Had a bad experience when i was charged an extra 10.00 for what they claimed was a hair knot they had to deal with. Both my wife and I knew there were no hair knots on our Maltipoo. Manager was rude and did nothing to work with me on it. Will never take our animals back again. Be aware. The paperwork they make you sign gives them ok to add on charges like this without checking with you first.

Payed $70 for the Halloween package and this is the second time they have failed to clean my corgi’s ears. They left my dog’s ears caked with black dirt.

Callie treats Coco with kindness and patients and I couldn't ask for a better groomer. I feel confident allowing her to care for Coco and he always looks so handsome with every visit. I appreciate that kind of service and I know it takes a good heart to work with animals the way she does. They can be harder than any toddler to deal.

I live out of town and was visiting Florence for the weekend. I brought my dog to this location for a much needed nail clipping. I called on a Saturday morning to see if they could see my dog and they said they could take care of her immediately. The grooming staff (Callie) and the cashier (David) were so kind and helpful! I’m not sure what happened to prompt negative reviews on here, but I had quite the opposite experience! I would highly recommend this Petco and will return again if I ever find myself back in Florence!

The first day i took Sox he still had a fowl odor when i picked him up. Ana took care of it and redid his bath but also gave me my money back for the grooming. I was surprised and happy.
