This Mcdonalds is a joke. We ordered 1 happy meal and 1 frappe. They didn’t give us our daughters drink and handed us a half full frappe with the side of the cup busted out. The order is always wrong or missing items. When you go inside they act like you are invisible and helping you or taking your order is a big inconvenience for them. The manager with the huge holes in his ears is the rudest person I have ever met. We will not be back to this location. Looks like they need to send the manager who runs the one on Cox Creek back to Cloverdale again!! Owner should be ashamed to run a business like this.

My brother loves the Big Mac & anyone just LOVES ❤️ McDonald's French fries 🍟 and I love McDonald's breakfast croissants & biscuits, etc. Everybody loves ❤️ McDonald's!!! ~ & it's clean! The service is great & very very polite & nice!!! ~ Always greeted with a smile!!! ~ 😀Wheelchair accessibility: I care for someone in a wheelchair ♿️ & parking & reaching the entrance is not a problem at all!!! ~

Definitely gone down hill since my son worked there! Thank God he moved on and got a better job!! They can't get an order right to save their life! It's not that hard...pancakes (no syrup or butter) wrong biscuits,wasn't a large or complicated order smh if you can't do any better than this then y'all should shut down I rather drive further and pay more to get good food and possibly even my correct order for once!

The bacon egg and cheese bagel; actually, let me restart: the premium and third most expensive breakfast item on the menu, the bacon egg and cheese bagel, only had 1 slice of bacon on it. Get real. I know it's McDonald's, and much should NOT be expected from the employees, but at this point, I'm wondering whether or not it's a requirement to have a mental deficiency to work there.

The slowest mods I've ever been to they got 2 drive thrus an dontnknow how to use them I sat in line for an hour get up there an then they get my order wrong I pull back around an the car that come in behind me was sitn in line still by the time I checked food rode back around its crazy night shift crew is lazy an don't know hold times apparently

Would give 0 stars if I could. The manager Stephanie was rude, sarcastic, and mean when I came to try and sort out a issue I had with my little sisters schedule, who they had been being kept over the time she was scheduled and till closing multiple times the past month. When approached with the issue she was anything BUT kind and understanding (we live an hour away in the country and we can’t just drive back and forth and we can’t wait 2 hrs till midnight when I have work at 5am) instead of trying to help she threatened to fire my sister.

How do you pull a car down just for a soda, only to never come out with the soda I have been waiting on for more than 30 mins. This location is trash and should have never reopened! Horrible customer Service period. The owner needs to contact me. Fire and rehire a staff that wants to work.

I try not to complain because I understand having worked in restaurants myself... but. Went today to get food for the kids. Had to repeat my order at least 7 times at the drive through. Get to the window and am asked what I ordered. Had to repeat it another 3 or 4 times. Oh, no frappes? What an fn surprise. So finally after the 3rd person takes my order we pay. Total 22.06. Ma'am, I think I have the 6 cents. Worker, don't worry about it. Proceeds to hand me a handful of changes. Sigh. Then, haha, my order is completely wrong. So skip ahead 10 minutes later, we finally get our food. Our old, cold food. Cold soogy fries, nuggets that are hard, old, dry, This store has steadily been going downhill for awhile now. Will be my last time. Maybe one of the other 20 around will be better.

Ordered and paid pick-up at 10:30pm on a Sunday night via app.Went there to find the drive thru unresponsive but saw people inside having cokes and talking. Went around several times and finally knocked on the pick-up window, no response.Called, a rude lady answered telling us they closed early due to being understaffed. When I asked her how I was supposed to know that when the app took my order and my money and the Google store hours were updated a week ago to "drive thru open till 12am", she said she didn't know what to tell me and if I needed a refund to go into the app. The app clearly states for refunds you need to talk to the restaurant issuing the order. By that time a guy opened the pick-up window and told us the same thing even tho he was much more courteous.This is the second time this happened to us. Horrible service. Can't even say anything about the food cause we never got it. Luckily they canceled the order in the system so we are at least getting our money back.

I normally enjoy going to this location, but today I was laughed at because I didn't want to eat in my vehicle with my daughter and asked for a refund. I ordered through the app and selected to eat inside.. There were no signs showing that the lobby was closed. I appreciate the manager for being polite and refunding my money. I do not appreciate the workers that laughed.

I've absolutely had it with this location. I continuously have missing items from my order continuously have to call them or go back through for mistakes or to get something missing. I can make mobile orders and they're plain as day to see what's on the orders and I still have missing items or have to get things corrected. Go to a different location save your time and frustration. Can't even call them about what's missing or messed up without them still missing or messing up items.
