The store was clean and the employee up front was nice. Most of the shelves were fully stocked and they had some good sales. I did not utilize their pharmacy services but the retail side is worth coming back for

CVS is always busy. The Pharmacists are always very friendly and nice. I just recently started using for a script I could not get through my regular pharmacy. CVS placed the order and the next afternoon, I received a text that the script was ready for pickup. You cannot beat that. Also, if you have the time to wait for a script to be filled there, then they are great. I have filled family scripts there and I have been in the store many times. There is always a wait, no matter when u arrive, but it does seem that after lunch, they are the busiest. Just my personal experience. Overall, I'm sure they are a great place. I know the pharmacists are always nice and friendly.

Wonderful staff and facilities. In-store is very nice and clean. Big thumbs up to the staff working med drive through window and counter. It's a tough job dealing with sick customers along with stressful situations every day trying to get everyone helped. Thank you for your quick work, accuracy and kindness. It goes a long ways.šŖš

Each and EVERY time I come in I'm always treated very nicely..And they always have my prescription correct and it's always ready. The text messages are helpful also.

This store is the best CVS I have visited. The pharmacy workers are always so nice and Jason at the front has great customer service. Iām in there multiple times each month.

This pharmacy gave us a over the counter cough syrup instead of the prescription that was called in for my daughter. They wrote to half the dose since its not recommended for children under 6. They never consulted us or the pediatrician. I tried to return this cvs brand med and they stated they couldnt because it was a script. Even though its OTC syrup. I filed a complaint with cvs. The lady i talked with tried to talk to the pharmacist to find out why this med was changed. When she returned to the phone she said that lady was very rude and she kept saying its the same medicine. The customer relations lady said she was pushing the complaint to the top since it was a medication for a 3 yr old child. That i should hear something from district manager within couple of days. This complaint was on Oct 13 2022. Its now 1/6/23 and i still havent heard from anyone.

They take an enormous time to fill prescriptions. They would tell you it should take thirty minutes but you end up waiting for more than an hour. It should not take this to fill 3 prescriptions. This happened twice! Not going to this place again.

I havenāt been treated with customer service when getting my prescriptions filled. I have a few complaints.1. I was shorted on medication and another time I was given more.2. My 1st inhaler prescription, when I got it home I seen on the sheet something to the effect of ādemonstrate to first time usersā which the pharmacist did not do. I actually had to google how to use it and watch you tube videos.3. What topped the cake today was I recieved a text message 3 days ago from cvs saying my prescription was ready and I had 8 days to get it before it was returned. Today when I went to pick it up, they told me it was not ready. I asked how long it was going to take and told her I didnāt plan on coming back out today. She said I had to wait 45 minutes or come in and it may be shorter. I left and came back 15 min to ask for the corporate number and the managerās name. The manager comes to the window with my prescription and says itās ready. I explained to her my other two concerns above and how I feel mistreated (or not treated the same way how I see them treat other customers-I donāt want to throw the race card) but, she ultimately throws my meds down and walk away.Iāve called the corporate number, hopefully I hear something back.
