I have always loved shopping at Big Lots!It's one of my favorite stores.I recommend it to everyone. They have everything from furniture, makeup, decor, and accessories.They have some great finds with incredible prices. After searching everywhere, I finally found the perfect spring pillows for my porch outside.I definitely recommend to anyone starting starting out needing furniture or decor. You can find great pieces for cheap.When I first moved out in my early 20s I decorated and furnished my entire apartment with everything from Big Lots.

This was the most organized Big Lots I have ever been to. It was clean and the workers were very nice. It was a little slow checking out only bc there was 1 person. She was nice and pleasant. I will definitely go back

The store looked good. I wanted a matching couch and loveseat. But claimed that they didn't have a loveseat to sell me. They could have sold me that one and just ordered themselves one. I have been to other stores that sold me the display model

They have such a wide variety of foods and snacks they I haven't seen in this area! At an inexpensive price too.Love it!

Bought a King size Manoticello bedroom set !!! It took about 8 weeks to come in and the dresser, chest and night stands were already put together with only the legs needing to be added. The bed was the only part that had to be put together. It has a beautiful color and is very sturdy.

The store was in better order than the last time. They didn't have as much novelty food items as they used to carry. Prices were like most places gone up a lot from just a year ago.The employees that I came in contact with were all very polite and very helpful.

Just like any other Big Lots, you never know what you'll find. I found some awesome clearanced out stuff due to summer items getting cleared for Halloween items and food nearing best buy dates. 75% off summer items! I was shocked when I went to the bathroom, it was the nicest and only clean Big Lots bathroom I've ever seen. Staff was nice too.

The service was excellent! No joke the young lady that was on the cash register. On Friday Oct. 1st. around lunch time. Actually called the manager. Although I didn't ask. She made sure my visit was good and super efficient. She should get a raise. The store was very organized and exceptional clean and very good experience. She even signed me up on their rewards plan. I'm 61 years old. And I e would say best experience in a chain store I ever had. WILL BE SHOPPING THERE MORE.

The 3 assistant managers were awesome,and need a raise!!Friendly service, explanation of the lease program was clear . Assisted customers with disabilities, with care and compassion. Return process was easy and quick.

Amazing how much furniture and decor is in this store. Prices appeared to be reasonable on most thing. Nothing is real wood if you are searching for a table or bed. I don't like that. Rugs were quite pricey. More than Lowe's and home Depot. The one item I liked was a love seat priced so much more than most love seats in the store why?? Hope come back and look some more.

The look of the store is nice. I wait in line to check out and the cashier has zero personality and treated us like we were just a herd of cattle going through. Someone needs to train her on how to make the customer feel appreciated.May 14, 2020 6:40pm

Exceptional service. Greatselection, especially in furniture. Very professional employees and fast, kind service. We purchased a recliner there and had the nicest young man help us. Fast purchase and loading it was a breeze with their help. Thank you Big Lots!

Very good customer service. Three associates offered to help me. Exceptional service from a gentleman named Ricky. Cashier super nice too. One of the cleanest Big Lots I have ever been in. I work in retail and travel setting stores for my company...... This location is doing a great job.

Pretty nice place, some stuff is kinda overpriced but it's getting that way pretty much anywhere you go. I used to shop at the one in muscle shoals years ago. This one was pretty nice. I would shop here.

Was a nice shopping experience not crowded. Was approached by several employee offering assistance. Every one was extremely friendly and professional. I was impressed one employee went hunting for a item I couldn't find and when he couldn't locate it he went to back to see if had any left in stock. I don't shop here often but, I'll be going back soon. Also, some items such as essential oil was sold cheaper then any were in town and same quality nd same product 2$ cheaper

This is the nicest, cleanest, and best stocked Big Lots I have visited. It is in the former Gander Mtn location so the building is fairly new and very spacious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of furniture at descent prices in addition to the general merchandise and food options. They even have milk and other refrigerated items.

Employees not aware of customers in the area and blocking way and have to go around back another way. And prices are higher than the dollar store selection is not that great and prices do not match the items that are displayed very deceiving and you have to watch it will you be charged more or less very disappointed in big lots I've been there in 6 months you should go all the time. when I don't know about I will have to return it because it was used and the box did not work so I have to return it, big disappointed I was not surprised.

Love Big Lots, furnished our lake house from there! Great stuff, but had to go to several locations to be able to purchase everything they advertise in my store! Makes no sense to me. Still lacking the Magnolia Oak night table to go with the bed I bought for my guest room! I will hopefully find one soon.

I enjoy Big Lots. Especially for last minute Christmas gifts. Today I went for a BOGO sale they had and was disappointed to find that it was limited to 2/customer, but wanted the gifts so went shopping anyway.I had a bad experience with the checkout girl today, but after filling out the Big Lots survey on my receipt, they called within an hour to apologize and fix my issues. I appreciate the outreach offered.

My sis and I went to Big Lots looking for kitchen curtains & they have a nice selection. We found a really nice pair of curtains plus I found set of queen sheets that wicks moisture and help keep you cool. Can't wait to try this sheets.I recommend shopping here they have a wide selection of items.

I bought new furniture for my new apartment here.Over 3K was spent and I'm so very happy with my purchase.The furniture is heavy and very well made.It looks wonderful.The customer service was exceptional.I will definitely shop there again and highly recommend others do as well.

They have pretty good stuff to be honest. Some stuff is high but most of the time they have sales or deals on stuff. Definitely worth checking out.
