SO RUDE! i dropped my 2 dogs off for their appointment saturday 11/26/2023. I don’t know the lady’s name but she was so rude to me. Immediately when i took my dogs in my smallest one was scared and was crying a little bit. The lady working told my dog to shut up that she was not listening to that all day right in front of me. Then, my dogs were scheduled for a cut and she told me that she was not staying late to cut them and that they were not down for a cut. So i told her that I would reschedule and that was ok. I will NEVER be bringing my dogs back here. I don’t know why I didn’t just take my dogs and leave that second but for some reason I left them with this lady. I understand having bad days, but I haven’t done anything to this women. There is no reason to be rude to me.

Friendly staff. Cooper looks great and his coat is clean and shiny. He loves his visits to Dirty Dog Grooming. They text or call to let you know he is ready to go.

So the girl who greeted me was very friendly I took my two Yorkers here the groom was decent A little uneven but not bad. What I didn’t like was that my dogs came home covered in fleas now I have to treat my entire house and my other pets. So a very costly groom this was. And my pets didn’t have any fleas or scratching before I brought them here. As soon as I brought them home I found fleas on them. Their shop is infested and I would recommend to them to treat the shop for fleas before bringing in any more dogs. First thing you should do if you bring a dog in to groom and they notice fleas they should immediately flea bathe them which I’m assuming they don’t which is why the shop is infested. And now I have to make a trip to the vet for flea pills.

Chase comes home looking and smelling great. He does not get nervous or anxious when I leave him here. The ladies working there are great with him

One of the workers Gracie Belvins said some very racial slurs to me and when I reported her to the OWNER, she defended her. I don’t not recommend coming here also place is gross and sketchy.
