Worst Hardee's I have ever been too. Food tasted bland and poorly made. Cashier was nice but slow. Manager was worthless. Had to go back for my drink. Manager waited till Christmas to take my order. All the fountain drink machines were broke. Before I left went to get a refill on my lemonade. Was told that you don't get free refills on lemonade and I would have to pay again. Since when? It's lemonade. Bathroom was nasty. Will not be back. You have been warned.

I stop by there every time I go through the town. Has gone down as far as I am concerned! The crew was standing outside smoking and no customers. Fries were cold. Burgers were fair. For some reason the service and quality has gone down. I love Hardee's and it does not come close to what they were. Now they have competition and their service has gotten worse. Please owner, bring back your great service and quality. You have a great location and view. For some reason they have also had the inside closed. It would be ashamed to close this restaurant as they did in Crestview. Hardee's has always been great and for some reason it's going downhill. Please bring back the great service and quality!Parking: Great spot to view the lake! Tables out back for rest and having a nice meal.

Put up to drive thru one vehicle in front of me heard driver repeat her order 3 times then I approach order board order two country ham biscuits two sausages biscuits and 1 large cup of coffee. The girl told me she forgot what I ordered. I repeated a second time and she asked again. During this you could hear laughter in the back ground noise coming from speaker. While waiting in line at window employee get out of her vehicle and smoking vape pen up to the door of establishment. Then the car in front of me was asked to pull up and they will bring out her order. I drove up to window gave cashiers my card. The car that had pulled up and same . that was smoking vape pen brought out her food and for another vehicle that had ordered prior to my arrival. Then I was asked to pull up and wait for my food. I told her to refund my money and it took at least 7 to 10 minutes to refund it. They went to three different registers to complete the refund. It’s apparent that this location does not have any Leadership at this location.

Not all that great. The BIG chicken was not so big. Flat and grease soaked. The manager took our order. She didn't add my side salad to the ticket. The employee that brought our food out said she doesn't understand English very well. Floors were filthy. No salt packs. Had to request a shaker. Good views of the lake from the back parking lot. Won't go back.

Got milkshakes and they were only halfway full. This is not the first time in which this has happened but I felt the need to ask to get different ones because it was literally only half way full. The lady was so rude about it and literally snatched them out of my hands and rudely told me to pull to the wall with the most sour look on her face. I have never been treated so rudely and I was very nice about the whole thing.. I’m here often because I’m local and they definitely have lost my business.

NO STARI can't understand why the Florala Ala Hardee's meal is $2.05 higher than the Bonifay FL Hardee's. The exact same meal, StkEC, LG Hash, LG Sprite was ordered.The Florala Hardee's large sizes are what other Hardee's serve as a medium and small.See the photos for comparison.The Bonifay FL Hardee's is just off Interstate 10, where one would expect prices to be slightly higher.I would certainly hope someone within management would/could give somewhat of a logical explanation for the price difference.I asked when I pulled up to the window to get my expensive meal, the manager on duty was very defensive and aggressive with her explanation to the point of an audience gathered of her co-workers.I've paid my last $10.00 for a fast food breakfast at Hardee's in Florala AL. I can go down the street 3 blocks and eat a full breakfast with a drink for less than $6.00.

A very good burger,staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I fail to understand why customers should have to do without their favorite condiments on their burger because management can't make a trip to the nearby grocery store. This isn't the first time I have been told they were out of pickles, lettuce or something until the next truck. It's not as if you are going to receive a discount because of the missing items.Parking: Lovely view of the lake from the parking lot, much of which is shaded.Wheelchair accessibility: Ample wheelchair parking available

One star is too many but can't leave a review without one. They were out of sweet tea, sprite, and coke literally all of the drinks we wanted to order. The fries were cold. We orderd a chicken sandwich and the chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked at 8 am for a chicken biscuit. The petrified chicken was offset with a plethora of mayonnaise. But the view from the picnic tables deserves 5 stars.

We had 12 people in our group after Church the staff did a very efficient and quick job of getting our order out. They made sure they did not complain about the large order and we're very friendly. The only issue I have is with the owner of the franchise still not having the service lobby with soda fountain machines at work and they were out of several items.Kid-friendliness: Fine for the kids. Stopped here on our way to Sandestin. Hadn't been to a Hardee's in a while. Their drink machine was broken and their front registers were closed. Come find out they close their lobby at 2 but didn't lock the door...and there was no sign on the door.I ordered the Frisco burger and was disappointed that the bread was not toasted at all. Minus the bread, it was good.While the lobby during machines said they has diet Dr pepper, their drive machine didn't.Parking: Plenty of parking.

I always have good and fast service but today was horrible. Fast with the order but when i got home.........the cinnamon biscuits were dry and hard and hardly any icing on them.

Manner of the store was great and helpful. Dining space was closed due to bare minimal employees on the ground. Burgers and fries where good, soda machine was running low on carbonation, but the store manager for the issue softened with with some extras sides to are order. So over all was a good visit.

Spent $30 for two meals and our burgers were cold...not even a little bit warm...cheese wasn't melted. The last time this happened I assumed they were just short handed. But this time WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THERE! Nope...not again. 8-4-22 @ 8:30pm

Out of all but 3 drink choices and one of them ,sweet tea, was so sweet it was revolting. We each ordered a number one and they had so much mayo on them that the meat and toppings slid out the other side when you tried to eat it. Was disgusting. Will not be back

I'm not one to actually write reviews but I felt like I had to on this one. If there was an option to put no stars I would. But I ate there recently and I've had the worst week of my life. Gave me food poisoning and made me feel like complete trash. Hours after I ate the food I threw up 4 times in one night and never have I ever felt the worst in my life. So please if you're smart, do not go to this location, it's not worth eating, waiting, or getting sick over.

they charge you for a large and give you regular size and claim its large. its the only Hardee's that does this. not only do you have to worry if you order is correct now you gotta worry about getting scammed by the employee's

I saw an employee put her hands in the garbage can and push the garbage down. Than go straight to the French fries and fix some to serve out the drive thru without first washing her hand . Than right after that she scratched her tail and grabbed hamburgers and put in a sack to serve at drive thru

Everytime we go to Hardee's in Florala the order is wrong. This morning didn't have steak. So I couldn't use my coupons. I asked if they give me my substitute biscuits at their coupons price... Nope. Ordered 2 burritos that were so cold the cheese wasn't even melted at all. Was not good . Service was horrible. Won't go back

Food was horrible. Wait was terrible got tired of waiting had to leave without food. Fries were Brown or dark brown extremely overcooked. They don't feel your fry container all the way up. This is my fourth bad experience in a row. Also the burgers had ketchup all over the Buns. The staff acts like they don't care whether you order or not. On multiple occasions our food was overcooked and look like it had been sitting out all day. The bathrooms had urine all over the floor there was no toilet paper there was no soap and there were no paper towels. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who is not trailer trash. The management obviously cares nothing about the establishment. I've given this place numerous chances and have had nothing but bad experiences. If there was any way to give this place less than one star that's what they would get.

It's always slow. We went today for breakfast, got there at 915, placed our order at 945 didn't leave until 1030. Food is actually decent but they are always slow no matter what. One time we got our burgers went home and found that the Frisco burger didn't have a Patty. They made it right but the point is they are consistently in snail mode.

They had no large cups which it turns out didn’t matter because they also had no ice. They also had no coffee. I tried the hawaian punch since there was no ice but it was disgusting. We had to make change for the cashier who kept deciding for us how we should order our food and then forgot to put some of what we asked for on the ticket.. the employees were trying but clearly management needs replaced
