This is a large thrift store.Everything is spaced out and organized nicely.There's more clothes than anything, but there's also so much more!They have everything from books, seasonal decor, home decor, dishes, lamps, furniture, rugs, toys, etc.The prices are mostly fair, but some items I did think could have been cheaper. Maybe that's because I'm a bargain shopper and usually luck up finding new unused items at comparable prices.There's still great deals to be found here. You could definitely find unique pieces you wouldn't find elsewhere.I didn't buy anything, but I did enjoy walking around and looking at stuff with my daughter. She seemed to enjoy it as well. We will be back. It's definitely worth a visit especially if you're into thrift shops.

Lucy was our cashier and was UNBELIEVABLE rude. Very unprofessional and snappy. Glared at the person I was with when one of the items didn't have a tag, as if that is somehow our fault. She then grabbed something from the food stand next to us to scan in its place and then slamed the food item down roughly. She raised her voice unnecessarily when I asked about my rewards, and was very reckless with the items we were buying. She basically threw my bag at me and turned away without a word. This is not the first time that I have felt that she has been rude, but today all my feelings were validated with just how hateful she was. I overheard from other workers that she is a manager, shockingly. She needs to talk to HR and get some training, I have seen other negative reviews of her here. Disappointing that this has happened multiple times, throughout different months, and with different people. I guess America's Thrift Store doesn't read or care about reviews.

Best thrift store for Variety and Hours of operation- which makes it worth visiting.But you'll pay more per item than most of the local thrift stores especially on clothing.Their prices on a whole have increased recently. They used to have a great deal and variety on books but last time I went they were a lot more than previously. Still a good deal if you find a title you know you want to read but not as good as other thrift stores.This store is super proud of their used, and freely donated tee shirts. If it had any recognizable logo on it, regardless of condition, you can expect to see a $5.99 and up tag on it. That would be a steal at a mall or sports store for a new shirt but we are talking about stuff that has came from who knows, put in a box on the side of the curb. Ross and Bealls has great deals on brand new tees.Still I love hunting at this store. I just don't buy as much as I used to.Also, this is not where I donate my items. I don't understand why they don't have a big 90% off isle for unsold items or a place where they can redonate them Instead of they destroying them. Plus it's pretty unnerving to be there while they are getting rid of it, especially when with children and having to hear glass shattering.

I love the store I think they have excellent prices.everytime I go I walk out with a buggy full .I know two great employees they have on their team and they enjoy working their.shout out to Cathy Moore and Kimberly Thompson for being great at their jobs.. Only complaint is I've put in so many applications and never worked with the company before for some reason I'm never called so I called and asked about my application and was told I was on the know hire list .So how is thay possibly being ive never ever worked for them in my life.

Clean busy good Prices has drop off donations box did refuse a homeless man that someone stole everything he had it was cold raining they wouldn't help him with anything he was told he had to have money some of us told em to go get EVERYTHING HE NEEDED TO STAY WARM , DRY N TOO SURVIVE ON ! HE CRIED THANKED US ASK FOR PRAYER FOR THE HOMELESS N ASK IF WE WOULD PRAY FOR HIM RIGHT THEN ! WE DID .. MANAGER TOLD US WE COULDN'T BUY ALL THAT FOR HIM OR PRAY IN HER STORE ! MAN ONLY GOT 20.00 STUFF SO WE WENT GOT HIM BLANKETS DINNERWARE ECT. HIS SHOES WERE FULL HOLES SO 1 LADY WENT WITH N GOT HIM A BRAND NEW PAIR NEW BALANCE TENNIS SHOES ! UPON LEAVING WE ALL TOLD MANAGER UNTIL THEY CHANGED THEIR POLICY N HELPED IN NEED FOLKS. OUT WITH SOME OF THEIR MANY MANY FREE DONATIONS WE WOULDN'T BE BACK IT WASNT COSTING THEM A PENNY TO HELPED THIS MAN WITH THE BLANKET HE ASK FOR INSTEAD HES NOW GOT ALL HE NEEDS TO Recoup HIS LOSSES ! GOD BLESS THIS HOMELESS PERSON & ALL OTHERS ..

Would give no stars. This place is so nice or so that's what they want you to believe. That's why when you go there and they say oh this color is on sale, yet you can hardly find any of the colors they say are on sale. That's because when I worked there for minimum wage, we had to take off the shelves all those sales colors that were on sale that week. The workers are basically rude and clueless. Not enough cashiers. Prices are way too much.

Nice store , not unreal prices. Been a nice experience shopping here. Note to self if wanting clothing and would like to try it on before purchasing, the dressing rooms close at 6 pm an hour prior to closing.

I loved this store when they first opened. Everything was very organized and the staff was very friendly. They had different sales each week with a huge selection to choose from.In the time since they've opened things have changed and not for the good.The Prices of these used items are absolutely insane. I used to buy my dog stuffed animals from here but I couldn't even find 1 USED stuffed animal for less than $1.99 are yall kidding?!?!I wouldn't recommend coming here if your looking for a bargain. You can find better deals on Walmarts clearance isles.

They have a lot of clothes. I've gotten a lot of cute sweaters from here. I've also seen some Build A Bear stuffed animals. Things are reasonably priced for the most part. They don't have a lot of electronic items usually.

