2 employees were working while was in the store. Long line at checkout only employee checking. Both employees were nice and courteous. The store was clean and half way organized. I could see that the employees were getting done what they could.

The store was understocked, understaffed, and customer service was lacking, the male employee was more worried about looking at my girl than wanting to help with anything. Something they should look into...

What would it take to get this store cleaned up and updated with automatic sliding doors? The floors are absolutely disgustingly filthy! The overall look of the store, inside and out is a disappointment. The backdrop of beautiful Lake Jackson should be an inspiration to look better, but I guess not.

It was ok. Checkout line was long due to only 1 cashier but I noticed later they were doing shift change & changing out cash drawers. THOSE LADIES WHO CHECK PEOPLE OUT ARE VERY SWEET & WORK VERY HARD TO GET CUSTOMERS THRU QUICKLY. Thank you very much...I ate the cashier..she liked it.

I just wanted to update my review. They had the floors cleaned awhile ago and it's so much better. I shop here when I visit family in the area. The cleanliness of the store has gotten better 🙂

A much closer option than Wal-Mart, they usually have what I need , and if people aren't in disaster mode; the shelves stay fairly stocked. keep on eye on the line though cause it can get on par or with the DMV.

Great options. They even have alaskan wild caught tuna, frozen asparagus, and unsweetened coconut milk...for $1!!! Great deal to say the least. We will be back.

Always very neat and clean. Great variety of household goods. Stocked for all your Lake essentials if your visiting beautiful Lake Jackson, which is located near by. During the summer they have the cutest flip-flops, sandels, and sunshades. One of our main three stores in Florala.

Very scary place. I needed a phone charger and went in to get one. No one was wearing a mask customers or workers. Ppl were coming and going as usual. There was no safety measures taken for Covid 19 at all. I will not go back

I love the store a d the staff but its a crying shame that I have seen Disney pillows in one spot now for months. The regular price for the pillows are $7 but they sat in a spot that said $5 and again they have been there for several months. What would it have hurt I to reduce the price to $5? I mean I did buy three of them and it is Christmas time......

Clean store. The aisles aren't packed full of boxes of merchandise they have to put on shelves. Everyone is very nice & welcoming.

My only problem with the store is the long lines. They usually only have one cash register open at a time. But the customer service is good.

I went to the Dollar General Store in Florala Ala. We we're told, we had to wear our mask. A female clerk had her mask down. I said, something to a another clerk. He told, her what I said, she still didn't put her mask on.
