I stopped and got a couple of double cheese burgers to go. When I got to the house and opened the burger up, it looked like someone had taken a bite out of one of the patties.I called and spoke with the owner and sent pictures. He said it did look like a bite had been taken out of it, but that he didn't believe that it had. He wanted me to just accept his word and eat it anyway. I will not be eating here again

First time ever eating at Culver’s and it was really good. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The food was fresh, clean and delicious. Customer service was ok, they did make my burger wrong, but it was still really good. Love their sweet tea. Will definitely be back…. 1000x better then McDonalds. Chili cheese fries were awesome!!

My husband wanted to try Culver's and I'm counting calories so I ordered the cheeseburger kids meal.The cheeseburger was thin like I like it and just over 300 calories.My daughter loves the fries so it was a win for me.My husband really loved his burger.I suspect we will go back soon. The food is great there. We've visited several times. Great onion rings and sandwiches.If you eat in, there is the sweetest, most friendly lady who works the floor named Octavia. She's always cheerful and funny. I don't know of another restaurant where I've enjoyed an employee's personality so much. Whatever she makes isn't enough!

I went through the drive-thru earlier this evening. When I placed my order for a value basket, the guy rang it up individually. When I got up to the window and asked about it, he said he rang it up wrong and wanted to know if I wanted him to ring it up again. I said of course. When I got the receipt, it was the original price. The $1.30 difference in price is no big deal. The fact he lied to me really makes me mad. Really bad customer service

This is a step up from the other fast food burger joints as far as quality of the ingredients are concerned but so are the prices. I got the bacon butter burger, fries and a drink and it was ~$10.00. It was good fast food but I cannot justify spending that much for a combo meal. The restaurant seemed clean and the employees were friendly. It seems to be a well-managed restaurant. If the burgers had thick patties like the ones in sit-down restaurants, I could possibly justify the spend. If this combo was $5.35, I would definitely order it again.

Culver's never fails us. The one located in Petersville, just outside of Florence Alabama is no exception. It's just really good food, prepared fresh, with outstanding service.The butter burger is my favorite, two crispy beef patties with cheese and dressed to order. Yum yum! I love the fries (crinkle cut are my personal choice), they are crispy and seasoned perfectly.My better half days that the fish dinner is really good. I haven't eaten the fish so, I will take his word for it.Our six year old is a salad eater. "I know, not normal". He always gets one of the menu salads and cleans his plate.And last but, definitely not least ICE CREAM.! Culver's has a daily flavor special and I have yet to pick and regret my decision.So, if you haven't tried Culver's please do. I hope that you enjoy it. My family and I like it very much.

Being the only Culvers location within 40 miles of my mother's residence, and my favorite burger and custard joint, this restaurant is visited frequently! The good is always delicious, and they have the best desserts of any restaurant around! I only wish that the chain would bring back Pepsi products, as I am limited to sweet tea now since I hate coke products. That's the only reason I take away a star.

Wow, this place is incredible. Firstly, the customer service is out of this world. They are all so friendly and customer forward. Don't miss out on the best customer service I've had in a very long time. The food looks and tastes better than you'd ever expect. The drive thru is so convenient and efficient. The food is hot and fresh every time. They have a wonderful menu with loads of food of all kinds. I can't stress the importance of this place enough. It is absolutely wonderful. My wife and I each had a mushroom swiss butter burger and a side of chili cheese fries, both of which were fresh as could be and tasted absolutely wonderful. The plastic forks they bring you are high quality. And the condiments are even high quality. This is deluxe fast food at its best. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Culvers never has bananas for the banana split, so on my visit tonight I asked them if they had bananas for the banana split and she said yes. So we waited at the table for them to bring it out and we got our banana split with no bananas in it 🤦‍♀️ get it together culvers. It's not called an ice cream split!!

Check your bags for complete order....Outside of the friendly service, I don't understand why they have such a high rating. I have been wanting to try it purely based on looks and curiosity. Its not often that I am out this way when we don't already have dinner plans but this time I was running too late to cook. I ordered a kids chicken meal, 2 burgers 2 sides and a shake. I was given 2 bags and messed up by assuming everything was in there. I was home across the river before I knew we were short a burger. It was too late and too far for us to drive back to get it so they said they will send a coupon in the mail. Which is fine but really doesn't make up that I needed to come up with an extra dinner-plus - based on the satisfaction of what we ate vs the cost (averaged 10 per person), I really don't see that being a go to place for our family but maybe we will try something else at some point.The shake tasted like McDonald's shake (like ice cream that has melted too long)- the onion rings were good, the fries not great, out daughter enjoyed her chicken, the burger - not bad but nothing that would make us want to eat there again....However, the service was super friendly and the 3 employees that we encountered were smiling and willing to help. They asked about condiments needed and gave napkins without us having to ask (which is not the case everywhere).I would say the business has to be doing something right based on the attitude of those that provided service alone but food (in general all fast food) is too expensive these days to, not only - not get a completed order, but also not be all that good. If we do go back, I'll have to look over the reviews s 1st to see what everyone is enjoying so much.

We got Culver's through the drive-through (this was only my second experience with Culvers after a bad experience at another location)...BUT, this location blew me away (in a good way)...This is probably one of the best Culver's that we've ever visited. The drive-through lady was very nice, our order came out perfectly and delicious. Moreover, the guy who brought us our food (they were busy), was also very nice and helpful and thanked us for coming. Wow - great experience. 5 stars !!! You've redeemed the chain for me!Just visited again when we got back from vacation 12/19 - wow still amazing ...burgers came out hot and juicy, fries salty, crispy and hot, and awesome onion rings, as well as a deliciously creamy vanilla custard - keep up the great work - loyal fans !!!

The butterburgers are amazing. I enjoy the red onion the put on them. The bacon is always crisp. Those crinkle fries are heavenly. Golden, crispy and soft inside. I appreciate the variety of drinks. I can't forget the custard. Creamy, cool, and delicious. My favorite is the Turtle.