American thrift store the employees and manager are very rude. Before we bought anything we asked the cashier about returns if something didn't work or if the pants didn't fit they said as long as the tag and we had the receipt then we could return them they never said anything about store credit and nothing about small appliances. So the coffee maker didn't work and pants were too big. They gave us store credit for the clothes but not on the coffee maker. When we tried to return it the manager said that it is plainly on the receipt and on the registers and displayed in the front. So my question I have is what if someone can't read or understand what they read.

Lucy is very rude , unprofessional and always acts like she doesn't want to work when working the cash register . Constantly rolls her eyes . Doesn't greet customers nicely if they aren't old .

Upon entry of the store there was a staff member wiping down the handles of the shopping carts with disinfectant and keeping track of the stores occupancy. There was a box of disposable masks available for the customers to take one for use and all of these measures made me feel safe. The store isles were not cluttered and the Lighting was bright . The floors were clean not like other thrift stores. The prices were decent for the items and I didn't see any damaged or broken items that I would determine to be junk. I bought a lunchbag that didn't have a price on it and within a few minutes the supervising manager Diamond expertly handled the issue while the cashier and I had a pleasant conversation.

I have never been treated so bad as I was tonight. The cashier was really rude. She ripped a tag off my clothing. She threw my back back over the counter into my shopping cart. She sent me outside to get my phone. So I could get a discount. That should have came up on my phone number. Then some of my things were not in my bags when I got home. Three pairs of wonderful thick socks. A bag that I put sleeping bags in when I give them out to homeless people around town. And I think two shirts. All of it was less than 20 dollars I think. Yet, the 30% off 40.00 would have made them dirt cheap. The whole think really didn't reflect the way that I am normally treated there. They are usually great! I won't be going back. All this made my heart hurt.

I freaking love this place! you can get anything from shoes, children's apparel, appliances, arts and crafts supplie, home decor, furniture, and tools! It is awesome and they have a huge selection! My favorite thing though is the staff! I got to give a shout out to the manager Michael. He's so funny. He keeps everybody on their toes and everybody's busy. Five stars!!!!! Keep it up guys!!!

It is a nice thrift store and yes the prices are a bit ridiculous. Some items are ok price wise but again it is used clothing that has been donated to them.

I know almost everybody says this but it's damn true. This place is ridiculous with their prices. Indigent folk couldn't afford to shop here. You're better off at a non corporate thrift store or Dirt Cheap quite frankly! In addition a full grown adult actually relieved themselves (#2 ) in the dress isle today. But after seeing their prices on dresses I don't blame em really. Lol . I doubt ima ever come back here 😡

The store is huge and there is an excellent variety as far as selection. All sizes. I would have a hard time believing that you can't find what you're looking for in here. The prices are very low and reasonable for used items, and there is a clearly posted guide to what color tagged items are further discounted for the day. Highly recommend!!

Store was nice when it first opened but it's gone downhill drastically since then. Store is dirty, managers are rude, stuff is priced like it's new, and they rarely open more than one register.One manager in particular (not sure his name, but he's white, middle aged, and bald) will stand at the registers and bad mouth the customers after they leave.

Place was clean and well organized but prices were insanely high for a thrift store!! They had lots of stuff from Dollar tree that still had labels on them. They sold new at dollar tree for 1 dollar, but they are selling them at this thrift store for $1.99 used. I couldn't believe it. Prices were not any lower than new stuff at walmart, so whats the point of being a thrift store!

Would give no stars because of how they do here. These items and clothes have are mostly donated. So for them they are free. I get they are trying to make a profit but when you can buy something new for less than something used here, that's just selfish. Thrift stores are supposed to be cheaper than retail stores such as Walmart. I know someone who works there and was also told they break all of the dishes and stuff so noone can get them if they aren't sold. That's insane!!! They do donate some clothing and stuffed animals to third world countries but that's all. This place is not what it should be or what it tells everyone it is.

One of the few places requiring people to wear a mask, which is wonderful.Everyone I came into contact with seemed to be happy working there and it showed by how helpful and friendly they were.I was looking for crochet supplies, I asked a young lady if the they might be anywhere else in the store, she said no I was in the craft section but she went in the back to see if there might be some in the stuff they were putting out, and there was! I was able to get something that would have cost me $25.00 anywhere else for $4.99!The store was very clean and well stocked. They were putting things out the whole time I was there.My only complaint would be that some people where wearing their masks improperly, e.i under their noses, which makes them ineffective and potentially exposing everyone around them and the things they are breathing on to Covid-19.Those who are high risk would appreciate people being told to wear their masks correctly.

This thrift store is my favorite. So many things to choose from. Clothes for children all ages. Comforters to fit all bed sizes. Electronics from the past. Most of them are nice. Furniture. Cool air. Wheelchair accessible. When I go I spend hours in there. They have rewards program. Get 100 points for signing up! They have comforters, sheets, towels, rollers, curling irons, always have decorations to go with all holidays. Kids clothes most are in perfect shape. Nice purse some name brand. Furniture, pictures, and cookware. They have shoes, clothes, socks 🧦 for whole family.

Me and my daughter had to just go thrifting at the last minute to get are mind off some let downs we faced today ...American thrift store really got are minds busy finding great prices and just having mother daughting time n just talk talk n shop shop n when my little girl gets let down by other people in the world that don't realize every thing that it takes just to have company over...wow they probly would of been hurt aswell ....bless her heart shes my baby she's happier now though thanks to quality time at American thrift store .....
