, compassionate and talented groomer here in Florence. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful place to get your dog groomed they do an outstanding job and are very efficient in getting our dogs done fast. There prices are very reasonable. Previous places our dogs would fight us to get them in the door but not here they go right in the cage and we have no problems. We highly recommend Puppy Love

Dropped my min pin off for a flee bath. He was very clean, smelled nice, had a shiny coat and nails were trimmed. Staff was very friendly. Very affordable. Will use their services again!

Visiting relatives in town and I dropped off my pup with these lovely people. My little Poochon looks SO AMAZING. They did so well even though I know Leo doesn't always love getting groomed and he had a few mats. Thank you guys for your excellent service!

Beautiful hair cut for my collie mix and terrier dogs. They were super neat and soft with no issues afterwards. Very nice and best price I’ve ever paid for a grooming. Will definitely come back.

I've had Baxter to a lot of places. They do the best job. He is not scared to go into Puppy Love like he has done some other places. They are good to call you when they finish. The price is great too.😁. We will be back in 5 weeks.

The couple that owns Puppy Love are precious. I have a rescue dog and she gets scared very easy. They are great with her.I highly recommend Puppy Love!

I like the fact that they let me hold my dog when he needed his nails clipped. He is in congestive heart failure and he gets very stressed out. They were very quick which also helped. I was going to go to another place in town but puppy love was cheaper, it was the first time I had been there. They were very nice people and I stayed and chatted with them for a while. I will definitely be taking my dogs there from now on.

Never been one to write a review. But, I simply feel obliged to do so today.My first time to take our son Dyson, our 19lb lil yorkie lol, to Puppy Love today. Well, after reading many good reviews I contacted them yesterday for a appointment today.Dropped him off around 7 am this morning. Met Gary whom I had read about in the reviews. Everything seemed real nice. Told him what the wifey wanted done to our son...Picked him up about 3 hours later. I was very impressed with his new dew and appearence..Needless to say. I will be returning from now on with our son if this level of service is continued.I really like how our son looks today due to their expertise...

My little Yorkie was a mess when I took him in and just beautiful when I picked him up. He didn't seem stressed and is happy around the groomers everytime since. That says" a lot to me. I only take my furbaby to Puppy Love.

Beware of this groomer! I've added pictures of the torture he put my dog through! He got so close to his back shaving it he gave my dog sores straight down his back. My dog will forever be scarred.

Best groomer in town and the only one I'll trust with my Pupper. The friendliest, most experienced and trustworthy staff with the best prices to boot. Bathes my pup and grinds his nails for $14. He takes doggos until four which is two hours later than most places, and he does the best job. Most importantly, I can tell he really cares about the animals and always has their safety in mind. My pup has terrible anxiety about going to the groomers but it only took two trips to this guy for him to get over the fear of grooming. Amazing!

This place did an awesome job for my two small dogs. And their prices are very good. I will bring my support dog to them now to get him trimmed and bathed.

Great. Took our German Shephard Divka there today to help with shedding. She has never had this done before and is a little touchy, garys wife done great job although i helped to a degree as Divka can be a little touchy and aggressive, they handled her great and for the price it is great, i will take her back in couple weeks to get her more accustomed to the process . Thanks again . Great job great people

I took my puppy to Puppy Love Pet Grooming on a Friday and she came home with fleas. My puppy can’t stop scratching and crying. My puppy is in extreme discomfort. Unfortunately the vet is closed on the weekend, so my puppy will have to suffer until Monday. I tried a Walmart flea collar, but it’s not working. I do not recommend Puppy Love Pet Grooming!

Our two dogs (and two cats!) love Gary. That, alone, speaks volumes to me. Our babies always come back clean, clipped, shaved...whatever we’ve requested. We’ve never had an issue with anything.

Have used them for years with no problem until today... Standard poodle was not cut as specified on top knot....face was not shaved smoothly... Left splotchy...but what was so upsetting was the condition her nails were left in. Two nails did not get cut at all.... The others were left jagged and splintered on the ends and one nail cut in the quick and bleeding. Feet were also not shaved as they always been done before. Felt like a rush job had been done on my baby...price had went up also. So not happy at all!

When customers make an appointment with The Dog House Grooming Salon, and mistakenly come to my old address, I would appreciate it if you would just simply tell them they are at the WRONG place instead of just taking them and grooming them. That is theft of business. This has been going on far too long.

I love this place. I bring my Siberian Husky there every time I come into town to visit family. They do an amazing job every time for half the price of what others charge. Don't go anywhere else.

I do want to respond to a few reviews on here..To Roseanne..the price did not go up..it was $53 as it had always been. I did not realize I had quiked a nail, I also offered to fix any concerns.

The owners do the grooming. My dog jumped right in his arms and gave him kisses. Grooming was great, fast and affordable.

Brought my poodle here he was recently mistreated at another groomer and this place was so nice and the employee took the time to pet and calm him down and he was happy once I came to get him and went to the employee before leaving and he petted him bye. Will be back!
