I've bought a suit here, had it tailored. Bought several shirts and ties. Several friends and folks in my family use them as well. Always good prices and excellent service. I needed a shirt to wear to a funeral and the guy there was really compassionate and made good recommendations. I'm only in Florence a few times per year, but I make it a point to go here if I need dress clothes. The shirts they carry fit me better than any Brooks Brothers shirt I've ever worn. Highly recommended.

I was in a wedding the bridal party consisted of 5 Groomsmen, the best man, and the Groom (Obviously). We all were measured and fitted for our tuxedos months before the wedding. 3 days before the wedding Coats called and said the tuxedos had came in. 6 out of the 7 had sizing and/or fittng issues. Coats Clothing managed to fix them all and get them corrected the day before the wedding and some of them still had minimal sizing and/or fitting issue. I've heard nothing but positive about Coats Clothing but my experience was terrible and I DO NOT recommend!

I was rather disappointed with the service here. They are quick to take your money and quick to get you out the door. Had a suit tailored for a wedding recently and it was not to the standard of the price paid. Several other groomsmen had the same issue. Likely wont do business with this company again.

Very nice people here. They ordered and tailored 4 suits for my wedding party. Great prices, excellent and personal service. Susan even made sure to wish me well in my marriage, and to be safe on my honeymoon. She topped it off with a hug!They have my business for suits and such from now on.

If no star was an option I’d select it. These “professionals” were rude to just about my entire family. Completely ruined the tie ordering and then proceeded to blame it on my wife and claim she hadn’t even gotten the tie (we asked them to order for each groomsmen) from them that they gave us the first day we went into the store. After asking them to make it right they could do absolutely nothing to make it right so days before our wedding my wife and I had to hunt down ties and order them ourselves. Might I add that 9 people total missed work to go pick up these suits that they paid $200 a piece for only to find coats ordered the wrong tie and couldn’t own up to their mistakes. I also failed to mention my mother and sister left their full time jobs to go help coats fix this situation days before the wedding and we’re only treated with disrespect and straight up rudeness. It gets better, the junior groomsmen suits were never even ordered and they blamed it on someone else…. (Shocker) After my wedding they proceeded to harass the junior groomsmen parents about returning said suits asap. They also decided to call my wife on OUR HONEYMOON over the suits. I am not the one to stand behind a keyboard to type something like this unless I feel it necessary. I highly recommend any one else before you use Coates in Florence unless you want to be called a liar or feel belittled when you don’t get what you paid for. My groomsmen and I,including junior groomsmen, spent well over $2000 and still don’t have the ties we ordered and caused unnecessary stress and grief days before our wedding. In case your wondering they never apologized not once for any of these inconveniences they caused. We ordered suits several months ahead of the wedding also.

It was the best shopping experience ever. We walked in the door and were almost immediately greeted. The salesperson (Bonita, I think) VERY quickly found exactly what we were looking for and took care of everything. We were finished (including trying on the clothes) within 15 minutes of walking in. The prices were great too - the entire outfit (suit, tuxedo shirt, bowtie, and pocket square) was less than $200 and the quality was above and beyond what we expected.This is our new go-to shop!

Overall the jacket is really nice. But my shirt was 2 sizes to big. My pants also to big. Not sure if shirt and pants were mixed up with someones else.I know several men who were in the wedding were not happy with their pants and shirts.

The kind people at Coats cannot be recommended enough. They have a wide selection of men's clothing. Suits, blazers, dress shirts, khakis, dress shoes, belts, ties, and the like. The real value of Coats is the service. You can get suits anywhere, but you can't get service like this anywhere. Please shop here for your suits, for your loved one's suits, or darken their door for any reason; this small business will be a blessing to you.

The atomsphere in the store is classy, but comfortable. The owners are very welcoming and listen to any concerns you have. They were extremely nice and answered all of our questions. I would definitely go back again.

Well priced well made suits. Always go here to get everything male formal. If they had women's suits me and my friends would get something for ourselves too but for now Im plenty pleased dressing my husband in their wide selection.
