Was in there yesterday, only one employe to be seen. He was on the phone and when confronted by some customers he claimed he was a manager and they were short staffed and he was talking to another manager. He also claimed they had someone walk out and the other manager was in the office training someone to take over. I'm sorry but the training could have been done later and they could of been out on the floor helping when the lines were backed up and the store packed with people. The store was not stocked either . Alot of empty shelves and boxes thoughout store. One of the employes in the office could have been doing that...

This store is so unorganized. They need to find a manager and fast. Someone who can go in there and fix the store. The shelves are empty most of the time. Harrison does the best he can but needs support.

This was an awful experience. I was in the store for maybe a minute and I heard yelling... It was the manager yelling at an employee, who by the way is autistic. She was screaming at him and treating him like a little child barely letting him speak and blame things on him and took no account for her actions when I confronted her and other customers, She kept trying to blame him for everything and I straight up told her that that should have been done in private not out in front of all the customers and I asked her to stop yelling at him and to leave him alone and she kept at it trying to explain herself and be right instead of listening to what anyone was trying to say. It was totally disgusting myself and another customer put our items at a check out and we walked out. I will not support any business where a person in charge be rates and autistic employee, totally disgusting and she kept telling him that he was using his autism as an excuse, unbelievable, another customer was there who actually has an autistic son and she was trying to explain to the manager that they can act out and do different things and she wanted no part of hearing any of that She just kept speaking over all of us and then kept yelling randomly at the employee...... He was literally shaking and so upset he was biting his nails and she told him that he wasn't shaking when he was standing in the office, as much as telling him he was faking it. I am appalled that her behavior and the fact that she acted this way to not only to another human being, but an autistic one at that... He ended up calling his mother because he was so upset while the manager and another employee seemed to be trying to get their story straight and the manager told the other employee to go in the office and write up a statement and quite honestly the other employee look like she was scared of the manager and when right in the office. I normally don't speak my mind in certain situations but this was appalling... Something seriously needs to be done about this manager and I'm sorry I did not catch her name in all the confusion. She clearly should not be working in a public setting if she cannot control her anger and her words...... I will be waiting for a follow-up on this situation because it is ridiculous what myself and other customers witnessed today and I felt so bad for that employee... I could tell he was having trouble trying to express himself so that is why I stepped in to try to make her understand and she would not listen to what I had to say just kept talking over me and tried to explain why she was right and he was wrong....I will never set foot in this store again until that manager has been fired !Margie Lynn

The store is great, the employees that actually do their jobs are amazing! But the main guy there is ridiculous, I think he is the manager, he never helps with anything and is always on break taking advantage of the employees that are actually working! Please consider putting someone else in charge and promoting someone that actually cares about the job.

Always friendly employees. A great place to find fun stuff for children and adults alike. Always a good place to get staples like; cleaning supplies, home organization items, basic pantry items, and a great place for travel snacks.

It was a nice store to visit. The employee's was walking around asking if I needed help with anything. It was very clean and over all a good place to shop. I will definitely be stopping by more often.
