This is a wonderful Supply Company filled with anything you could possibly need and if you need something specific and it isn’t available, they will order it for you. There is a certain southern hospitality vibe throughout this shop that is so authentic and inviting. They are always so helpful and friendly. I started going here when I couldn't afford the entire box of cat flea pills since they sell them at $6/pill it was easier for me. Now I go just to support them with my business be it flea pills or local honey. Even when I have a question about a product I purchased after leaving the store, they'll answer your questions over the phone and text you pictures if needed.

The other reviewer must have caught them on a bad day. I've never been to Longrider when the staff wasn't extremely friendly and helpful. They have a large variety and great prices. I buy the Diamond Naturals dog food for my lab once a month from Longrider and I have seen considerable improvement in my dog's appetite and coat, not to mention it's much cheaper than tractor supply. They can order most anything you would want if they don't have it on the floor already. A great local business!

A good variety of supplies and feed. Several of the assistants are friendly BUT in general the owner and the "main" assistant are moody and grumpy. The main guy threw feed in my truck one time as I was trying to move stuff and almost hit me in the face. I just called to see if they were open in the bad weather and the guy basically said "yeah" and hung up on me. By contrast other feed stores, especially the small independent ones, are very friendly. If more of them carried the feed I used I would never go in Longrider again.
