It is very nice to have a place local to our community that has such a wide range of products. The slogan is “most anything most anytime”. That is very accurate. The staff has always been very nice.

The boy named Gavin was such a helpful young boy, every time I'd enter it was always "Evening Sir, you having a good day?" with a smile on his face, plus, he'd ask you if you needed help finding anything or needed a certain item, and if it was a drink he'd check the cooler for me, such a good and respectful young man. NOBODY was ever like him.

Staff is unhelpful and lazy. I stop at the Killen location from time to time. Not any more. I’m tired of having to ask to be helped. This morning I waited a good five minutes for them to turn the diesel pump on which is on the side of the store. Ended up having to go in and ask them to turn it on. They said I would have to leave my credit card or drivers license. I will not ransom my cards to buy the most expensive fuel you have because your management was too cheap to put in a pump with a card reader when they renovated this store. And you could walk from behind the counter to tell me this without me having to come inside. You aren’t attached to the counter and yes there was more than one person working. I will be buying my expensive diesel and other convenience items elsewhere.

I was looking to get a handheld shower kit and I was able to get what I was looking for without any help from anyone who understood what I wanted. They have the products but, their prices were extremely high and they don't have any knowledge about them. They just sell the hardware and it might save you some time if you're in a hurry. But, you will actually save more money in the long run by going somewhere in Florence if you need something that's bigger than couplings, pipe or things of that nature!!! I spent 3 times more there than I would have if I hadn't been in a rush!!!

I left my van here for 3 hours parked at the end of the building so I could meet a friend to go Christmas shopping, and come bk to it being gone. A worker probably without proper authorization called the police and had my vehicle towed. There isn’t a single sign warning you of any consequences for simply using a parking spot. Now because I did absolutely nothing wrong I’m inconvenienced with having my car towed because someone thought that was necessary, and the $150 that I won’t be using for my daughters Christmas this year. I hope whoever you are that you feel better about yourself. I’d give you no stars if I could. I don’t have $150 to get it out, and you probably just got me fired from my job because I no vehicle.

I applied here and walked to my interview made it to my interview on time and told the lady I just stay down the road bout I min walk And told I really need this job I would walk to work she said I would be a great candidate and she never called me back I wanna know why I didn't get hired I have experience
