First time having any kind of whole animal processed. A friend recommended Norris and I am glad they did. I spoke with Cal through the whole process as he helped me with what kind of cuts and sizes were best with the cow I had purchased. Everything was labeled and vacuumed sealed nicely. They even loaded all the meat into my coolers. Overall, a great family business that’s worth the using their services. And if you don’t bring your own animal for processing, they had giant coolers of various prepackaged local meat you could also buy. I am definitely bringing my next animal to them when the time comes.
