I don't like to leave negative complaints but the last several times I have went to this DG the same lady at the register has just been rude. Tonight when I went in I was checking out my stuff and I asked her how she was doing, just ignored me. And then she was telling me how one of my items wouldn't fit in the bag and I told her that was okay and she replied "whatever." I understand having a bad day but the last few times I have seen this lady she has always been rude. If you're going to work customer service you don't need to be so hateful to the customers, especially for no reason.

I have other Dollar Stores closer to where I reside, but I will go out if my way to shop at this particular one. They always have what I am looking for. They carry good name brands. Their prices are equal to or competitive with Wal-Mart and other similar stores. It is clean and bright and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Always convenient, and well stocked with everyday necessities... And some extras of course! Lol. Prices are competitive, without the whole Wal-Mart hike I often have to make.. And they carry my dogs Good and Fun treats at the best price around!

I just went in to shop here after the renovations. I liked the previous layout of the store better, because it was easy to find everything. They still have a decent selection of things. Maybe the new layout is better at the checkout.

You will be better off going to Walmart because you can be in and out of Walmart quicker than dollar general. Don’t make no since for the checkout line to be backed up (literally more than 6 people in line) and only ONE register open.

I love the staff, 3 women in particular, have a helped me out with anything I ask of them. As well as go above and beyond their customer service duties to help me and my Service K-9, Atticus.... They have become like family to me and Atticus, thank you Ladies... I believe you 3 know who you are🐾💕 💕🙋‍♀️🐕🐾

Visit the Cox Creek location today. 4 people walked in with no mask. I asked the clerk. She said the MANAGER will not refuse business. WOW!!! Great example why the Covid-19 is spreading. If the Manager can't listen to the Governor... How should the employee listen to the manager. Shame on Dollar General....

I like dollar general but its like they hardly stock anything now. My opinion is if you claim not to have much help you should close the store around 7:30 or 8 pm and let the people stock with out interruptions.

Staff was very rude and didn't want to be bothered by me asking for help. Then the girl up front ignored us like we weren't even there To busy with her man friend. Very disappointed that night.

I found school supplies, laundry detergent all at great prices. Bought pillows 70 percent off. $1.80 a PC. I bought the last 5 they had.
